1. మమ్మును మేమే తిరిగి మెప్పించుకొన మొదలు పెట్టు చున్నామా? కొందరికి కావలసినట్టు మీయొద్దకైనను మీ యొద్దనుండియైనను సిఫారసు పత్రికలు మాకు అవసరమా?

1. We begin to praise ourselves again. Need we as some other of pistels of recommendation(commendation) unto you? or letters of recommendation(commendation) from you?

2. మా హృదయములమీద వ్రాయబడియుండి, మనుష్యులందరు తెలిసికొనుచు చదువుకొనుచున్న మా పత్రిక మీరేకారా?

2. Ye are our pistel written in our hearts, which is understood and read of all men,

3. రాతిపలకమీదగాని సిరాతోగాని వ్రాయబడక, మెత్తని హృదయములు అను పలకలమీద జీవముగల దేవుని ఆత్మతో, మా పరిచర్యమూలముగా వ్రాయబడిన క్రీస్తు పత్రికయై యున్నారని మీరు తేటపరచబడుచున్నారు.

3. in that ye are known, how that ye are the pistel of Christ, ministered by us and written, not with ink: but with the spirit of the living God, not in tables of stone, but in fleshly tables of the heart.

4. Such trust have we thorow Christ to Godward,

5. not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as it were of ourselves: but our ableness cometh of God,

6. ఆయనే మమ్మును క్రొత్త నిబంధనకు, అనగా అక్షరమునకు కాదు గాని ఆత్మకే పరిచారకులమవుటకు మాకు సామర్థ్యము కలిగించియున్నాడు. అక్షరము చంపునుగాని ఆత్మ జీవింపచేయును.

6. which hath made us able to minister the new testament, not of the letter, but of the spirit: For the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

7. మరణ కారణమగు పరిచర్య, రాళ్లమీద చెక్కబడిన అక్షరములకు సంబంధించినదైనను, మహి మతో కూడినదాయెను. అందుకే మోషే ముఖముమీద ప్రకాశించుచుండిన ఆ మహిమ తగ్గిపోవునదైనను, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు అతని ముఖము తేరిచూడలేక పోయిరి.

7. If the ministration of death thorow the letters figured in stones was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not(might not) behold the face of Moses for the glory of(the clearness of his) countenance (which glory nevertheless is done away)

8. ఇట్లుండగా ఆత్మసంబంధ మైన పరిచర్య యెంత మహిమగలదై యుండును?

8. why(how) shall not the ministration of the spirit be much more glorious?

9. శిక్షా విధికి కారణమైన పరిచర్యయే మహిమ కలిగినదైతే నీతికి కారణమైన పరిచర్య యెంతో అధికమైన మహిమ కల దగును.

9. For if the ministering of condemnation be glorious: much more doth the administration(ministration) of righteousness exceed in glory.

10. అత్యధికమైన మహిమ దీనికుండుటవలన ఇంతకు మునుపు మహిమ కలదిగా చేయబడినది యీ విషయములో మహిమలేనిదాయెను.

10. For no doubt that which was there glorified is not once glorified in respect of this exceeding glory.

11. తగ్గిపోవునదే మహిమగలదై యుండినయెడల, నిలుచునది మరి యెక్కువ మహిమగలదై యుండును గదా.

11. Then if that which is destroyed was(done away, be) glorious, much more shall that which remaineth be glorious.

12. తగ్గిపోవుచున్న మహిమయొక్క అంతమును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు తేరిచూడకుండునట్లు మోషే తన ముఖము మీద ముసుకు వేసికొనెను.

12. Seeing then that we have such trust we use great boldness,

13. మేమట్లు చేయక, యిట్టి నిరీక్షణ గలవారమై బహు ధైర్యముగా మాటలాడు చున్నాము.

13. and do not as Moses, which put a veil over his face that the children of Israel should not see for what purpose that served which is put away.(so that the children of Israel might not see the end of it, that is done away)

14. మరియు వారి మనస్సులు కఠినములాయెను గనుక నేటివరకును పాతనిబంధన చదువబడునప్పుడు, అది క్రీస్తునందు కొట్టివేయ బడెనని వారికి తేటపరచబడక, ఆ ముసుకే నిలిచియున్నది.

14. But their minds were blinded. For until this day remaineth the same covering untaken away in the old testament when they read it, which in Christ is put away:

15. నేటి వరకును మోషే గ్రంథము వారు చదువునప్పుడెల్ల ముసుకు వారి హృదయముల మీదనున్నది గాని

15. But even unto this day, when Moses is read the veil hangeth before their hearts.

16. వారి హృదయము ప్రభువువైపునకు ఎప్పుడు తిరుగునో అప్పుడు ముసుకు తీసివేయబడును.

16. Nevertheless when they turn to the Lord, the veil shall be taken away.

17. ప్రభువే ఆత్మ ప్రభువుయొక్క ఆత్మయెక్కడ నుండునో అక్కడ స్వాతంత్ర్యము నుండును.

17. The Lord no doubt is a spirit. And where the spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

18. మన మందరమును ముసుకు లేని ముఖముతో ప్రభువుయొక్క మహిమను అద్దమువలె ప్రతిఫలింపజేయుచు, మహిమనుండి అధిక మహిమను పొందుచు, ప్రభువగు ఆత్మచేత ఆ పోలిక గానే మార్చబడుచున్నాము.

18. And now the Lord's glory appeareth in us all, as in a glass:(But we all behold the glory of the Lord with his face open) and we are(weare) changed unto the same similitude, from glory to glory,(same image, from one clearness to another) even of the Lord which is a spirit.(even of the spirit of the Lord.)
