1. మరియు పదకొండవ సంవత్సరము నెల మొదటి దినమున యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And it was in the eleventh year, in the first of the month, the Word of Jehovah was to me, saying,

2. నరపుత్రుడా, యెరూషలేమునుగూర్చి - ఆహా జనములకు ద్వారముగానున్న పట్టణము పడగొట్టబడెను, అది నావశమాయెను, అది పాడైపోయినందున నేను పరిపూర్ణము నొందితిని అని తూరు చెప్పెను గనుక

2. Son of man, because Tyre has said against Jerusalem, Aha! She is shattered, the doors of the peoples; she has turned to me, I shall be filled, she is laid waste.

3. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చున దేమనగా తూరుపట్టణమా, నేను నీకు విరోధి నైతిని, సముద్రము దాని తరంగములను పొంగజేయు రీతిగా నేను అనేకజనములను నీ మీదికి రప్పించెదను.

3. So the Lord Jehovah says this, Behold, I am against you, O Tyre. And I will cause many nations to go up against you, as the sea causes its waves to go up.

4. వారు వచ్చి తూరుయొక్క ప్రాకారములను కూల్చి దాని కోటలను పడగొట్టుదురు, నేను దానిమీదనున్న మంటిని తుడిచి వేయుదును, దానిని వట్టిబండగా చేసెదను.

4. And they shall destroy the walls of Tyre and break down her towers. I will also scrape her dust from her and make her like a shining rock.

5. సముద్రము దాని నావరించును, అది వలలు పరచుటకు చోటగును, నేనేమాట యిచ్చితిని, ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు అది జనములకు దోపుడుసొమ్మగును.

5. It shall be a spreading place for nets in the middle of the sea. For I have spoken, declares the Lord Jehovah. And she shall be a prize to the nations.

6. బయటి పొలములో నున్న దాని కుమార్తెలు కత్తిపాలగుదురు, అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

6. And her daughters who are in the field shall be killed by the sword. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

7. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా రారాజగు బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరును నేను తూరుపట్టణము మీదికి రప్పించుచున్నాను, అతడు గుఱ్ఱములతోను రథములతోను రౌతులతోను గుంపులు గుంపులుగానున్న సైన్యముతోను ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండివచ్చి

7. For so says the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I will bring on Tyre from the north, Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, a king of kings, with horses and with chariots and with a company of horsemen, even many people.

8. బయటిపొలము లోని నీ కుమార్తెలను ఖడ్గముతో చంపి, నీ కెదురుగా బురుజులు కట్టించి దిబ్బవేయించి నీ కెదురుగా డాలు నెత్తును.

8. He shall kill your daughters in the field with the sword. And he shall give siege walls against you and pour out a mound against you, and raise a buckler against you.

9. మరియు అతడు నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుటకై యంత్రములు సంధించి గొడ్డండ్రతో నీ కోటలను పడగొట్టును.

9. And he will set the blow of his ram against your walls, and he will break down your towers with his axes.

10. From the multitude of his horses their dust shall cover you. From the sound of the horsemen, and the wheels, and the chariots, your walls shall shake when he goes into your gates, as they enter a city that is breached.

11. అతడు తన గుఱ్ఱ ముల డెక్కలచేత నీ వీధులన్నియు అణగద్రొక్కించును, నీ జనులను ఖడ్గముతో హతము చేయును, నీ ప్రభావము నకు చిహ్నములైన స్తంభములు నేలను కూలును.

11. With the hoofs of the horses, he will trample all your streets. He shall kill your people by the sword, and the pillars of your strength shall go down to the ground.

12. వారు నీ ఐశ్వర్యమును దోచుకొందురు, నీ వర్తకమును అపహరింతురు, నీ ప్రాకారములను పడగొట్టుదురు, నీ విలాస మందిరములను పాడుచేయుదురు, నీ రాళ్లను నీ కలపను నీ మంటిని నీళ్లలో ముంచివేయుదురు.

12. And they shall strip your wealth and plunder your merchandise. And they shall tear down your walls and destroy your desirable houses. And they shall set your stones and your timber and your dust in the midst of the water.

13. ఇట్లు నేను నీ సంగీతనాదమును మాన్పించెదను, నీ సితారా నాదమికను వినబడదు,

13. And I will make cease the noise of your songs. And the sound of your harps shall not be heard any more.

14. నిన్ను వట్టిబండగా చేయుదును, వలలు పరచుకొనుటకు చోటగుదువు నీవికను కట్టబడక యుందువు. నేనే మాట యిచ్చియున్నాను; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

14. And I will make you like a shining rock. You shall be a spreading place for nets, you shall not be built any more. For I, Jehovah, have spoken, declares the Lord Jehovah.

15. తూరునుగూర్చి ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు నదేమనగా నీవు కూలునప్పుడు కలుగు ధ్వనియు, హతులగుచున్నవారి కేకలును, నీలో జరుగు గొప్పవధయు ద్వీపములు విని కంపించును.

15. So says the Lord Jehovah to Tyre: Shall not the coast lands shake at the sound of your fall, when the slain groan, in the slaying of the slaughter in your midst?

16. సముద్రపు అధిపతులందరును తమ సింహాసనములమీదనుండి దిగి, తమ చొక్కాయి లను విచిత్రమైన వస్త్రములను తీసివేసి, దిగులుపడిన వారై నేలను కూర్చుండి గడగడ వణకుచు నిన్ను చూచి విస్మయపడుదురు.

16. And all the rulers of the sea shall come down from their thrones and lay aside their robes and strip off their embroidered garments. They shall be clothed with trembling. They shall sit on the ground and shall tremble at every moment and be appalled at you.

17. వారు నిన్నుగూర్చి అంగలార్పు వచన మెత్తి ఈలాగున అందురుసముద్ర నివాసమైనదానా, ఖ్యాతినొందిన పట్ణణమా, నీవెట్లు నాశనమైతివి? సముద్ర ప్రయాణము చేయుటవలన దానికిని దాని నివాసులకును బలము కలిగెను, సముద్రవాసులందరిని భీతిల్లచేసినది ఇదే.

17. And they shall lift up a lament for you and say to you, How you are perished, who lived by the seas, the city well praised, which was strong in the sea, she and her dwellers, who put their terrors on all living in her!

18. ఇప్పుడు నీవు కూలినందున ద్వీపములు కంపించుచున్నవి, నీవు వెళ్లిపోవుట చూచి సముద్రద్వీపములు కదలు చున్నవి.

18. Now the coastlands shall tremble in the day of your fall. Yea, the coastlands by the sea shall be troubled at your going down.

19. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నివాసులులేని పట్టణములవలెనే నేను నిన్ను పాడుచేయునప్పుడు మహా సముద్రము నిన్ను ముంచునట్లుగా నీ మీదికి నేను అగాధజలములను రప్పించెదను, పురాతన కాలమందు పాతాళములోనికి దిగిపోయినవారియొద్ద నీ వుండునట్లు నేను నిన్ను పడవేసి, నీవు జనములేని దాన వగుటకై పురాతనకాలములో పాడైన జనులయొద్ద భూమి క్రిందనున్న స్థలములలో నీకు నివాసము నిర్ణయింతును, పాతాళములోనికి దిగి పోవువారితో కూడ నిన్ను నివసింప జేసెదను.

19. For so says the Lord Jehovah: When I shall make you a ruined city, like the cities that do not have ones living in them, when I shall bring up on you the deep and great waters shall cover you.

20. మరియు సజీవులు నివసించు భూమిమీద నేను మహాఘనకార్యము కలుగజేతును;

20. And I will make you go down with those going down into the Pit, with the people of old time, and I shall set you in the earth's lowest parts, in places ruined from days of old, with ones who go to the Pit, so that you have no one living in you. But I gave glory in the land of the living.

21. నిన్ను భీతికి కారణముగా జేతును, నీవు లేకపోవుదువు, ఎంత వెదకినను నీవెన్నటికిని కనబడక యుందువు; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

21. I will give you terrors, and you will not be. Though you are sought, yet you shall not be found any more forever, declares the Lord Jehovah.
