1. మీరు స్వాధీనపరచుకొనుటకు నీ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీ కిచ్చిన దేశమున మీరు భూమిమీద బ్రదుకు దినములన్నిటను మీరు అను సరించి గైకొనవలసిన కట్టడలును విధులును ఇవి.

1. Here are the laws and rulings you are to observe and obey in the land ADONAI, the God of your ancestors, has given you to possess as long as you live on earth.

2. మీరు స్వాధీనపరచుకొన బోవు జనములు గొప్ప పర్వతముల మీద నేమి మెట్టల మీదనేమి పచ్చని చెట్లన్నిటిక్రిందనేమి, యెక్కడెక్కడనైతే తమ దేవతలను పూజించెనో ఆ స్థలము లన్నిటిని మీరు బొత్తిగా పాడుచేయవలెను.

2. You must destroy all the places where the nations you are dispossessing served their gods, whether on high mountains, on hills, or under some leafy tree.

3. వారి బలి పీఠములను పడద్రోసి వారి విగ్రహములను పగులగొట్టి వారి దేవతాస్తంభములను అగ్నితో కాల్చి వారి దేవతల ప్రతిమలను కూలద్రోసి వాటి పేరులు అచ్చట లేకుండ నశింప జేయవలెను.

3. Break down their altars, smash their standing-stones to pieces, burn up their sacred poles completely and cut down the carved images of their gods. Exterminate their name from that place.

4. వారు తమ దేవతలకు చేసినట్టు మీరు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను గూర్చి చేయకూడదు.

4. 'But you are not to treat ADONAI your God this way.

5. మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీ సమస్త గోత్రములలో తన నామమును స్థాపించుకొనుటకు నివాసస్థానముగా ఏర్ప రచుకొను స్థలమును వెదకి అక్కడికే యాత్రలు చేయు చుండవలెను.

5. Rather, you are to come to the place where ADONAI your God will put his name. He will choose it from all your tribes; and you will seek out that place, which is where he will live, and go there.

6. అక్కడికే మీరు మీ దహన బలులను, మీ బలులను, మీ దశమభాగములను, ప్రతిష్టితములుగా మీరు చేయు నైవేద్యములను, మీ మ్రొక్కుబడి అర్పణ ములను, మీ స్వేచ్ఛార్పణములను, పశువులలోను గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోను తొలిచూలు వాటిని తీసికొని రావలెను.

6. You will bring there your burnt offerings, your sacrifices, your tenths [[that you set aside for ADONAI]], the offerings that you give, the offerings you have vowed, your voluntary offerings, and the firstborn of your cattle and sheep.

7. మీరును మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మిమ్మునాశీర్వదించి మీకు కలుగజేసిన మీ కుటుంబములును మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని భోజనముచేసి మీ చేతిపనులన్నిటి యందు సంతోషింపవలెను.

7. There you will eat in the presence of ADONAI your God; and you will rejoice over everything you set out to do, you and your households, in which ADONAI your God has blessed you.

8. నేడు మనమిక్కడ చేయు చున్నట్లు మీలో ప్రతి మనుష్యుడు తన కంటికి యుక్త మైన దంతయు చేయకూడదు.

8. You will not do things the way we do them here today, where everyone does whatever in his own opinion seems right;

9. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీ కిచ్చుచున్న విశ్రాంతిని స్వాస్థ్యమును మీరు ఇదివరకు పొందలేదు.

9. because you haven't yet arrived at the rest and inheritance which ADONAI your God is giving you.

10. మీరు యొర్దాను దాటి మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మీకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఇచ్చుచున్న దేశమున నివాసులైన తరువాత ఆయన మీ చుట్టునుండు శత్రువు లందరు లేకుండ మీకు విశ్రాంతి కలుగజేసినందున మీరు నెమ్మది పొందునప్పుడు

10. But when you cross the Yarden and live in the land ADONAI your God is having you inherit, and he gives you rest from all your surrounding enemies, so that you are living in safety;

11. నేను మికాజ్ఞా పించు సమస్త మును, అనగా మీ దహన బలులను మీ బలులను మీ దశమ భాగములను ప్రతిష్ఠితములుగా మీరు చేయు నైవేద్యములను మీరు యెహోవాకు మ్రొక్కుకొను మీ శ్రేష్ఠమైన మ్రొక్కు బళ్లను మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా తన నామమునకు నివాసస్థానముగా ఏర్పరచుకొను స్థల మునకే మీరు తీసికొని రావలెను.

11. then you will bring all that I am ordering you to the place ADONAI your God chooses to have his name live- your burnt offerings, sacrifices, tenths, the offering from your hand, and all your best possessions that you dedicate to ADONAI;

12. మీరు, మీ కుమా రులు, మీ కుమార్తెలు, మీ దాసులు, మీ పనికత్తెలు, మీలో పాలైనను స్వాస్థ్యమైనను పొందక మీ యిండ్లలో ఉండు లేవీయులు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని సంతోషింపవలెను.

12. and you will rejoice in the presence of ADONAI your God- you, your sons and daughters, your male and female slaves and the [Levi] staying with you, inasmuch as he has no share or inheritance with you.

13. నీవు చూచిన ప్రతి స్థలమున నీ దహనబలులను అర్పింపకూడదు సుమీ.

13. 'Be careful not to offer your burnt offerings just anywhere you see,

14. యెహోవా నీ గోత్రములలో ఒకదానియందు ఏర్పరచుకొను స్థలముననే నీ దహనబలులను అర్పించి నేను మీకా జ్ఞాపించుచున్న సమస్తమును అక్కడనే జరిగింపవలెను.

14. but do it in the place ADONAI will choose in one of your tribal territories; there is where you are to offer your burnt offerings and do everything I order you to do.

15. అయితే నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నిన్ను ఆశీర్వదించినకొలది యిండ్ల న్నిటిలో నీ మనస్సు కోరుదానిని చంపి తినవచ్చును. పవిత్రులేమి అపవిత్రు లేమి యెఱ్ఱజింకను చిన్న దుప్పిని తినినట్లు తినవచ్చును.

15. However, you may slaughter and eat meat wherever you live and whenever you want, in keeping with the degree to which ADONAI your God has blessed you. The unclean and the clean may eat it, as if it were gazelle or deer.

16. మీరు రక్తము మాత్రము తినక దానిని నీళ్లవలె నేలమీద పారబోయవలెను.

16. But don't eat the blood; pour it out on the ground like water.

17. నీ ధాన్యములో నేమి నీ ద్రాక్షారసములోనేమి నీ నూనెలోనేమి దశమభాగమును, నీ గోవులలోనిదేమి నీ గొఱ్ఱె మేకల మందలోని దేమి తొలిచూలు పిల్లలను నీవు మ్రొక్కుకొను మ్రొక్కుబళ్లలో దేనిని నీ స్వేచ్చా éర్పణమును ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణమును నీ యింట తినక

17. 'You are not to eat on your own property the tenth of your grain, new wine or olive oil [[that you set aside for ADONAI]], or the firstborn of your cattle or sheep, or any offering you have vowed, or your voluntary offering, or the offering from your hand.

18. నీ దేవు డైన యెహోవా ఏర్పరచుకొను స్థలముననే నీవు, నీ కుమారుడు, నీ కుమార్తె, నీ దాసుడు, నీ దాసి, నీ యింట నుండు లేవీయులు, కలిసికొని నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని తిని, నీవు చేయు ప్రయత్నములన్నిటిలో నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా సన్నిధిని సంతోషించుదువు.

18. No, you are to eat these in the presence of ADONAI your God in the place ADONAI your God will choose- you and your sons, daughters, male and female slaves, and the [Levi] who is your guest; and you are to rejoice before ADONAI your God in everything you undertake to do.

19. నీవు నీ దేశములోనున్న నీ దినములన్నిటను లేవీయులను విడువ కూడదు సుమీ.

19. As long as you are living on your property, take care not to abandon the [Levi.]

20. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా తాను నీకిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున నీ సరిహద్దులను విశాలపరచిన తరువాత నిశ్చయముగా మాంసము తినగోరి మాంసము తినెదననుకొందువు. అప్పుడు నీకిష్టమైన మాంసము తినవచ్చును.

20. 'When ADONAI your God expands your territory, as he has promised you, and you say, 'I want to eat meat,' simply because you want to eat meat, then you may eat meat, as much as you want.

21. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా తన నామమును ప్రకటించుటకు ఏర్పరచు కొను స్థలము మీకు దూర ముగా ఉండిన యెడల

21. If the place which ADONAI your God chooses to place his name is too far away from you; then you are to slaughter animals from your cattle or sheep, which ADONAI has given you; and eat on your own property, as much as you want.

22. యెహోవా నీకిచ్చిన గోవులలోనిదేగాని మీ గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోనిదేగాని నేను నీ కాజ్ఞాపించినట్లు చంపి నీవు ఆశించినదాని నీ యింట తినవచ్చును. జింకను దుప్పిని తినునట్లు దాని తినవచ్చును. పవిత్రాపవిత్రులు భేదము లేకుండ తినవచ్చును.

22. Eat it as you would gazelle or deer; the unclean and clean alike may eat it.

23. అయితే రక్తమును తిననే తిన కూడదు. భద్రము సుమీ. ఏలయనగా రక్తము ప్రాణము; మాంసముతో ప్రాణాధారమైనదాని తినకూడదు;

23. Just take care not to eat the blood, for the blood is the life, and you are not to eat the life with the meat.

24. నీవు దాని తినక భూమిమీద నీళ్లవలె పారబోయవలెను.

24. Don't eat it, but pour it out on the ground like water.

25. నీవు యెహోవా దృష్టికి యుక్తమైనదానిని చేసినందున నీకు నీ తరువాత నీ సంతతివారికి మేలుకలుగునట్లు దాని తినకూడదు.

25. Do not eat it, so that things will go well with you and with your children after you, as you do what ADONAI sees as right.

26. నీకు నియమింపబడిన ప్రతిష్టితములను మ్రొక్కుబళ్లను మాత్రము యెహోవా ఏర్పరచుకొను స్థలమునకు నీవు తీసికొని పోవలెను.

26. Only the things set aside for God which you have, and the vows you have vowed to make, you must take and go to the place which ADONAI will choose.

27. నీ దహనబలులను వాటి రక్తమాంసములను నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా బలిపీఠము మీద అర్పింపవలెను. నీ బలుల రక్తమును నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా బలిపీఠముమీద పోయవలెను; వాటి మాంసము నీవు తినవలెను.

27. There you will offer your burnt offerings, the meat and the blood, on the altar of ADONAI your God. The blood of your sacrifices is to be poured out on the altar of ADONAI your God, and you will eat the meat.

28. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా దృష్టికి యుక్త మును యథార్థమునగు దానిని నీవు చేసినందున నీకును నీ తరువాత నీ సంతతివారికిని నిత్యము మేలుకలుగునట్లు నేను నీకాజ్ఞాపించుచున్న యీ మాటలన్నిటిని నీవు జాగ్ర త్తగా వినవలెను.

28. Obey and pay attention to everything I am ordering you to do, so that things will go well with you and with your descendants after you forever, as you do what ADONAI sees as good and right.

29. నీవు వారి దేశమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొనుటకు వెళ్లు చున్న జనములను నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీ యెదుట నుండి నాశముచేసిన తరువాత, నీవు వారి స్వాస్థ్యమును స్వాధీనపరచుకొని, వారి దేశములో నివసించునప్పుడు, వారు నీ యెదుటనుండి నశింపజేయబడిన తరువాత నీవు వారి వెంట వెళ్లి చిక్కుబడి,

29. 'When ADONAI your God has cut off ahead of you the nations you are entering in order to dispossess, and when you have dispossessed them and are living in their land;

30. వారి దేవతలను ఆశ్ర యింపగోరిఈ జనములు తమ దేవతలను కొలిచినట్లు నేనును చేసెదనని అనుకొనకుండ జాగ్రత్తగా ఉండ వలెను.

30. be careful, after they have been destroyed ahead of you, not to be trapped into following them; so that you inquire after their gods and ask, 'How did these nations serve their gods? I want to do the same.'

31. తమ దేవతలకు వారు చేసినట్లు నీవు నీ దేవు డైన యెహోవాను గూర్చి చేయవలదు, ఏలయనగా యెహోవా ద్వేషించు ప్రతి హేయ క్రియను వారు తమ దేవతలకు చేసిరి. వారు తమ దేవతలపేరట తమ కూమా రులను తమ కుమార్తెలను అగ్నిహోత్రములో కాల్చి వేయుదురు గదా.

31. You must not do this to ADONAI your God! For they have done to their gods all the abominations that ADONAI hates! They even burn up their sons and daughters in the fire for their gods!
