1. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సర్వసమాజముతో ఇట్లు చెప్పుము.

1. And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,

2. మీరు పరిశుద్ధులై యుండవలెను. మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవానగు నేను పరిశుద్ధుడనై యున్నాను.

2. Speake vnto all the Congregation of the children of Israel, and say vnto them, Ye shalbe holy, for I the Lord your God am holy.

3. మీలో ప్రతివాడు తన తల్లికి తన తండ్రికి భయపడవలెను. నేను నియమించిన విశ్రాంతిదినములను ఆచరింపవలెను; నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

3. Yee shall feare euery man his mother and his father, and shall keepe my Sabbaths: for I am the Lord your God.

4. మీరు వ్యర్థమైన దేవతలతట్టు తిరుగకూడదు. మీరు పోతవిగ్రహములను చేసికొనకూడదు. నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను

4. Ye shall not turne vnto idoles, nor make you molten gods: I am the Lord your God.

5. మీరు యెహోవాకు సమాధానబలి అర్పించునప్పుడు అది అంగీ కరింపబడునట్లుగా అర్పింపవలెను.

5. And when yee shall offer a peace offering vnto the Lord, ye shall offer it freely.

6. మీరు బలినర్పించునాడైనను మరునాడైనను దాని తినవలెను. మూడవ నాటివరకు మిగిలియున్న దానిని అగ్నితో కాల్చివేయవలెను.

6. It shall be eaten the day yee offer it, or on the morowe: and that which remaineth vntill the third day, shalbe burnt in the fire.

7. మూడవనాడు దానిలో కొంచె మైనను తినినయెడల అది హేయమగును; అది అంగీకరింపబడదు.

7. For if it be eaten the third day, it shall be vncleane, it shall not be accepted.

8. దానిని తినువాడు తన దోషశిక్షను భరించును. వాడు యెహోవాకు పరిశుద్ధమైన దానిని అపవిత్రపరచెను. వాడు ప్రజలలోనుండి కొట్టివేయబడును.

8. Therefore he that eateth it, shall beare his iniquitie, because he hath defiled the halowed thing of the Lord, and that person shalbe cut off from his people.

9. మీరు మీ భూమి పంటను కోయునప్పుడు నీ పొలము యొక్క ఓరలను పూర్తిగా కోయకూడదు; నీ కోతలో పరిగెను ఏరుకొనకూడదు; నీ ఫలవృక్షముల తోట పరిగెను కూర్చుకొనకూడదు;

9. When yee reape the haruest of your land, ye shall not reape euery corner of your field, neither shalt thou gather the glainings of thy haruest.

10. నీ ఫలవృక్షముల తోటలో రాలిన పండ్లను ఏరుకొనకూడదు, బీదలకును పరదేశులకును వాటిని విడిచిపెట్టవలెను;

10. Thou shalt not gather the grapes of thy vineyarde cleane, neyther gather euery grape of thy vineyarde, but thou shalt leaue them for the poore and for the straunger: I am the Lord your God.

11. నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను. మీరు దొంగిలింపకూడదు, బొంకకూడదు, ఒకనితో ఒకడు అబద్ధమాడకూడదు;

11. Ye shall not steale, neither deale falsely, neither lie one to another.

12. నా నామమునుబట్టి అబద్ధప్రమా ణము చేయకూడదు; నీ దేవుని నామమును అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు; నేను యెహోవాను.

12. Also yee shall not sweare by my name falsely, neither shalt thou defile the name of thy God: I am the Lord.

13. నీ పొరుగువాని హింసింపకూడదు, వాని దోచుకొనకూడదు, కూలి వాని కూలి మరునాటి వరకు నీయొద్ద ఉంచుకొనకూడదు;

13. Thou shalt not do thy neighbour wrong, neither rob him. The workemans hire shall not abide with thee vntil the morning.

14. చెవిటివాని తిట్టకూడదు, గ్రుడ్డివానియెదుట అడ్డమువేయకూడదు; నీ దేవునికి భయపడవలెను, నేను యెహోవాను.

14. Thou shalt not curse the deafe, neither put a stumbling blocke before the blinde, but shalt feare thy God: I am the Lord.

15. అన్యాయపు తీర్పు తీర్చకూడదు, బీదవాడని పక్ష పాతము చేయకూడదు, గొప్పవాడని అభిమానము చూపకూడదు; న్యాయమునుబట్టి నీ పొరుగువానికి తీర్పు తీర్చవలెను.

15. Ye shall not doe vniustly in iudgement. Thou shalt not fauour the person of the poore, nor honour the person of the mightie, but thou shalt iudge thy neighbour iustly.

16. నీ ప్రజలలో కొండెములాడుచు ఇంటింటికి తిరుగకూడదు, నీ సహోదరునికి ప్రాణ హానిచేయ చూడకూడదు, నేను యెహోవాను.

16. Thou shalt not walke about with tales among thy people. Thou shalt not stand against the blood of thy neighbour: I am the Lord.

17. నీ హృదయములో నీ సహోదరుని మీద పగపట్టకూడదు, నీ పొరుగువాని పాపము నీ మీదికి రాకుండునట్లు నీవు తప్పక వానిని గద్దింపవలెను.

17. Thou shalt not hate thy brother in thine heart, but thou shalt plainely rebuke thy neighbour, and suffer him not to sinne.

18. కీడుకు ప్రతికీడు చేయకూడదు, నీ ప్రజలమీద కోపముంచుకొనక నిన్నువలె నీ పొరుగు వానిని ప్రేమింపవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.

18. Thou shalt not auenge, nor be mindful of wrong against ye childre of thy people, but shalt loue thy neighbour as thy selfe: I am the Lord.

19. మీరు నాకట్టడలను ఆచరింపవలెను; నీ జంతువులను ఇతర జాతిజంతువులను కలియ నీయకూడదు; నీ పొలములో వేరు వేరు జాతుల విత్తనములు చల్లకూడదు; బొచ్చును నారయు కలిసిన బట్ట వేసికొనకూడదు.

19. Yee shall keepe mine ordinances. Thou shalt not let thy cattel gender with others of diuers kindes. Thou shalt not sowe thy fielde with mingled seede, neyther shall a garment of diuers thinges, as of linen and wollen come vpon thee.

20. ఒకనికి ప్రధానము చేయబడిన దాసి, వెలయిచ్చి విమోచింపబడకుండగానేమి ఊరక విడిపింపబడకుండగానేమి ఒకడు దానితో శయనించి వీర్యస్ఖలనము చేసినయెడల వారిని శిక్షింపవలెను. అది విడిపింపబడలేదు గనుక వారికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపకూడదు.

20. Whosoeuer also lyeth and medleth with a woman that is a bonde mayde, affianced to a husband, and not redeemed, nor freedome giuen her, she shalbe scourged, but they shall not die, because she is not made free.

21. అతడు అపరాధ పరిహారార్ధబలిని, అనగా అపరాధపరిహారార్థబలియగు పొట్టేలును ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారముయొక్క ద్వారమునకు యెహోవా సన్నిధికి తీసికొనిరావలెను.

21. And he shall bring for his trespasse offring vnto the Lord, at the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, a ramme for a trespasse offering.

22. అప్పుడు యాజకుడు అతడు చేసిన పాపమునుబట్టి పాపపరిహారార్థబలియగు పొట్టేలువలన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని అతని నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేయవలెను. దీనివలన అతడు చేసిన పాపము విషయమై అతనికి క్షమాపణ కలుగును.

22. Then the Priest shall make an atonement for him with the ramme of the trespasse offering before the Lord, concerning his sinne which he hath done, and pardon shalbe giuen him for his sinne which he hath committed.

23. మీరు ఆ దేశమునకు వచ్చి ఆహారమునకై నానా విధములైన చెట్లను నాటినప్పుడు వాటి పండ్లను అపవిత్రముగా ఎంచవలెను. వాటి కాపు మీకు ఎక్కువగా ఉండునట్లు అవి మూడు సంవత్సరములవరకు మీకు అపవిత్రముగా ఉండవలెను, వాటిని తినకూడదు.

23. Also when ye shall come into the land, and haue planted euery tree for meate, ye shall count the fruite thereof as vncircumcised: three yeere shall it be vncircumcised vnto you, it shall not be eaten:

24. నాలుగవ సంవత్సరమున వాటి ఫలములన్నియు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన స్తుతియాగ ద్రవ్యములగును; అయిదవ సంవత్సరమున వాటి ఫలములను తినవచ్చును;

24. But in the fourth yere all the fruite thereof shalbe holy to the praise of the Lord.

25. నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

25. And in the fifth yeere shall ye eate of the fruite of it that it may yeelde to you the encrease thereof: I am the Lord your God.

26. రక్తము కూడినదేదియు తినకూడదు, శకునములు చూడకూడదు, మంత్రయోగములు చేయకూడదు,

26. Ye shall not eat the flesh with the blood, ye shall not vse witchcraft, nor obserue times.

27. మీ నుదుటి వెండ్రుకలను గుండ్రముగా కత్తిరింపకూడదు, నీ గడ్డపు ప్రక్కలను గొరగకూడదు,

27. Ye shall not cut rounde the corners of your heades, neither shalt thou marre the tuftes of thy beard.

28. చచ్చినవారికొరకు మీ దేహమును చీరుకొనకూడదు, పచ్చబొట్లు మీ దేహమునకు పొడుచుకొనకూడదు; నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

28. Ye shall not cut your flesh for the dead, nor make any print of a marke vpon you: I am the Lord,

29. మీ దేశము వ్యభిచరింపకయు దుష్కామ ప్రవర్తనతోనిండకయు ఉండునట్లు నీ కుమార్తె వ్యభిచారిణియగుటకై ఆమెను వేశ్యగా చేయకూడదు.

29. Thou shalt not make thy daughter common, to cause her to be a whore, least the lande also fall to whoredome, and the lande bee full of wickednesse.

30. నేను నియమించిన విశ్రాంతి దినములను మీరు ఆచరింపవలెను నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును మన్నింపవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.

30. Ye shall keepe my Sabbaths and reuerence my Sanctuarie: I am the Lord.

31. కర్ణపిశాచిగలవారి దగ్గరకుపోకూడదు, సోదెగాండ్రను వెదకి వారివలన అపవిత్రత కలుగజేసికొనకూడదు; నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

31. Ye shall not regarde them that worke with spirites, neither soothsayers: ye shall not seeke to them to be defiled by them: I am the Lord your God.

32. తల నెరసినవాని యెదుట లేచి ముసలివాని ముఖమును ఘనపరచి నీ దేవునికి భయపడవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.
1 తిమోతికి 5:1

32. Thou shalt rise vp before the horehead, and honour the person of the old man, and dread thy God: I am the Lord.

33. మీ దేశమందు పరదేశి నీ మధ్య నివసించునప్పుడు వానిని బాధింపకూడదు,

33. And if a stranger soiourne with thee in your lande, ye shall not vexe him.

34. మీ మధ్య నివసించు పరదేశిని మీలో పుట్టినవానివలె ఎంచవలెను, నిన్నువలె వానిని ప్రేమింప వలెను, ఐగుప్తుదేశములో మీరు పరదేశులై యుంటిరి; నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

34. But the stranger that dwelleth with you, shalbe as one of your selues, and thou shalt loue him as thy selfe: for ye were strangers in the lad of Egypt: I am the Lord your God.

35. తీర్పు తీర్చునప్పుడు కొలతలోగాని తూనికెలోగాని పరిమాణములోగాని మీరు అన్యాయము చేయకూడదు.

35. Ye shall not doe vniustly in iudgement, in line, in weight, or in measure.

36. న్యాయమైన త్రాసులు న్యాయమైన గుండ్లు న్యాయమైన తూము న్యాయమైన పడి మీకుండవలెను; నేను ఐగుప్తుదేశములోనుండి మిమ్మును రప్పించిన మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

36. You shall haue iust ballances, true weightes, a true Ephah, and a true Hin. I am the Lord your God, which haue brought you out of the lande of Egypt.

37. కాగా మీరు నా కట్టడలన్నిటిని నా విధులన్నిటిని అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.

37. Therefore shall ye obserue all mine ordinances, and all my iudgements, and doe them: I am the Lord.
