1. అహరోను కుమారులైన నాదాబు అబీహులు తమ తమ ధూపార్తులను తీసికొని వాటిలో నిప్పులుంచి వాటి మీద ధూపద్రవ్యమువేసి, యెహోవా తమ కాజ్ఞాపింపని వేరొక అగ్నిని ఆయన సన్నిధికి తేగా

1. And the two sons of Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, took each his censer, and put fire in it, and threw incense on it, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which the Lord did not command them,

2. యెహోవా సన్నిధి నుండి అగ్ని బయలుదేరి వారిని కాల్చివేసెను; వారు యెహోవా సన్నిధిని మృతి బొందిరి.

2. and fire came forth from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.

3. అప్పుడు మోషే అహరోనుతో ఇట్లనెను ఇది యెహోవా చెప్పిన మాట నాయొద్దనుండు వారియందు నేను నన్ను పరిశుద్ధపరచుకొందును; ప్రజలందరియెదుట నన్ను మహిమపరచుకొందును;

3. And Moses said to Aaron, This is the thing which the Lord spoke, saying, I will be sanctified among them that draw near to Me, and I will be glorified in the whole congregation; and Aaron was pricked [in his heart].

4. అహరోను మౌనముగానుండగా మోషే అహరోను పిన తండ్రియైన ఉజ్జీయేలు కుమారులైన మీషా యేలును ఎల్సాఫానును పిలిపించిమీరు సమీపించి పరిశుద్ధస్థలము నెదుటనుండి పాళెము వెలుపలికి మీ సహోదరుల శవములను మోసికొని పోవుడని వారితో చెప్పెను.

4. And Moses called Mishael and Elisaphan, sons of Uzziel, sons of the brother of Aaron's father, and said to them, Draw near and take your brothers from before the sanctuary out of the camp.

5. మోషే చెప్పినట్లు వారు సమీపించి చొక్కాయిలను తీయకయే పాళెము వెలుపలికి వారిని మోసికొని పోయిరి.

5. And they came near and took them in their coats out of the camp, as Moses said.

6. అప్పుడు మోషే అహరోనును అతని కుమారులైన ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారును వారితో మీరు చావకుండునట్లును యెహోవా ఈ సర్వసమాజముమీద ఆగ్రహపడకుండునట్లును, మీరు తల విరియబోసికొనకూడదు; బట్టలను చింపుకొనకూడదు కాని, యెహోవా వారిని కాల్చినందుకు మీ సహోదరు లైన ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల యింటివారందరు ఏడవ వచ్చును.

6. And Moses said to Aaron, and Eleazar and Ithamar his sons that were left, You shall not make bare your heads, and you shall not tear your clothes, that you die not, and [so] there should be wrath on all the congregation. But your brothers, [even] all the house of Israel, shall lament for the burning, with which they were burned by the Lord.

7. యెహోవా అభిషేకతైలము మీ మీద నున్నది గనుక మీరు చావకుండునట్లు మీరు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారముయొక్క ద్వారములోనుండి బయలు వెళ్లకూడదనెను. వారు మోషే చెప్పిన మాట చొప్పున చేసిరి.

7. And you shall not go forth from the door of the tabernacle of witness, that you die not; for the Lord's anointing oil [is] upon you. And they did according to the word of Moses.

8. మరియు యెహోవా అహరోనుతో ఇట్లనెను మీరు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములోనికి వచ్చునప్పుడు

8. And the Lord spoke to Aaron, saying,

9. మీరు చావకుండునట్లు నీవును నీ కుమారులును ద్రాక్షారసమునేగాని మద్యమునేగాని త్రాగకూడదు.

9. You shall not drink wine nor strong drink, you and your sons with you, whenever you enter into the tabernacle of witness, or when you approach the altar, so shall you not die; [it is] a perpetual statute for your generations,

10. మీరు ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడిన దానినుండి లౌకికమైనదానిని, అపవిత్రమైనదానినుండి పవిత్రమైనదానిని వేరుచేయుటకును,

10. to distinguish between sacred and profane, and between clean and unclean,

11. యెహోవా మోషేచేత ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన సమస్త విధులను మీరు వారికి బోధించుటకును ఇది మీ తరతరములకు నిత్యమైనకట్టడ.

11. and to teach the children of Israel all the statutes, which the Lord spoke to them by Moses.

12. అప్పుడు మోషే అహరోనుతోను మిగిలిన అతని కుమారులైన ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారులతోను ఇట్లనెనుమీరు యెహోవా హోమద్రవ్యములలో మిగిలిన నైవేద్యమును తీసికొని అది పొంగకుండ బలిపీఠము దగ్గర తినుడి; అది అతిపరిశుద్ధము. యెహోవా హోమద్రవ్యములో నుండి అది నీకును నీ కుమారులకును నియమింపబడినవంతు.

12. And Moses said to Aaron, and to Eleazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron who survived, Take the sacrifice that is left of the burnt offerings of the Lord, and you shall eat unleavened bread by the altar: it is most holy.

13. కావున మీరు పరిశుద్ధ స్థలములో దానిని తినవలెను; నేను అట్టి ఆజ్ఞను పొందితిని.

13. And you shall eat it in the holy place; for this is a statute for you and a statute for your sons, of the burnt offerings to the Lord; for so it has been commanded me.

14. మరియు అల్లాడించు బోరను ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన జబ్బను మీరు, అనగా నీవును నీతోపాటు నీ కుమారులును నీ కుమార్తెలును పవిత్రస్థలములో తినవలెను. ఏలయనగా అవి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు అర్పించు సమాధానబలులలో నుండి నీకును నీ కుమారులకును నియ మింపబడిన వంతులు.

14. And you shall eat the breast of separation, and the shoulder of the choice-offering in the holy place, you and your sons and your house with you; for it has been given as an ordinance for you and an ordinance for your sons, of the sacrifices of peace-offering of the children of Israel.

15. హోమద్రవ్య రూపమైన క్రొవ్వును గాక యెహోవా సన్నిధిని అల్లాడింపబడిన దానిగా దానిని అల్లాడించునట్లు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన జబ్బను అల్లాడించు బోరను తీసికొని రావలెను. నిత్యమైన కట్టడచొప్పున అవి నీకును నీ కుమారులకును చెందును. అట్లు యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞాపించెను.

15. They shall bring the shoulder of the choice-offering, and the breast of the separation upon the burnt offerings of the fat, to separate for a separation before the Lord; and it shall be a perpetual ordinance for you and your sons and your daughters with you, as the Lord commanded Moses.

16. అప్పుడు మోషే పాపపరిహారార్థబలియగు మేకను కనుగొనవలెనని జాగ్రత్తగా వెదకినప్పుడు అది కాలిపోయి యుండెను. అతడు అహరోను కుమారులలో మిగిలిన ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారను వారిమీద ఆగ్రహపడి

16. And Moses diligently sought the goat of the sin-offering, but it had been consumed by fire; and Moses was angry with Eleazar and Ithamar the sons of Aaron that were left, saying,

17. మీరు పరిశుద్ధస్థలములో ఆ పాపపరిహారార్థబలిపశువును ఏల తినలేదు? అది అతిపరిశుద్ధముగదా. సమాజము యొక్క దోషశిక్షను భరించి యెహోవా సన్నిధిని వారి నిమిత్తము ప్రాయశ్చిత్తము చేయుటకై ఆయన దానిని మీకిచ్చెను గదా.

17. Why did you not eat the sin-offering in the holy place? For because it is most holy He has given you this to eat, that you might take away the sin of the congregation, and make atonement for them before the Lord.

18. ఇదిగో దాని రక్తమును పరిశుద్ధస్థలములోనికి తేవలెను గదా. నేను ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు నిశ్చయముగా పరిశుద్ధస్థలములో దానిని తినవలెనని చెప్పెను.

18. For the blood of it was not brought into the holy place: you shall eat it inside, before [the Lord], as the Lord commanded me.

19. అందుకు అహరోను మోషేతో ఇదిగో నేడు పాప పరిహారార్థ బలిపశువును దహనబలిద్రవ్యమును యెహోవా సన్నిధికి వారు తేగా ఇట్టి ఆపదలు నాకు సంభవించెను. నేను పాపపరిహారార్థమైన బలిద్రవ్యమును నేడు తినిన యెడల అది యెహోవా దృష్టికి మంచిదగునా అనెను.

19. And Aaron spoke to Moses, saying, If they have brought near today their sin-offerings, and their whole burnt offerings before the Lord, and these events have happened to me, and [yet] I should eat today of the sin-offerings, would it be pleasing to the Lord?

20. మోషే ఆ మాట విని ఒప్పుకొనెను.

20. And Moses heard [it], and it pleased him.
