1. ADONAI said to Moshe and Aharon,

2. Take a census of the descendants of K'hat, who are among the descendants of Levi, by clans and families,

3. ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని, యేబది యేండ్లవరకు ప్రాయము కలిగి, ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో పనిచేయుటకు సేనగా చేరగలవారందరి సంఖ్యను వ్రాయించుము.

3. all those from thirty to fifty years old; these will enter the corps doing the work in the tent of meeting.

4. అతి పరిశుద్ధమైన దాని విషయములో ప్రత్య క్షపు గుడారమునందు కహాతీయులు చేయవలసిన సేవ యేదనగా

4. Here is how the descendants of K'hat are to serve in the tent of meeting and deal with the especially holy things:

5. దండు ప్రయాణమైనప్పుడు అహరోనును అతని కుమారులును లోపలికి వచ్చి అడ్డతెరను దించి దానితో సాక్ష్యపు మందసమును కప్పి

5. when the time comes to break camp, Aharon is to go in with his sons, take down the curtain which serves as a screen, and cover the ark of the testimony with it.

6. దానిమీద సముద్రవత్సల చర్మమయమైన కప్పునువేసి దానిమీద అంతయు నీలవర్ణముగల బట్టను పరచి దాని మోతకఱ్ఱలను దూర్చవలెను.

6. On that they are to place a covering of fine leather, and on top of that spread an all-blue cloth. Then they are to insert the carrying-poles.

7. సన్నిధిబల్లమీద నీలిబట్టను పరచి దాని మీద గిన్నెలను ధూపార్తులను పాత్రలను తర్పణ పాత్రలను ఉంచవలెను. నిత్యముగా ఉంచవలసిన రొట్టెలును దానిమీద ఉండవలెను. అప్పుడు వారు వాటిమీద ఎఱ్ఱ బట్ట పరచి

7. On the table of showbread they are to spread a blue cloth and place on it the dishes, incense pans, offering bowls and pitchers. The perpetual bread is to remain on the table.

8. దానిమీద సముద్రవత్సల చర్మపు కప్పువేసి దాని మోతకఱ్ఱలను దూర్చవలెను.

8. They are to spread on these things a scarlet cloth, cover them with a covering of fine leather and insert the poles.

9. They are to take a blue cloth and cover the [menorah] for the light, its lamps, its tongs, its trays and the jars used to add oil to it.

10. They are to wrap it and all its accessories in fine leather and place them on a carrying-frame.

11. On the gold altar they are to spread a blue cloth, cover it with a covering of fine leather and insert its carrying-poles.

12. They are to take all the utensils they use when serving in the sanctuary and put them in a blue cloth, cover them with fine leather and place them on a carrying-frame.

13. After removing the greasy ashes from the altar, they are to spread a purple cloth over it

14. దానిమీద తమ సేవోపకరణములన్నిటిని, అనగా ధూపార్తి ముండ్లు గరిటెలు గిన్నెలునైన బలిపీఠపు ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని దానిమీద పెట్టి, సముద్రవత్సల చర్మమయమైన కప్పును దానిమీద పరచి, దాని మోతకఱ్ఱలను తగిలింపవలెను.

14. and place on it all the utensils required for their altar service- the fire pans, meat-hooks, shovels, basins and other utensils for the altar. Then they are to spread over it a fine leather covering and insert its carrying-poles.

15. దండు ప్రయాణమైనప్పుడు అహరోనును అతని కుమారులును పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును పరిశుద్ధస్థలము యొక్క ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని కప్పుట ముగించిన తరువాత కహాతీయులు దాని మోయ రావలెను. అయితే వారు చావకయుండునట్లు పరిశుద్ధమైన దానిని ముట్టకూడదు. ఇవి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో కహాతీయుల భారము.

15. When Aharon and his sons have finished covering the holy furnishings and all the holy utensils, when the camp is about to move forward, then the descendants of K'hat are to come and carry them. But they are not to touch the holy things, so that they won't die. These things are the responsibility of the descendants of K'hat in the tent of meeting.

16. 'El'azar the son of Aharon the [cohen] is to be responsible for the oil for the light, the fragrant incense, the continuing grain offering and the anointing oil. He is to be in charge of the entire tabernacle and everything in it, including the sanctuary and its furnishings.'

17. ADONAI said to Moshe and Aharon,

18. 'Do not cut off the clan of K'hat from among the [L'vi'im];

19. rather, do this for them, so that they will live and not die: when they approach the especially holy things, Aharon and his sons are to go in- and you are to assign each one his task;

20. but the descendants of K'hat are not to go in and look at the holy things as they are being covered; if they do, they will die.'

21. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

21. ADONAI said to Moshe,

22. గెర్షోనీయులను వారివారి పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను వారివారి వంశముల చొప్పునను లెక్కించి సంఖ్యను వ్రాయించుము.

22. 'Take a census of the descendants of Gershon also, by clans and families;

23. ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యేబది యేండ్లవరకు వయస్సు కలిగి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవచేయుటకు సేనలో పనిచేయ చేరువారందరిని లెక్కింపవలెను.

23. count all those between thirty and fifty years old, all who will enter the corps doing the work of serving in the tent of meeting.

24. పనిచేయుటయు మోతలు మోయుటయు గెర్షోనీయుల సేవ;

24. 'The Gershon families are to be responsible for serving and for transporting loads.

25. వారు మందిరముయొక్క తెరలను ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారమును దాని కప్పును దాని పైనున్న సముద్రవత్సల చర్మమయమైన పైకప్పును ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారము యొక్క ద్వారపు తెరను ప్రాకార తెరలను

25. They are to carry the curtains of the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, its covering, the fine leather covering above it, the screen for the entrance to the tent of meeting,

26. మందిరము చుట్టును బలిపీఠము చుట్టును ఉండు ప్రాకారపు గవిని ద్వారపు తెరలను వాటి త్రాళ్లను వాటి సేవా సంబంధమైన ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని వాటికొరకు చేయబడినది యావత్తును మోయుచు పని చేయుచు రావలెను.

26. the tapestries for the courtyard, and the screen for the entrance to the courtyard by the tabernacle and around the altar, along with the ropes and all the utensils they need for their service; and they are to do the work connected with these things.

27. గెర్షోనీయుల పని అంతయు, అనగా తాము మోయు వాటినన్నిటిని చేయు పనియంతటిని అహరోను యొక్కయు అతని కుమారుల యొక్కయు నోటిమాట చొప్పున జరుగవలెను. వారు జరుపువాటినన్నిటిని జాగ్రత్తగా చూచుకొనవలెనని వారికి ఆజ్ఞాపింపవలెను.

27. Aharon and his sons are to supervise all the work of the Gershon clan in transporting loads and serving, and to assign them who is to carry what.

28. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో గెర్షోనీయుల యొక్క పని యిది; వారు పని చేయుచు యాజకుడగు అహరోను కుమారుడైన ఈతా మారు చేతిక్రింద నుండవలెను.

28. This is how the Gershon families are to serve in the tent of meeting, and they are to be under the direction of Itamar the son of Aharon the [cohen.]

29. మెరారీయులను వారివారి వంశముల చొప్పునను వారి వారి పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను లెక్కింపవలెను.

29. 'As for the descendants of M'rari, take a census by clans and families

30. ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యేబది యేండ్లవరకు వయస్సు కలిగి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో పనిచేయుటకు సేనగా చేరువారందరిని లెక్కింపవలెను.

30. of all those between thirty and fifty years old, all who will be in the corps doing the work of serving in the tent of meeting.

31. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో వారు చేయు పని అంతటి విషయములో వారు, మందిరపు పలకలను దాని అడ్డ కఱ్ఱలను దాని స్తంభములను

31. 'Their service for the tent of meeting will be to carry the frames, crossbars, posts and sockets of the tabernacle;

32. దాని దిమ్మలను దాని చుట్టునున్న ప్రాకార స్తంభములను వాటి దిమ్మలను వాటి మేకులను వాటి త్రాళ్లను వాటి ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని వాటి సంబంధమైన పనియంతటికి కావలసినవన్నిటిని వారు మోసి కాపాడవలసిన బరువులను పేర్ల వరుసను లెక్కింపవలెను.

32. also the posts for the surrounding courtyard, with their sockets, tent pegs, ropes and other accessories, and everything having to do with their service. You are to assign particular loads to specific persons by name.

33. మెరారీయుల వంశములు ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో యాజకుడగు అహరోను కుమారుడైన ఈతామారు చేతిక్రింద చేయవలసిన సేవ యిది; అంతే వారు చేయవలసిన సేవ అని చెప్పెను.

33. This is how the M'rari families are to serve in the tent of meeting, directed by Itamar the son of Aharon the [cohen].'

34. అప్పుడు మోషే అహరోనులు సమాజప్రధానులను కహాతీయులను, అనగా వారివారి వంశముల చొప్పునను వారివారి పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని

34. Moshe, Aharon and the community leaders took a census of the descendants of K'hat by their clans and families,

35. యేబది యేండ్లవరకు ప్రాయము కలిగి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవ చేయుటకు సేనగా చేరువారందరిని లెక్కించిరి.

35. all those between thirty and fifty years old who were part of the corps serving in the tent of meeting.

36. వారివారి వంశములచొప్పున వారిలో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు రెండువేల ఏడువందల ఏబదిమంది.

36. Registered by their families, they numbered 2,750.

37. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవచేయ తగిన వారని కహాతీయుల వంశములలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు వీరే; యెహోవా మోషేచేత పలికించిన మాటచొప్పున మోషే అహరోనులు వారిని లెక్కించిరి.

37. These are the ones counted from the K'hat families of all those serving in the tent of meeting, whom Moshe and Aharon enumerated, in keeping with the order given by ADONAI through Moshe.

38. గెర్షోనీయులలో వారివారి వంశములచొప్పునను వారి వారి పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను లెక్కింపబడిన వారు, అనగా ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని

38. The census of the descendants of Gershon, by their clans and families,

39. యేబది యేండ్లవరకు ప్రాయము కలిగి ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవచేయుటకై సేనగా చేరువారందరు తమ తమ వంశముల చొప్పునను

39. all those between thirty and fifty years old who were part of the corps serving in the tent of meeting,

40. తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను వారిలో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు రెండువేల ఆరు వందల ముప్పదిమంది.

40. yielded 2,630, registered by their clans and families.

41. ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవ చేయతగిన వారని గెర్షోనీయులలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు వీరే; యెహోవా నోటిమాటను బట్టి మోషే అహరోనులు వారిని లెక్కించిరి.

41. These are the ones counted from the families of the descendants of Gershon of all those serving in the tent of meeting, whom Moshe and Aharon enumerated, in keeping with the order given by ADONAI.

42. మెరారీయుల వంశములలో తమ తమ వంశముల చొప్పునను తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను లెక్కింపబడినవారు

42. The census of the families of the descendants of M'rari, by their clans and families,

43. అనగా ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యేబది యేండ్లవరకు ప్రాయము కలిగి ప్రత్య క్షపు గుడారములో సేవ చేయుటకు సేనగా చేరువారు

43. all those between thirty and fifty years old who were part of the corps serving in the tent of meeting,

44. అనగా తమ తమ వంశముల చొప్పున వారిలో లెక్కింప బడినవారు మూడువేల రెండువందలమంది.

44. yielded 3,200, registered by their families.

45. మెరారీయుల వంశములలో లెక్కింపడినవారు వీరే; యెహోవా మోషే చేత పలికించిన మాటనుబట్టి మోషే అహరోనులు వారిని లెక్కించిరి.

45. These are the ones counted from the families of the descendants of M'rari, whom Moshe and Aharon enumerated, in keeping with the order given by ADONAI through Moshe.

46. మోషే అహరోనులు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ప్రధానులును లెక్కించిన లేవీయులలొ

46. The census of the [L'vi'im], whom Moshe, Aharon and the leaders of Isra'el enumerated by their clans and families,

47. ముప్పది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని యేబది యేండ్లవరకు ప్రాయము కలిగి తమ తమ వంశముల చొప్పునను తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పునను లెక్కింపబడినవారు

47. all those between thirty and fifty years old who were part of those working to serve and working to carry loads in the tent of meeting,

48. అనగా ప్రత్యక్షపు గుడారములో సేవయు మోతయు జరిగించు నిమిత్తమై చేరువారందరు, అనగా వారిలో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు ఎనిమిదివేల ఐదువందల ఎనుబదిమంది.

48. yielded a total of 8,580 persons.

49. యెహోవా నోటి మాట చొప్పున మోషేచేత వారు లెక్కింపబడిరి; ప్రతి వాడును తన తన సేవనుబట్టియు తన తన మోతను బట్టియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు వారు అతనివలన లెక్కింపబడిరి.

49. According to ADONAI's order they were appointed by Moshe, each one to his specific service or work. They were also enumerated, as ADONAI had ordered Moshe. [(iii)]
