1. మరియు పదకొండవ సంవత్సరము నెల మొదటి దినమున యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And it came to pass in the eleventh year, on the first [day] of the month, [that] the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

2. నరపుత్రుడా, యెరూషలేమునుగూర్చి - ఆహా జనములకు ద్వారముగానున్న పట్టణము పడగొట్టబడెను, అది నావశమాయెను, అది పాడైపోయినందున నేను పరిపూర్ణము నొందితిని అని తూరు చెప్పెను గనుక

2. Son of man, because Tyre has said against Jerusalem, Aha, she is crushed- the nations are destroyed; she has turned to me; she that was full is made desolate.

3. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చున దేమనగా తూరుపట్టణమా, నేను నీకు విరోధి నైతిని, సముద్రము దాని తరంగములను పొంగజేయు రీతిగా నేను అనేకజనములను నీ మీదికి రప్పించెదను.

3. Therefore thus says the Lord: Behold, I am against you, O Tyre, and I will bring up many nations against you, as the sea comes up with its waves.

4. వారు వచ్చి తూరుయొక్క ప్రాకారములను కూల్చి దాని కోటలను పడగొట్టుదురు, నేను దానిమీదనున్న మంటిని తుడిచి వేయుదును, దానిని వట్టిబండగా చేసెదను.

4. And they shall cast down the walls of Tyre, and shall cast down your towers: and I will scrape her dust from off her, and make her a bare rock.

5. సముద్రము దాని నావరించును, అది వలలు పరచుటకు చోటగును, నేనేమాట యిచ్చితిని, ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు అది జనములకు దోపుడుసొమ్మగును.

5. She shall be in the midst of the sea a place for repairing nets, for I have spoken [it], says the Lord; and it shall be a spoil for the nations.

6. బయటి పొలములో నున్న దాని కుమార్తెలు కత్తిపాలగుదురు, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

6. And her daughters [which are] in the field shall be slain with the sword, and they shall know that I am the Lord.

7. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా రారాజగు బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరును నేను తూరుపట్టణము మీదికి రప్పించుచున్నాను, అతడు గుఱ్ఱములతోను రథములతోను రౌతులతోను గుంపులు గుంపులుగానున్న సైన్యముతోను ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండివచ్చి

7. For thus says the Lord: Behold, I [will] bring up against you, O Tyre, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon from the north: he is a king of kings, with horses, and chariots, and horsemen, and a concourse of very many nations.

8. బయటిపొలము లోని నీ కుమార్తెలను ఖడ్గముతో చంపి, నీ కెదురుగా బురుజులు కట్టించి దిబ్బవేయించి నీ కెదురుగా డాలు నెత్తును.

8. He shall slay your daughters that are in the field with the sword, and shall set a watch against you, and build forts around you, and carry a rampart round against you, and set up warlike works, and array his spears against you.

9. మరియు అతడు నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుటకై యంత్రములు సంధించి గొడ్డండ్రతో నీ కోటలను పడగొట్టును.

9. He shall cast down with his swords your walls and your towers.

10. అతనికి గుఱ్ఱములు బహు విస్తారముగా ఉన్నవి, అవి ధూళి యెగరగొట్టగా అది నిన్ను కమ్మును, బీటసందులుగల పట్టణములోనికి సైనికులు చొర బడినట్లు అతడు నీ కోటలలో ప్రవేశించునప్పుడు రౌతుల యొక్కయు చక్రములయొక్కయు రథములయొక్కయు ధ్వనిచేత నీ ప్రాకారములు కంపించును.

10. By reason of the abundance of his horses their dust shall cover you, and by reason of the sound of his horsemen and the wheels of his chariots your walls shall be shaken, when he enters into your gates, as one entering into a city from the plain.

11. అతడు తన గుఱ్ఱ ముల డెక్కలచేత నీ వీధులన్నియు అణగద్రొక్కించును, నీ జనులను ఖడ్గముతో హతము చేయును, నీ ప్రభావము నకు చిహ్నములైన స్తంభములు నేలను కూలును.

11. With the hoofs of his horses they shall trample all your streets. He shall slay your people with the sword, and shall bring down to the ground the support of your strength.

12. వారు నీ ఐశ్వర్యమును దోచుకొందురు, నీ వర్తకమును అపహరింతురు, నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుదురు, నీ విలాస మందిరములను పాడుచేయుదురు, నీ రాళ్లను నీ కలపను నీ మంటిని నీళ్లలో ముంచివేయుదురు.

12. And he shall prey upon your power, and plunder your substance, and shall cast down your walls, and break down your pleasant houses; and he shall cast your stones and your timber and your dust into the midst of your sea.

13. ఇట్లు నేను నీ సంగీతనాదమును మాన్పించెదను, నీ సితారా నాదమికను వినబడదు,

13. And he shall destroy the multitude of your musicians, and the sound of your psalteries shall be heard no more.

14. నిన్ను వట్టిబండగా చేయుదును, వలలు పరచుకొనుటకు చోటగుదువు నీవికను కట్టబడక యుందువు. నేనే మాట యిచ్చియున్నాను; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

14. And I will make you a bare rock. You shall be a place to spread nets upon; you shall be built no more; for I the Lord have spoken [it], says the Lord.

15. తూరునుగూర్చి ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు నదేమనగా నీవు కూలునప్పుడు కలుగు ధ్వనియు, హతులగుచున్నవారి కేకలును, నీలో జరుగు గొప్పవధయు ద్వీపములు విని కంపించును.

15. For thus says the Lord God to Tyre: Shall not the isles shake at the sound of your fall, while the wounded are groaning, while they have drawn a sword in the midst of you?

16. సముద్రపు అధిపతులందరును తమ సింహాసనములమీదనుండి దిగి, తమ చొక్కాయి లను విచిత్రమైన వస్త్రములను తీసివేసి, దిగులుపడిన వారై నేలను కూర్చుండి గడగడ వణకుచు నిన్ను చూచి విస్మయపడుదురు.

16. And all the princes of the nations of the sea shall come down from their thrones, and shall take off their crowns from their heads, and shall take off their embroidered garments; they shall be utterly amazed; they shall sit upon the ground, and fear their [own] destruction, and shall groan over you.

17. వారు నిన్నుగూర్చి అంగలార్పు వచన మెత్తి ఈలాగున అందురుసముద్ర నివాసమైనదానా, ఖ్యాతినొందిన పట్ణణమా, నీవెట్లు నాశనమైతివి? సముద్ర ప్రయాణము చేయుటవలన దానికిని దాని నివాసులకును బలము కలిగెను, సముద్రవాసులందరిని భీతిల్లచేసినది ఇదే.

17. And they shall take up a lamentation for you, and shall say to you, How are you destroyed from out of the sea, O renowned city, that brought her terror upon all her inhabitants!

18. ఇప్పుడు నీవు కూలినందున ద్వీపములు కంపించుచున్నవి, నీవు వెళ్లిపోవుట చూచి సముద్రద్వీపములు కదలు చున్నవి.

18. And the isles shall be alarmed at the day of your fall.

19. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నివాసులులేని పట్టణములవలెనే నేను నిన్ను పాడుచేయునప్పుడు మహా సముద్రము నిన్ను ముంచునట్లుగా నీ మీదికి నేను అగాధజలములను రప్పించెదను, పురాతన కాలమందు పాతాళములోనికి దిగిపోయినవారియొద్ద నీ వుండునట్లు నేను నిన్ను పడవేసి, నీవు జనములేని దాన వగుటకై పురాతనకాలములో పాడైన జనులయొద్ద భూమి క్రిందనున్న స్థలములలో నీకు నివాసము నిర్ణయింతును, పాతాళములోనికి దిగి పోవువారితో కూడ నిన్ను నివసింప జేసెదను.

19. For thus says the Lord God: When I shall make the city desolate, as the cities that shall not be inhabited, when I have brought the deep up upon you,

20. మరియు సజీవులు నివసించు భూమిమీద నేను మహాఘనకార్యము కలుగజేతును;

20. and great waters shall cover you, and I shall bring you down to them that go down to the pit, to the people of old time, and shall cause you to dwell in the depths of the earth, as in everlasting desolation, with them that go down to the pit, that you may not be inhabited, nor stand upon the land of life;

21. నిన్ను భీతికి కారణముగా జేతును, నీవు లేకపోవుదువు, ఎంత వెదకినను నీవెన్నటికిని కనబడక యుందువు; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

21. I will make you a terror, and you shall be no more forever, says the Lord God.
