1. Yf there a ryse amonge you a prophett or a dreamer of dreames and geue the a sygne or a wondre,

2. నీవు ఎరుగని యితర దేవతలను అనుసరించి పూజిం తము రమ్మని చెప్పినయెడల

2. and that sygne or wonder which he hath sayed come to passe, and then saye: lat vs goo after straunge Goddes which thou hast not knowen, and let vs serue them:

3. అతడు నీతో చెప్పిన సూచక క్రియగాని మహత్కార్యముగాని సంభవించినను ఆ ప్రవక్తమాటలను కలలు కనువాని మాటలను వినకూడదు. ఏలయనగా మీరు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాను మీ పూర్ణ హృదయము తోను మీ పూర్ణాత్మతోను ప్రేమించుచున్నారో లేదో తెలిసికొనుటకు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మిమ్మును పరీక్షించుచున్నాడు.

3. herken not vnto the wordes of that prophete or dreamer of dreames. For the Lorde thy God tepteth you, to wete whether ye loue the Lord youre God with all youre hertes ad with al youre soules.

4. మీరు మీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు లోబడి ఆయనకే భయపడి ఆయన ఆజ్ఞల ననుసరించి ఆయన మాట విని ఆయనను సేవించి ఆయనను హత్తుకొని యుండవలెను.

4. For ye must walke after the Lorde youre God ad feare him and kepe his comaudmentes and herken vnto his voyce and serue him and cleaue vnto him.

5. నీవు నడవవలెనని నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీకాజ్ఞాపించిన మార్గములోనుండి నిన్ను తొలగించునట్లు ఐగుప్తుదేశములోనుండి మిమ్మును రప్పించి దాస్యగృహములోనుండి మిమ్మును విడిపించిన మీ దేవు డైన యెహోవామీద తిరుగుబాటు చేయుటకు మిమ్మును ప్రేరేపించెను గనుక ఆ ప్రవక్త కేమి ఆ కలలు కనువాని కేమి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. అట్లు నీ మధ్యనుండి ఆ చెడుతనమును పరిహరింపవలెను.

8. వారి మాటకు సమ్మతింపకూడదు; వారిమాట వినకూడదు, వారిని కటాక్షింపకూడదు; వారియందు జాలి పడకూడదు, వారిని మాటుపరచకూడదు; అవశ్యముగా వారిని చంపవలెను.

8. Se thou consente not vnto him nor herken vnto him: no let not thyne eye pitye him nor haue compassyon on hym, nor kepe him secrett, but cause him to be slayne:

9. చంపుటకు నీ జనులందరికి ముందు గాను నీ చెయ్యి మొదట వారిమీద పడవలెను.

9. Thine hande shalbe first apon hym to kyll him: and then the handes off all the people.

10. రాళ్లతో వారిని చావగొట్టవలెను. ఏలయనగా ఐగుప్తుదేశములో నుండియు దాస్యగృహములోనుండియు నిన్ను రప్పించిన నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవాయొద్దనుండి వారు నిన్ను తొలగింప యత్నించెదరు.

10. And thou shalt stone hym with stones that he dye, because he hath gone aboute to thrust the awaye from the Lord thy God which brought the out of Egipte the housse of bondage.

11. అప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరు విని భయపడుదురు గనుక నీ మధ్య అట్టి దుష్కార్యమేమియు ఇకను చేయకుందురు.

12. నీవు నివసించుటకు నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నీకిచ్చు చున్న నీ పురములలో ఏదోయొకదానియందు

12. Yf thou shalt heare saye of one of thy cities which the Lorde thy God hath geuen the to dwell in,

13. పనికి మాలిన కొందరు మనుష్యులు నీ మధ్య లేచి, మీరు ఎరుగని యితర దేవతలను పూజింతము రండని తమ పుర నివాసులను ప్రేరేపించిరని నీవు వినినయెడల, నీవు ఆ సంగతిని శోధించి పరీక్షించి బాగుగా విచారింపవలెను.

13. that certen beyng the childern of Beliall are gone out from amonge you and haue moued the enhabiters of their citie sayeng: lat vs goo and serue straunge Goddes whiche ye haue not knowen.

14. అది నిజమైనయెడల, అనగా అట్టి హేయమైనది నీ మధ్య జరిగినయెడల

14. Then seke and make serche and enquere diligently. Yf it be true and the thinge of a suertie that soch abhominacion is wrought among you:

15. ఆ పురనివాసులను అవశ్యముగా కత్తివాత సంహరించి, దానిని దానిలోనున్న సమస్తమును దాని పశువులను కత్తివాత నిర్మూలము చేయవలెను.

15. then thou shalt smyte the dwellers of that citie with the edge of the swerde, and destroye it mercylesse and all that is therin, and euen the very catell thereof with the edge of the swerde.

16. దాని కొల్లసొమ్మంతటిని విశాలవీధిలో చేర్చి, నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా పేరట ఆ పురమును దాని కొల్లసొమ్మంతటిని అగ్నితో బొత్తిగా కాల్చి వేయవలెను. అది తిరిగి కట్ట బడక యెల్లప్పుడును పాడుదిబ్బయై యుండును.

16. And gather all the spoyle of it in to the myddes of the streates thereof, and burne with fire: both the citie and all the spoyle thereof euery whitte vnto the Lord thy God. And it shalbe an hepe for euer and shall not be bylt agayne.

17. నేడు నేను నీకాజ్ఞాపించు ఆయన ఆజ్ఞలన్నిటిని గైకొనుచు

17. And se that their cleaue nought of the damned thinge in thine hande, that the Lorde maye turne fro his fearse wrath and shewe the mercye ad haue compassion on the and multiplye the, as he hath sworne vnto thy fathers:

18. నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా దృష్టికి యథార్థమైన దాని చేయుచు, నీ దేవుడైన యెహోవా మాట వినునప్పుడు యెహోవా తన కోపాగ్నినుండి మళ్లుకొని నీయందు కని కరపడి నిన్ను కరుణించి నీ పితరులతో ప్రమాణముచేసిన రీతిని నిన్ను విస్తరింపజేయునట్లు, నిర్మూలము చేయవలసిన దానిలో కొంచెమైనను నీయొద్ద ఉంచుకొనకూడదు.

18. when thou hast herkened vnto the voyce of the Lorde thy God, to kepe all his comaundmentes which I comaunde the thys daye so that thou doo that which is right in the eyes of the Lorde thy God.
