1. ముప్పదియవ సంవత్సరము నాలుగవ నెల అయిదవ దినమున నేను కెబారు నదీప్రదేశమున చెరలోని వారి మధ్య కాపురముంటిని; ఆ కాలమున ఆకాశము తెరవ బడగా దేవునిగూర్చిన దర్శనములు నాకు కలిగెను.

1. And it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth mouth on the fifth day of the month I being in the midst of them of the captivity, by the river Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

2. యెహోయాకీను చెరపట్టబడిన అయిదవ సంవత్సరము ఆ నెలలో అయిదవ దినమున కల్దీయుల దేశమందున్న కెబారు నదీప్రదేశమున యెహోవా వాక్కు బూజీ కుమారుడును

2. On the fifth of the month, that was the fifth year of the captivity of King Jehoiachin,

3. యాజకుడునగు యెహెజ్కేలునకు ప్రత్యక్షముకాగా అక్కడనే యెహోవా హస్తము అతనిమీదికి వచ్చెను.

3. in very deed came the word of Yahweh unto Ezekiel son of Buzi the priest in the land of the Chaldeans by the river Chebar, yea the hand of Yahweh I came on him there I-

4. నేను చూడగా ఉత్తర దిక్కునుండి తుపాను వచ్చుచుండెను; మరియు గొప్ప మేఘమును గోళమువలె గుండ్రముగా ఉన్న అగ్నియు కనబడెను, కాంతిదానిచుట్టు ఆవరించియుండెను; ఆ అగ్నిలోనుండి కరగబడినదై ప్రజ్వలించుచున్న యపరంజివంటి దొకటి కనబడెను.

4. So then I beheld and lo! a tempestuous wind coming out of the North, a great cloud and a fire catching hold of itself, and it had a brightness round about,

5. దానిలోనుండి నాలుగు జీవుల రూపములుగల యొకటి కనబడెను, వాటి రూపము మానవ స్వరూపము వంటిది.

5. and out of the midst thereof, as burnished copper to look upon out of the midst of the fire; and out of the midst thereof, a likeness of four living ones, and this was their appearance, the likeness of a man, had they;

6. ఒక్కొక్క దానికి నాలుగు ముఖములును నాలుగు రెక్కలును గలవు.

6. and four faces each, and four wings each, had they;

7. వాటి కాళ్లు చక్కగా నిలువబడినవి, వాటి అరకాళ్లు పెయ్యకాళ్లవలె ఉండెను, అవి తళతళలాడు ఇత్తడివలె ఉండెను.

7. and their feet were straight feet, and the sole of their feet was like the sole of the foot of a calf, but sparkling, as shining bronze to look upon;

8. వాటి నాలుగు ప్రక్కలరెక్కల క్రింద మానవ హస్తములవంటి హస్తములుండెను, నాలుగింటికిని ముఖములును రెక్కలును ఉండెను.

8. and the hands of a man! were under their wings, on their four sides, and their faces and their wings belonged to the four of them:

9. వాటి రెక్కలు ఒకదానినొకటి కలిసికొనెను, ఏ వైపునకైనను తిరుగక అవన్నియు చక్కగా నెదుటికి పోవుచుండెను.

9. joined to each other, were their wings, they turned not when they went, each one straight before him, did they go;

10. ఆ నాలుగింటి యెదుటి ముఖరూపములు మానవ ముఖమువంటివి, కుడిపార్శ్వపు రూపములు సింహ ముఖము వంటివి. యెడమపార్శ్వపు ముఖములు ఎద్దుముఖము వంటివి. నాలుగింటికి పక్షిరాజు ముఖమువంటి ముఖములు కలవు.

10. and the likeness of their faces was the face of a man, with the face of a lion to the right of the four of them, and the face of an ox on the left, of the four of them, the face of an eagle, also had they four;

11. వాటి ముఖములును రెక్కలును వేరు వేరుగా ఉండెను, ఒక్కొక జీవి రెక్కలలో ఒక రెక్క రెండవ జతలో ఒకదానితో కలిసి యుండెను; ఒక్కొక జత రెక్కలు వాటి దేహములను కప్పెను.

11. and their wings were spread above, two of each joined one another, and two covered their bodies;

12. అవన్నియు చక్కగా ఎదుటికి పోవుచుండెను, అవి వెనుకకు తిరుగక ఆత్మయే వైపునకు పోవుచుండునో ఆ వైపునకే పోవు చుండెను.

12. and each one straight before him, did they go, whithersoever the spirit was minded to go, they went, they turned not when they went.

13. ఆ జీవుల రూపములు మండుచున్న నిప్పులతోను దివిటీలతోను సమానములు; ఆ అగ్ని జీవుల మధ్యను ఇటు అటు వ్యాపించెను, ఆ అగ్ని అతికాంతిగా ఉండెను, అగ్నిలోనుండి మెరుపు బయలుదేరుచుండెను.

13. As for the likeness of the living ones, their appearance was like live coals of fire burning up like the appearance of torches, the same went to and fro between the living ones, and the fire had brightness and out of the fire, went forth a lightning.

14. మెరుపు తీగెలు కనబడు రీతిగా జీవులు ఇటు అటు తిరుగు చుండెను.

14. And the living ones ran and returned, like the appearance of a flash of lightning.

15. ఈ జీవులను నేను చూచుచుండగా నేల మీద ఆ నాలుగింటి యెదుట ముఖముల ప్రక్కను చక్రమువంటిదొకటి కనబడెను.

15. And I looked at the living ones, and lo! one wheel upon the earth beside the living ones for each of his four faces,

16. ఆ చక్రములయొక్క రూపమును పనియు రక్తవర్ణపు రాతివలె నుండెను, ఆ నాలుగును ఒక్క విధముగానే యుండెను. వాటి రూపమును పనియు చూడగా చక్రములో చక్రమున్నట్టుగా ఉండెను.

16. The appearance of the wheels and of their structure was like a Tarshish-stone to look upon, and they four had one likeness, and their appearance and their structure were just as would be a wheel in the midst of a wheel.

17. అవి జరుగునప్పుడు నాలుగు ప్రక్కలకు జరుగుచుండెను, వెనుకకు తిరుగకయే జరుగుచుండెను.

17. Upon their four sides, when they went, so did they go, they turned not when they went.

18. వాటి కైవారములు మిక్కిలి యెత్తుగలవై భయంకరముగా ఉండెను, ఆ నాలుగు కైవారములు చుట్టు కండ్లతో నిండి యుండెను.

18. As for their rings, they were so high that they were terrible, -and their rings full of eyes round about, had they four.

19. ఆ జీవులు కదలగా ఆ చక్రములును వాటి ప్రక్కను జరిగెను, అవి నేలనుండి లేచినప్పుడు చక్రములుకూడ లేచెను.

19. And when the living ones went, the wheels went beside them, and when the living ones were lifted up from the earth, the wheels were lifted up:

20. ఆత్మ యెక్కడికి పోవునో అక్కడికే, అది పోవలసిన వైపునకే అవియు పోవుచుండెను; జీవికున్న ఆత్మ, చక్రములకును ఉండెను గనుక అవి లేవగానే చక్రములును లేచుచుండెను.

20. whithersoever the spirit was minded to go, they went thither was the spirit minded to go, and the wheels would be lifted up along with them, for the spirit of the living one was in the wheels:

21. జీవికున్న ఆత్మ చక్రములకును ఉండెను గనుక జీవులు జరుగగా చక్రములును జరుగుచుండెను, అవి నిలువగా ఇవియు నిలిచెను, అవి నేలనుండి లేవగా ఇవియు వాటితోకూడ లేచెను.

21. when they went, these went, and when they stood, there stood, ad when they were lifted up from off the earth, the wheels were lifted up along with them, for the spirit of the living one was in the wheels.

22. మరియు జీవుల తలలపైన ఆకాశమండలము వంటి విశాలతయున్నట్టుండెను. అది తళతళలాడు స్ఫటికముతో సమానమై వాటి తలలకు పైగా వ్యాపించి యుండెను.

22. And there was a likeness over the heads of the living one an expanse, like terrible crystal to look upon, -stretched forth over their heads above.

23. ఆ మండలమువంటి దాని క్రింది జీవుల రెక్కలలో రెండేసి యొకదానిప్రక్క ఒకటి పైకి చాప బడియుండెను; రెండేసి వాటి దేహములు కప్పుచుండెను, ఈ తట్టుననున్న జీవులకును ఆ తట్టుననున్న జీవులకును, అనగా ప్రతిజీవికిని ఆలాగున రెక్కలుండెను.

23. And under the expanse, their wings were straight, one towards another, each one had two covering on this side, and each one had two covering on that side, their bodies.

24. అవి జరుగగా నేను వాటి రెక్కల చప్పుడు వింటిని; అది విస్తారమైన ఉదకముల ఘోషవలెను సర్వశక్తుడగు దేవుని స్వరము వలెను దండువారు చేయు ధ్వనివలెను ఉండెను, అవి నిలుచునప్పుడెల్ల తమ రెక్కలను వాల్చుకొనుచుండెను.

24. And I heard the sound of their wings, as the sound of many waters, as the sound of the Almighty, when they went, the sound of a storm as the sound of a host, when they stood, they let down their wings,

25. అవి నిలిచి రెక్కలను వాల్చునప్పుడు వాటి తలలకు పైగా నున్న ఆకాశ మండలమువంటి దానిలోనుండి శబ్దము పుట్టెను.

25. And there was a voice above the expanse that was over their head, when they stood, they let down their wings.

26. వాటి తలల పైనున్న ఆ మండలముపైన నీల కాంతమయమైన సింహాసనమువంటి దొకటి కనబడెను; మరియు ఆ సింహాసనమువంటి దానిమీద నరస్వరూపియగు ఒకడు ఆసీనుడైయుండెను.

26. And above the expanse that was over their heads, as the appearance of a sapphire stone, was the likeness of a throne, and upon the likeness of a throne, was a likeness as the appearance of a man upon it above.

27. చుట్టు దాని లోపట కరుగుచున్న యిత్తడియు అగ్నియు నున్నట్టు నాకు కనబడెను. నడుము మొదలుకొని మీదికిని నడుము మొదలు కొని దిగువకును ఆయన అగ్నిస్వరూపముగా నాకు కనబడెను, చుట్టును తేజోమయముగా కనబడెను.

27. And I saw as burnished copper to look upon, as the appearance of fire within it round about, from the appearance of his loins and upwards and from the appearance of his loins and downward, saw I as the appearance of fire, and he had brightness round about:

28. వర్ష కాలమున కనబడు ఇంద్ర ధనుస్సుయొక్క తేజస్సువలె దాని చుట్టునున్న తేజస్సు కనబడెను. ఇది యెహోవా ప్రభావ స్వరూప దర్శనము. నేను చూచి సాగిలపడగా నాతో మాటలాడు ఒకని స్వరము నాకు వినబడెను.

28. as the appearance of the bow which is in a cloud on a day of rain, so was the appearance of the brightness round about, that was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of Yahweh, and when I saw, I fell upon my face, and heard a voice of one speaking.
