1. అటుపిమ్మట ఐగుప్తురాజుయొక్క పానదాయకుడును భక్ష్యకారుడును తమ ప్రభువైన ఐగుప్తురాజు ఎడల తప్పుచేసిరి

1. And it came to passe after these thynges, that the butler of ye king of Egypt and his baker, had offended their lorde the kyng of Egypt.

2. గనుక ఫరో పానదాయకుల అధిపతియు భక్ష్యకారుల అధిపతియునైన తన యిద్దరు ఉద్యోగస్థులమీద కోపపడి

2. And Pharao was angry agaynst his two officers, agaynst the chiefe butler and the chiefe baker.

3. వారిని చెరసాలలో నుంచుటకై రాజసంరక్షక సేనాధిపతికి అప్పగించెను. అది యోసేపు బంధింపబడిన స్థలము.

3. And put them in warde in his chiefe stewardes house, euen in the prison and place where Ioseph was bounde.

4. ఆ సేనాధిపతి వారిని యోసేపు వశము చేయగా అతడు వారికి ఉపచారము చేసెను. వారు కొన్నిదినములు కావలిలో నుండిన తరువాత

4. And the chiefe steward gaue Ioseph a charge with them, & he serued them: and they continued a season in warde.

5. వారిద్దరు, అనగా చెరసాలలో బంధింపబడిన ఐగుప్తురాజు యొక్క పానదాయకుడును, భక్ష్యకారుడును ఒక్కటే రాత్రియందు కలలు కనిరి; ఒక్కొక్కడు వేరు వేరు భావముల కలకనెను.

5. And they dreamed eyther of them in one night, both the butler and the baker of the kyng of Egypt, whiche were bounde in the pryson house, eyther of them his dreame, & eche mans dreame of a sundry interpretation.

6. తెల్లవారినప్పుడు యోసేపు వారి యొద్దకు వచ్చి వారిని చూడగా వారు చింతా క్రాంతులై యుండిరి.

6. When Ioseph came in vnto them in the mornyng, and loked vpon them, beholde they were sadde.

7. అతడు ఎందుచేత నేడు మీ ముఖములు చిన్నబోయి యున్నవని తన యజమానుని యింట తనతో కావలి యందున్న ఫరో ఉద్యోగస్థుల నడిగెను.

7. And he asked Pharaos chiefe officers that were with hym in his maisters warde, saying: Wherfore loke ye so sadlye to day?

8. అందుకు వారుమేము కలలు కంటిమి; వాటి భావము చెప్పగలవారెవరును లేరని అతనితో ననగా యోసేపు వారిని చూచి భావములు చెప్పుట దేవుని అధీనమే గదా; మీరు దయచేసి ఆ కలలు నాకు వివరించి చెప్పుడనెను.

8. They aunswered him: We haue dreamed a dreame, and haue no man to declare it. And Ioseph sayde vnto them: do not interpretinges belong to God? tell me I pray you.

9. అప్పుడు పానదాయకుల అధిపతి యోసేపును చూచి నా కలలో ఒక ద్రాక్షావల్లి నా యెదుట ఉండెను;

9. And the chiefe butler tolde his dreame to Ioseph, and saide vnto him: In my dreame, me thought there stoode a vine before me,

10. ఆ ద్రాక్షావల్లికి మూడు తీగెలుండెను, అది చిగిరించినట్టు ఉండెను; దాని పువ్వులు వికసించెను; దాని గెలలు పండి ద్రాక్షఫలములాయెను.

10. And in the vine [were] three braunches, and it was as though it budded, & her blossomes shot foorth: and the clusters therof brought foorth rype grapes.

11. మరియు ఫరో గిన్నె నా చేతిలో ఉండెను; ఆ ద్రాక్షఫలములు నేను పట్టుకొని ఫరో గిన్నెలో వాటిని పిండి ఆ గిన్నె ఫరో చేతికిచ్చితినని తన కలను అతనితో వివరించి చెప్పెను.

11. And I had Pharaos cup in my hand, and toke of the grapes and pressed them in Pharaos cuppe, and deliuered Pharaos cuppe into his hande.

12. అప్పుడు యోసేపు - దాని భావమిదే; ఆ మూడు తీగెలు మూడు దినములు;

12. And Ioseph sayde vnto hym, this is the interpretatio of it. The three braunches are three dayes.

13. ఇంక మూడు దినములలోగా ఫరో నీ తలను పైకెత్తి నీ ఉద్యోగము నీకు మరల ఇప్పించును. నీవు అతనికి పానదాయకుడవై యున్ననాటి మర్యాద చొప్పున ఫరో గిన్నెను అతని చేతికప్పగించెదవు

13. For within three dayes shall Pharao lyft vp thine head, and restore thee into thine office agayne, and thou shalt deliuer Pharaos cup into his hande after the olde maner when thou wast his butler.

14. కాబట్టి నీకు క్షేమము కలిగినప్పుడు నన్ను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొని నాయందు కరుణించి ఫరోతో నన్నుగూర్చి మాటలాడి యీ యింటిలోనుండి నన్ను బయటికి రప్పించుము.

14. But thynke on me when thou art in good case, and shewe mercy [I praye thee] vnto me, and make mention of me to Pharao, & bring me out of this house:

15. ఏలయనగా నేను హెబ్రీయుల దేశములోనుండి దొంగిలబడితిని, అది నిశ్చయము. మరియు ఈ చెరసాలలో నన్ను వేయుటకు ఇక్కడ సహా నేనేమియు చేయలేదని అతనితో చెప్పెను.

15. For I was priuily by stealth taken away out of the lande of the Hebrewes: and here also haue I done nothyng at all wherfore they shoulde haue put me into this dungeon.

16. అతడు తెలిపిన భావము మంచిదని భక్ష్యకారుల అధిపతి చూచి అతనితో నిట్లనెను - నేనును కల కంటిని; ఇదిగో తెల్లని పిండివంటలుగల మూడు గంపలు నా తలమీద ఉండెను.

16. When the chiefe baker sawe that the interpretatio was good, he sayd vnto Ioseph: me thought also in my dreame that I had three whyte wycker baskettes on my head,

17. మీది గంపలో ఫరో నిమిత్తము సమస్త విధములైన పిండివంటలు ఉండెను. పక్షులు నా తలమీదనున్న ఆ గంపలో నుండి వాటిని తీసికొని తినుచుండెను.

17. And in the vppermost basket there was of all maner bake meates for Pharao, and the birdes dyd eate them out of the basket that was vpon my head.

18. అందుకు యోసేపు - దాని భావమిదే; ఆ మూడు గంపలు మూడు దినములు

18. And Ioseph aunswered and saide: this is the interpretation thereof. The three baskettes, are three dayes:

19. ఇంక మూడు దినములలోగా ఫరో నీ మీదనుండి నీ తలను పైకెత్తి మ్రానుమీద నిన్ను వ్రేలాడదీయించును. అప్పుడు పక్షులు నీమీద నుండి నీ మాంసమును తినివేయునని ఉత్తర మిచ్చెను.

19. (40:18) For within three dayes shall Pharao take thy head from thee, and shall hang thee on a tree, and the birdes shall eate thy fleshe from of thee.

20. మూడవ దినమందు జరిగినదేమనగా, ఆ దినము ఫరో జన్మదినము గనుక అతడు తన సేవకులకందరికి విందు చేయించి వారి నడుమ పానదాయకుల అధిపతి తలను భక్ష్యకారుల అధిపతి తలను పైకెత్తి

20. (40:19) And it came to passe the thirde day, which was Pharaos birth day, that he made a feast vnto all his seruauntes: and he lyfted vp the head of the chiefe butler, and of the chiefe baker among his seruauntes:

21. పానదాయకుల అధిపతి ఉద్యోగము మరల అతనికిచ్చెను గనుక అతడు ఫరోచేతికి గిన్నె నిచ్చెను.

21. (40:20) And restored the chiefe butler vnto his butlership agayne, whiche also reached the cuppe into Pharaos hande.

22. మరియు యోసేపు వారికి తెలిపిన భావము చొప్పున భక్ష్యకారుల అధిపతిని వ్రేలాడదీయించెను.

22. (40:21) But he hanged the chiefe baker, euen as Ioseph had interpreted vnto him.

23. అయితే పానదాయకుల అధిపతి యోసేపును జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనక అతని మరచిపోయెను.

23. (40:22) Neither dyd the chiefe butler remember Ioseph, but forgat hym.
