1. మీరు బ్రదికి అభివృద్ధినొంది యెహోవా మీ పితరు లతో ప్రమాణముచేసిన దేశమునకు పోయి దాని స్వాధీన పరచుకొనునట్లు నేడు నేను నీ కాజ్ఞాపించిన ఆజ్ఞలన్నిటిని అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనవలెను.

1. You shall observe to do all the commands which I charge you today, that you may live and be multiplied, and enter in and inherit the land, which the Lord your God swore to your fathers.

2. మరియు నీవు ఆయన ఆజ్ఞలను గైకొందువో లేదో నిన్ను శోధించి నీ హృదయ ములో నున్నది తెలుసుకొనుటకు నిన్ను అణచు నిమిత్త మును అరణ్యములో ఈ నలువది సంవత్సరములు నీ దేవు డైన యెహోవా నిన్ను నడిపించిన మార్గమంతటిని జ్ఞాప కము చేసికొనుము.

2. And you shall remember all the way which the Lord your God has led you in the wilderness, that He might afflict you, and try you, and that the things in your heart might be made manifest, whether you would keep His commandments or not.

3. ఆహారమువలననే గాక యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన ప్రతి మాటవలన నరులు బ్రదుకుదురని నీకు తెలియజేయుటకు ఆయన నిన్ను అణచి నీకు ఆకలి కలుగజేసి, నీవేగాని నీ పితరులేగాని యెన్నడెరుగని మన్నాతో నిన్ను పోషించెను.

3. And He afflicted you and straitened you with hunger, and fed you with manna, which your fathers knew not; that He might teach you that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God shall man live.

4. ఈ నలువది సంవత్సరములు నీవు వేసికొనిన బట్టలు పాతగిలలేదు, నీ కాలు వాయలేదు.

4. Your garments grew not old from off you, your shoes were not worn from off you, your feet were not [painfully] hardened, behold, for these forty years!

5. ఒకడు తన కుమారుని ఎట్లు శిక్షించెనో అట్లే నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నిన్ను శిక్షించువాడని నీవు తెలిసికొని
హెబ్రీయులకు 12:7

5. And you shall know in your heart, that as if any man should chasten his son, so the Lord your God will chasten you.

6. ఆయన మార్గములలో నడుచుకొనునట్లును ఆయనకు భయ పడునట్లును నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞలను గైకొన వలెను.

6. And you shall keep the commands of the Lord your God, to walk in His ways, and to fear Him.

7. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నిన్ను మంచి దేశములో ప్రవేశపెట్టును. అది నీటి వాగులును, లోయలలో నుండియు కొండలలో నుండియు పారు ఊటలును అగాధ జలములును గల దేశము.

7. For the Lord your God will bring you into a good and extensive land, where there are torrents of waters, and fountains of deep places issuing through the plains and through the mountains;

8. అది గోధుమలు యవలు ద్రాక్షచెట్లు అంజూరపుచెట్లు దానిమ్మపండ్లును గల దేశము, ఒలీవ నూనెయు తేనెయు గల దేశము.

8. a land of wheat and barley, [with] vines, figs, and pomegranates; a land of olive oil and honey;

9. కరవు అనుకొనకుండ నీవు ఆహారము తిను దేశము; అందులో నీకు ఏ లోపముండదు. అది యినుపరాళ్లు గల దేశము; దాని కొండలలో నీవు రాగి త్రవ్వి తీయవచ్చును.

9. a land on which you shall not eat your bread with poverty, and you shall not need anything upon it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of its mountains you shall dig brass.

10. నీవు తిని తృప్తిపొంది నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీకిచ్చిన మంచి దేశమునుబట్టి ఆయనను స్తుతింపవలెను.

10. And you shall eat and be filled, and shall bless the Lord your God on the good land, which He has given you.

11. నేడు నేను నీకాజ్ఞాపించు ఆయన ఆజ్ఞలను విధులను కట్టడలను నీవు అనుసరింపక నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను మరచి కడుపారతిని

11. Take heed to yourself that you forget not the Lord your God, so as not to keep His commands, and His judgments, and His statutes, which I command you this day,

12. మంచి యిండ్లు కట్టించుకొని వాటిలో నివసింపగా,

12. lest when you have eaten and are full, and have built nice houses, and dwelt in them;

13. నీ పశువులు నీ గొఱ్ఱె మేకలును వృద్ధియై నీకు వెండి బంగారములు విస్తరించి నీకు కలిగినదంతయు వర్థిల్లినప్పుడు

13. and your oxen and your sheep are multiplied to you, and your silver and your gold are multiplied to you, and all your possessions are multiplied to you,

14. నీ మనస్సు మదించి, దాసులగృహమైన ఐగుప్తుదేశములో నుండి నిన్ను రప్పించిన నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను మర చెదవేమో.

14. [that] you should be exalted in your heart, and forget the Lord your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage;

15. తాపకరమైన పాములును తేళ్లును కలిగి యెడారియై నీళ్లులేని భయంకరమైన ఆ గొప్ప అరణ్య ములో ఆయన నిన్ను నడిపించెను, రాతిబండనుండి నీకు నీళ్లు తెప్పించెను,

15. who brought you through that great and terrible wilderness, where the biting serpent [is], and the scorpion, and drought, where there was no water; who brought you a fountain of water out of the flinty rock;

16. తుదకు నీకు మేలు చేయవలెనని నిన్ను అణుచుటకును శోధించుటకును నీ పితరులు ఎరుగని మన్నాతో అరణ్యమున నిన్ను పోషించెను.

16. who fed you with manna in the wilderness, which you knew not, and your fathers knew not; that He might afflict you, and thoroughly test you, and do you good in your latter days.

17. అయితే మీరుమా సామర్థ్యము మా బాహుబలము ఇంత భాగ్యము మాకు కలుగజేసెనని అనుకొందురేమో.

17. Lest you should say in your heart, My strength, and the power of my [own] hand have worked for me this great wealth!

18. కాగా నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొన వలెను. ఏలయనగా తాను నీ పితరులతో ప్రమాణము చేసినట్లు తన నిబంధనను నేటివలె స్థాపింపవలెనని మీరు భాగ్యము సంపాదించుకొనుటకై మీకు సామర్థ్యము కలుగజేయువాడు ఆయనే.

18. But you shall remember the Lord your God, that He gives you strength to get wealth; even that He may establish His covenant, which the Lord swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

19. నీవు ఏమాత్రమైనను నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను మరచి యితరదేవతల ననుసరించి పూజించి నమస్కరించిన యెడల మీరు నిశ్చయముగా నశించిపోదురని నేడు మిమ్మునుగూర్చి నేను సాక్ష్యము పలికియున్నాను.

19. And it shall come to pass, [that] if you do at all forget the Lord your God, and should go after other gods, and serve them, and worship them, I call heaven and earth to witness against you this day, that you shall surely perish!

20. నీ యెదుటనుండకుండ యెహోవా నశింపజేయుచున్న జనములు వినకపోయినట్టు మీ దేవు డైన యెహోవా మాట మీరు వినకపోయినయెడల మీరును వారివలెనే నశించెదరు.

20. As also the other nations which the Lord God destroys before your face, so shall you perish, because you would not heed the voice of the Lord your God.
