1. కాబట్టి తీర్పు తీర్చు మనుష్యుడా, నీ వెవడవైనను సరే నిరుత్తరుడవై యున్నావు. దేనివిషయములో ఎదుటి వానికి తీర్పు తీర్చుచున్నావో దాని విషయములో నీవే నేరస్థుడవని తీర్పు తీర్చుకొనుచున్నావు; ఏలయనగా తీర్పు తీర్చు నీవును అట్టి కార్యములనే చేయుచున్నావు కావా?

1. Therefore art thou inexcusable O man whosoever thou be that judgest. For in the same wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself. For thou that judgest doest even the same self things.

2. అట్టి కార్యములు చేయువారిమీద దేవుని తీర్పు సత్యమును అనుసరించినదే అని యెరుగుదుము.

2. But we are sure that the judgement of God is according to truth, against them which commit such things.

3. అట్టి కార్యములు చేయువారికి తీర్పు తీర్చుచు వాటినే చేయుచున్న మనుష్యుడా, నీవు దేవుని తీర్పు తప్పించు కొందువని అను కొందువా?

3. Thinkest thou (this) O thou man that judgest them which do such things and yet doest even the very same, that thou shalt escape the judgement of God?

4. లేదా, దేవుని అనుగ్రహము మారు మనస్సు పొందుటకు నిన్ను ప్రేరేపించుచున్నదని యెరుగక, ఆయన అనుగ్రహైశ్వర్యమును సహనమును దీర్ఘ శాంతమును తృణీకరించుదువా?

4. Other(Either) despisest thou the riches of his goodness and patience, and long sufferance? and rememberest not how that the kindness of God leadeth thee to repentance?

5. నీ కాఠిన్యమును, మార్పు పొందని నీ హృదయమును అనుసరించి, ఉగ్రత దినమందు, అనగా దేవుని న్యాయమైన తీర్పు బయలు పరచబడు దినమందు నీకు నీవే ఉగ్రతను సమకూర్చు కొనుచున్నావు.

5. But thou after thine hard heart that cannot repent, heapest thee together the treasure of wrath against the day of vengeance,(wrath) when shall be opened the righteous judgement of God,

6. ఆయన ప్రతివానికి వాని వాని క్రియల చొప్పున ప్రతిఫలమిచ్చును.

6. which will reward every man according to his deeds,

7. సత్‌ క్రియను ఓపికగా చేయుచు, మహిమను ఘనతను అక్షయతను వెదకువారికి నిత్యజీవము నిచ్చును.

7. that is to say praise, honour, and immortality,(uncorruption) to them which continue(with patience) in good doing, and seek eternal life:

8. అయితే భేదములు పుట్టించి, సత్యమునకు లోబడక దుర్నీతికి లోబడువారి మీదికి దేవుని ఉగ్రతయు రౌద్రమును వచ్చును.

8. But unto them that are rebellious, and disobey the truth, yet(and) follow iniquity,(are contentious and not obedient unto the truth, but obey unrighteousness) shall come indignation, and wrath,

9. దుష్క్యార్యము చేయు ప్రతి మనుష్యుని ఆత్మకు, మొదట యూదునికి గ్రీసుదేశస్థునికికూడ, శ్రమయు వేదనయు కలుగును.

9. tribulation(trouble) and anguish upon the soul of every man that doth evil. Of the jew first: And also of the gentile.

10. సత్‌ క్రియ చేయు ప్రతివానికి, మొదట యూదునికి గ్రీసుదేశస్థునికికూడ, మహిమయు ఘనతయు సమాధానమును కలుగును.

10. To every man that doth good shall come praise, honour and peace, to the jew first, and also to the gentile.

11. దేవునికి పక్షపాతములేదు. ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేక పాపము చేసినవారందరు ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేకయే నశించెదరు;

11. For there is no partiality with God:(there is no respect of persons before God)

12. ధర్మశాస్త్రము కలిగినవారై పాపము చేసినవారందరు ధర్మశాస్త్రానుసారముగా తీర్పు నొందు దురు.

12. But whosoever hath sinned without law, shall perish without law. And as many as have sinned under the law, shall be judged by the law.

13. ధర్మశాస్త్రము వినువారు దేవుని దృష్టికి నీతి మంతులు కారుగాని ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అనుసరించి ప్రవర్తించువారే నీతిమంతులుగా ఎంచబడుదురు.

13. For before God they are not righteous which hear the law: but they which do(doers of) the law shall be justified.

14. ధర్మ శాస్త్రము లేని అన్యజనులు స్వాభావికముగా ధర్మశాస్త్ర సంబంధమైన క్రియలను చేసినయెడల వారు ధర్మశాస్త్రము లేనివారైనను, తమకు తామే ధర్మశాస్త్రమైనట్టున్నారు.

14. For if the gentiles which have no law, do of nature the things contained in the law: then they having no law, are a law unto themselves,

15. అట్టివారి మనస్సాక్షి కూడ సాక్ష్యమిచ్చుచుండగను, వారి తలంపులు ఒక దానిమీద ఒకటి తప్పు మోపుచు లేక తప్పులేదని చెప్పుచుండగను, ధర్మశాస్త్రసారము తమ హృదయములయందు వ్రాయబడినట్టు చూపుచున్నారు

15. which shew the deed(work) of the law written in their hearts: While their conscience beareth witness unto them, and also their thoughts, accusing one another, or excusing

16. దేవుడు నా సువార్త ప్రకారము యేసు క్రీస్తుద్వారా మనుష్యుల రహస్యములను విమర్శించు దినమందు ఈలాగు జరుగును.

16. at the day when God shall judge the secrets of men, by Jesus Christ according to my Gospell.

17. నీవు యూదుడవని పేరు పెట్టుకొని ధర్మశాస్త్రమును ఆశ్రయించి దేవునియందు అతిశయించుచున్నావు కావా?

17. Behold, thou art called a jew, and trustest in the law and rejoicest in(makest thy boast of) God,

18. ఆయన చిత్తమెరిగి, ధర్మశాస్త్రమందు ఉపదేశము పొందిన వాడవై శ్రేష్ఠమైనవాటిని మెచ్చుకొనుచున్నావు కావా?

18. and knowest his will, and hast experience of good and bad, in that thou art informed by the law:

19. జ్ఞానసత్యస్వరూపమైన ధర్మశాస్త్రము గలవాడవైయుండి నేను గ్రుడ్డివారికి త్రోవచూపువాడను,

19. And believest that thou thyself art a guide unto the blind,(thou provest what is best to do, and presumest to be a leader of the blind) a light to them which are in darkness,

20. చీకటిలో ఉండువారికి వెలుగును, బుద్ధిహీనులకు శిక్షకుడను, బాలురకు ఉపాధ్యాయుడనై యున్నానని నీయంతట నీవే ధైర్యము వహించుకొనుచున్నావు కావా?

20. an informer of them which lack discretion,(the unwise) a teacher of the unlearned,(simple) which hast the ensample of that which ought to be known,(ensample of knowledge) and of the truth in the law.

21. ఎదుటివానికి బోధించు నీవు నీకు నీవే బోధించుకొనవా? దొంగిలవద్దని ప్రకటించు నీవు దొంగిలెదవా?

21. Now teachest thou another: but teachest not thyself.(But thou which teachest another, teachest not thyself.) Thou preachest, a man should not steal: and yet thou stealest.

22. వ్యభిచరింపవద్దని చెప్పు నీవు వ్యభిచరించెదవా? విగ్రహములను అసహ్యించుకొను నీవు గుళ్లను దోచెదవా?

22. Thou sayest, a man should not commit advoutry and thou breakest wedlock.

23. ధర్మశాస్త్రమందు అతిశయించు నీవు ధర్మశాస్త్రము మీరుటవలన దేవుని అవమానపర చెదవా?

23. Thou abhorrest images, and robbest God of his honour. Thou rejoicest in(makest thy boast of) the law, and thorow breaking the law dishonourest God.

24. వ్రాయబడిన ప్రకారము మిమ్మునుబట్టియే గదా దేవుని నామము అన్యజనుల మధ్యను దూషింపబడు చున్నది?

24. For the name of God is evil spoken of among the gentiles thorow you as it is written.

25. నీవు ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అనుసరించి ప్రవర్తించు వాడవైతివా, సున్నతి ప్రయోజనకరమగును గాని ధర్మ శాస్త్రమును అతిక్రమించువాడవైతివా, నీ సున్నతి సున్నతి కాకపోవును.

25. Circumcision verily availeth if thou keep the law: But if thou break the law thy circumcision is made(become) uncircumcision.

26. కాబట్టి సున్నతి లేనివాడు ధర్మ శాస్త్రపు నీతి విధులను గైకొనిన యెడల అతడు సున్నతి లేనివాడై యుండియు సున్నతిగలవాడుగా ఎంచబడును గదా?

26. Therefore if the uncircumcised keep the right things contained in the law: shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?

27. మరియు స్వభావమునుబట్టి సున్నతి లేనివాడు ధర్మశాస్త్రమును నెరవేర్చినయెడల అక్షరమును సున్నతియు గలవాడవై ధర్మశాస్త్రమును అతిక్రమించు నీకు తీర్పు తీర్చడా?

27. And shall not uncircumcision which is by nature (if it keep the law)(and fulfilleth the law) judge thee, which being under the letter and circumcision, dost transgress the law?

28. బాహ్యమునకు యూదుడైనవాడు యూదుడు కాడు; శరీరమందు బాహ్యమైన సున్నతి సున్నతికాదు.

28. For he is not a jew, which is a jew outward. Neither is that thing circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:

29. అయితే అంతరంగమందు యూదుడైన వాడే యూదుడు. మరియు సున్నతి హృదయ సంబంధ మైనదై ఆత్మయందు జరుగునదే గాని అక్షరమువలన కలుగు నది కాదు. అట్టివానికి మెప్పు మనుష్యులవలన కలుగదు దేవునివలననే కలుగును.
ద్వితీయోపదేశకాండము 30:6

29. But he is a Jew which is hid within, and the circumcision of the heart is the true circumcision, which is in the spirit, and not in the letter: whose praise is not of men but of God.
