1. ఆ తెగులు పోయిన తర్వాత యెహోవా మోషేకును యాజకుడగు అహరోను కుమారుడైన ఎలియాజరుకును ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. And it came to pass, after the plague, that Yahweh spake unto Moses, and unto Eleazar son of Aaron the priest, saying:

2. మీరు ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సర్వసమాజములోను ఇరువది ఏండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో సేనగా బయలు వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను వారి వారి పితరుల కుటుంబములను బట్టి వ్రాయించుడి.

2. Reckon ye up the sum of all the assembly of the sons of Israel from twenty years old and upwards, by their ancestral houses, every one able to go forth to war in Israel.

3. కాబట్టి యిరువది ఏండ్లు మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయముగల వారిని లెక్కింపుడని యెహోవా మోషేకును ఐగుప్తుదేశమునుండి వచ్చిన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకును ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు మోషేయు యాజకుడగు ఎలియాజరును ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు

3. So then Moses and Eleazar the priest spake with them, in the waste plains of Moab, by the Jordan near Jericho saying:

5. Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, the sons of Reuben, To Hanoch, pertained the family of the Hanochites; To Pallu, the family of the Palluites;

6. To Hezron, the family of the Hezronites, To Carrel, the family of the Carmites.

7. వీరు రూబేనీయుల వంశస్థులు, వారిలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబది మూడువేల ఏడువందల ముప్పదిమంది.

7. These, are the families of the Reubenites, and they who were numbered of them were found to be forty-three thousand, and seven hundred, and thirty.

8. పల్లు కుమారుడు ఏలీయాబు. ఏలీయాబు కుమారులు నెమూయేలు దాతాను అబీరాము.

8. Now, the sons of Pallu, were Eliab;

9. కోరహు తన సమూహములో పేరు పొందినవాడు; అతని సమాజము యెహోవాకు విరోధముగా వాదించినప్పుడు సమాజములో మోషే అహరోనులకు విరోధముగా వాదించిన దాతాను అబీరాములు వీరు.

9. and the sons of Eliab, Nemuel, and Dathan and Abiram, The same, Dathan and Abiram, notable men of the assembly, who contended against Moses and against Aaron in the assembly of Korah, when they contended against Yahweh;

10. ఆ సమూహపువారు మృతిబొంది నప్పుడు అగ్ని రెండువందల ఏబది మందిని భక్షించినందు నను, భూమి తన నోరు తెరచి వారిని కోరహును మింగి వేసినందునను, వారు దృష్టాంతములైరి.

10. and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed them up with Korah also, when the assembly died, when the fire consumed two hundred and fifty men, and they became a warning;

11. But, the sons of Korah, died not.

12. The sons of Simeon, by their families, To Nemuel, pertained the family of the Nemuelites, To Jamin, the family of the Jaminites, To Jachin, the family of the Jachinites:

13. జెరహీయులు జెరహు వంశస్థులు; షావూలీయులు షావూలు వంశస్థులు.

13. To Zerah, the family of the Zerahites, To Shaul, the family of the Shaulites:

14. ఇవి షిమ్యోనీయుల వంశములు. వారు ఇరువదిరెండువేల రెండువందల మంది.

14. These, are the families of the Simeonites, two and twenty thousand and two hundred.

16. To Ozni, the family of the Oznites, To Eri, the family of the Erites;

17. To Arod, the family of the Arodites, To Arelites, the family of the Arelites:

18. వీరు గాదీయుల వంశస్థులు; వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్య చొప్పున వీరు నలుబది వేల ఐదువందలమంది.

18. These, are the families of the sons of Gad, as to them who were numbered of them, forty thousand and five hundred.

19. యూదా కుమారులు ఏరు ఓనాను; ఏరును ఓనానును కనాను దేశములో మృతి బొందిరి.

19. The sons of Judah, Er and Onan, but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.

20. యూదావారి వంశములలో షేలాహీయులు షేలా వంశస్థులు; పెరెసీయులు పెరెసు వంశస్థులు జెరహీయులు జెరహు వంశస్థులు;

20. And so, as to the sons of Judah, by their families, it was found that To Shelah, pertained the family of the Shelanites, To Perez, the family of the Perezites, To Zerah, the family of the Zerahites;

21. పెరెసీయులలో హెస్రోనీయులు హెస్రోను వంశస్థులు హామూలీయులు హామూలు వంశస్థులు

21. And, as to the sons of Perez, it was found that To Hezron, pertained the family of the Hezronites, To Hamul, the family of the Hamulites:

22. వీరు యూదీయుల వంశస్థులు; వ్రాయ బడినవారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు డెబ్బదియారువేల ఐదు వందలమంది.

22. These, are the families of Judah, as to them who were numbered of them, seventy-six thousand, and five hundred,

23. ఇశ్శాఖారు పుత్రుల వంశస్థులలో తోలా హీయులు తోలావంశస్థులు; పువీ్వయులు పువ్వా వంశస్థులు; యాషూబీయులు యాషూబు వంశస్థులు; షిమ్రో నీయులు షిమ్రోను వంశస్థులు; వీరు ఇశ్శాఖారీయుల వంశస్థులు.

23. The sons of Issachar, by their families, Unto Tola, pertained the family of the Tolaites, To Puvah, the family of the Puvites;

24. To Jashub, the family of the Jashubites, To Shimron, the family of the Shimronites:

25. These, are the families of Issachar. as to them who were numbered of them, sixty-four thousand, and three hundred.

26. ఏలోనీయులు ఏలోను వంశస్థులు; యహలేలీయులు యహలేలు వంశస్థులు;

26. The sons of Zebulun, by their families, To Sered, pertained the family of the Seredites, To Elon, the family of the Elonites, To Jahleel, the family of the Jahleelites:

27. వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు అరువదివేల ఐదువందలమంది.

27. These are the families of the Zebulunites as to them who were numbered of them, sixty thousand, and five hundred.

28. యోసేపు పుత్రుల వంశస్థులు అతని కుమారులు మనష్షే ఎఫ్రాయిము.

28. The sons of Joseph by their families, Manasseh, and Ephraim.

29. మనష్షే కుమారులలో మాకీరీయులు మాకీరు వంశస్థులు; మాకీరు గిలాదును కనెను; గిలాదీయులు గిలాదు వంశస్థులు; వీరు గిలాదుపుత్రులు.

29. The sons of Manasseh, To Machir, pertained the family of the Machirites, and, Machir, begat Gilead, To Gilead, pertained the family of the Gileadites.

30. ఈజరీయులు ఈజరు వంశస్థులు; హెలకీయులు హెలకు వంశస్థులు;

30. These are the sons of Gilead: Iezer, the family of the Iezerites, To Helek, the family of the Helekites;

31. అశ్రీయేలీయులు అశ్రీయేలు వంశస్థులు; షెకెమీయులు షెకెము వంశస్థులు;

31. And Asriel, the family of the Asrielites; And, Shechem, the family of the Shechemites;

32. షెమీదాయీయులు షెమీదా వంశస్థులు; హెపెరీయులు హెపెరు వంశస్థులు.

32. And Shemida, the family of the Shemidaites; And, Hepher, the family of the Hepherites.

33. హెపెరు కుమారుడైన సెలోపెహాదుకు కుమార్తెలేగాని కుమారులు పుట్టలేదు. సెలోపెహాదు కుమార్తెల పేరులు మహలా నోయా హొగ్లా మిల్కా తిర్సా.

33. Now Zelophehad, son of Hepher, had no sons, but only, daughters, and, the names of the daughters of Zelophehad, were Mahlah and Noah, Hoglah Milcah, and Tirzah.

34. వీరు మనష్షీయుల వంశస్థులు; వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు ఏబది రెండువేల ఏడు వందలమంది.

34. These, are the families of Manasseh, and, they who were numbered of them, fifty-two thousand, and seven hundred.

35. ఎఫ్రాయిము పుత్రుల వంశములు ఇవి; షూతలహీయులు షూతలహు వంశస్థులు; బేకరీయులు బేకరు వంశస్థులు; తహనీయులు తహను వంశస్థులు,

35. These are the sons of Ephraim by their families, To Shuthelah, pertained the family of the Shuthelahites, To Becher, the family of the Becherites, To Tahan, the family of the Tahanites.

36. వీరు షూతలహు కుమారులు; ఏరానీయులు ఏరాను వంశస్థులు.

36. And, these, are the sons of Shuthelah, To Eran, pertained the family of the Eranites.

37. వీరు ఎఫ్రాయిమీయుల వంశస్థులు. వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు ముప్పదిరెండువేల ఐదువందలమంది; వీరు యోసేపుపుత్రుల వంశస్థులు.

37. These, are the families of the sons of Ephraim, as to them who were numbered of them, thirty-two thousand, and five hundred, These, are the sons of Joseph by their families.

38. బెన్యామీను పుత్రుల వంశములలో బెలీయులు బెల వంశస్థులు; అష్బేలీయులు అష్బేల వంశస్థులు;

38. The sons of Benjamin by their families, To Bela, pertained the family of the Belaites, To Ashbel, the family of the Ashbelites, To Ahiram, the family of the Ahiramites;

39. అహీరామీయులు అహీరాము వంశస్థులు;

39. To Shephupham, the family of the Shuphamites, To Hupham, the family of the Huphamites.

40. షూపామీయులు షూపాము వంశస్థులు; బెల కుమారులు ఆర్దు నయమాను; ఆర్దీయులు ఆర్దు వంశ స్థులు; నయమానీయులు నయమాను వంశస్థులు.

40. And the sons of Bela were Ard and Naaman, To Ard, pertained the family of the Ardites, To Naaman, the family of the Naamites.

41. వీరు బెన్యామీనీయుల వంశస్థులు; వారిలో వ్రాయబడిన లెక్కచొప్పున నలుబదియయిదువేల ఆరువందల మంది.

41. These, are the sons of Benjamin by their families, and they who were numbered of them, were forty-five thousand and six hundred.

42. దాను పుత్రుల వంశములలో షూషామీయులు షూషాము వంశస్థులు;

42. These, are the sons of Dan, by their families: To Shuham, pertained the family of the Shuhamites, These, are the families of Dan by their families:

43. వీరు తమ వంశములలో దానీయుల వంశస్థులు. వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు అరువది నాలుగువేల నాలుగువందల మంది.

43. All the families of the Shuhamites, as to them who were numbered of them, were, sixty-four thousand, and four hundred.

44. ఆషేరు పుత్రుల వంశములలో యిమీ్నయులు యిమ్నా వంశస్థులు, ఇష్వీ యులు ఇష్వీ వంశస్థులు; బెరీయులు బెరీయా వంశస్థులు;

44. The sons of Asher, by their families: To Imnah, pertained the family of the Imnites, To Ishvi, the family of the Ishvites, To Beriah, the family of the Beriites;

45. బెరీయానీయులలో హెబెరీయులు హెబెరు వంశస్థులు; మల్కీయేలీయులు మల్కీయేలు వంశస్థులు;

45. To the sons of Beriah, To Heber, pertained the family of the Heberites, To Malchiel, the family of the Malchielites;

46. ఆషేరు కుమార్తె పేరు శెరహు.

46. And, the name of the daughter of Asher, was Serah.

47. వ్రాయబడినవారి సంఖ్య చొప్పున వీరు ఆషేరీయుల వంశస్థులు; వీరు ఏబది మూడువేల నాలుగు వందలమంది.

47. These, are the families of the sons of Asher as to them who were numbered of them, fifty-three thousand and four hundred.

48. నఫ్తాలీ పుత్రుల వంశములలో యహసయేలీయులు యహసయేలు వంశస్థులు; గూనీ యులు గూనీ వంశస్థులు;

48. The sons of Naphtali, by their families, To Jahzeel, pertained the family of the Jahzeelites; To Guni, the family of the Gunites:

49. యేసెరీయులు యేసెరు వంశ స్థులు; షిల్లేమీయులు షిల్లేము వంశస్థులు.

49. To Jezer, the family of the Jezerites; To Shillem, the family of the Shillemites.

50. వీరు నఫ్తాలీయుల వంశస్థులు; వ్రాయబడిన వారి సంఖ్యచొప్పున వీరు నలుబదియయిదువేల నాలుగు వందలమంది

50. These are the families of Naphtali, by their families, and they who were numbered of them, were forty-five thousand and four hundred.

51. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో లెక్కింపబడిన వీరు ఆరులక్షల వెయ్యిన్ని ఏడు వందల ముప్పదిమంది.

51. These, are they who were numbered of the sons of Israel, six hundred and lice thousand, seven hundred and thirty,

52. యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను వీరి పేళ్ల లెక్క చొప్పున ఆ దేశమును వీరికి స్వాస్థ్యముగా పంచిపెట్టవలెను.

52. Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:

53. ఎక్కువమందికి ఎక్కువ స్వాస్థ్యము ఇయ్యవలెను;

53. Unto these, shall be apportioned the land as an inheritance by the number of names.

54. తక్కువమందికి తక్కువ స్వాస్థ్యము ఇయ్య వలెను. దాని దాని జనసంఖ్యనుబట్టి ఆయా గోత్రములకు స్వాస్థ్యము ఇయ్యవలెను.

54. For the large one, thou shalt make large his inheritance, and for the small one, thou shalt make small his inheritance, unto each one, in proportion to them who were numbered of him, shall he given his inheritance.

55. చీట్లువేసి ఆ భూమిని పంచిపెట్టవలెను. వారు తమ తమ పితరుల గోత్రముల జనసంఖ్యచొప్పున స్వాస్థ్యమును పొందవలెను.

55. Nevertheless by lot, shall the land be apportioned, by the names of the tribes of their fathers, shall they inherit.

56. ఎక్కువ మందికేమి తక్కువమందికేమి చీట్లు వేసి యెవరి స్వాస్థ్య మును వారికి పంచిపెట్టవలెను.

56. At the bidding of the lot, shall be apportioned his inheritance, between large and small.

57. వారివారి వంశములలో లెక్కింపబడిన లేవీయులు వీరు. గెర్షోనీయులు గెర్షోను వంశస్థులు; కహాతీయులు కహాతు వంశస్థులు; మెరారీయులు మెరారి వంశస్థులు.

57. And these, are they who were numbered of the Levites by their families, To Gershon, pertained the family of the Gershonites, To Kohath, the family of the Kohathites; To Merari, the family of the Merarites.

58. లేవీయుల వంశములు ఏవనగా, లిబ్నీయుల వంశము హెబ్రోనీయుల వంశము మహలీయుల వంశము మూషీ యుల వంశము కోరహీయుల వంశము.

58. These, are the families of Levi The family of the Libnites, The family of the Hebronites, The family of the Mahlites, The family of the Mushites, The family of the Korahites, And, Kohath, begat Amram;

59. కహాతు అమ్రామును కనెను; అమ్రాము భార్యపేరు యోకెబెదు. ఆమె లేవీ కుమార్తె; ఐగుప్తులో ఆమె లేవీకి పుట్టెను. ఆమె అమ్రామువలన అహరోనును మోషేను వీరి సహోదరియగు మిర్యామును కనెను.

59. and the name of the wife of Amram, was Jochebed daughter of Levi, who was born to Levi in Egypt, and she bare to Amram Aaron and Moses, and Miriam their sister:

60. అహరోను వలన నాదాబు అబీహు ఎలియాజరు ఈతామారు పుట్టిరి.

60. And, there were born to Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar;

61. నాదాబు అబీహులు యెహోవా సన్నిధికి అన్యాగ్ని తెచ్చినప్పుడు చనిపోయిరి.

61. But Nadab and Abihu died, when they brought near strange fire before Yahweh:

62. వారిలో నెల మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయము కలిగి లెక్కింపబడినవారందరు ఇరువది మూడు వేలమంది. వారు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో లెక్కింపబడినవారు కారు గనుక ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో వారికి స్వాస్థ్యమియ్య బడలేదు.

62. And they who were numbered of them were found to be twenty-three thousand, all the males from one month old and upwards for they had not numbered themselves in the midst of the sons of Israel, because there was given unto them no inheritance, in the midst of the sons of Israel.

63. యెరికో ప్రాంతములయందలి యొర్దానునొద్దనున్న మోయాబు మైదానములలో మోషేయు యాజకుడగు ఎలియాజరును ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల జనసంఖ్య చేసినప్పుడు లెక్కింపబడినవారు వీరు.

63. These, are they who were numbered by Moses, and Eleazar, the priest, when they numbered the sons of Israel, in the waste plains of Moab, by Jordan, near Jericho.

64. మోషే అహరోనులు సీనాయి అరణ్యములో ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సంఖ్యను చేసి నప్పుడు లెక్కింపబడినవారిలో ఒక్కడైనను వీరిలో ఉండ లేదు.

64. And among these, was there not found a man of them who had been numbered by Moses, and Aaron the priest, when they numbered the sons of Israel in the desert of Sinai.

65. ఏలయనగా వారు నిశ్చయముగా అరణ్యములో చనిపోవుదురని యెహోవా వారినిగూర్చి సెలవిచ్చెను. యెపున్నె కుమారుడైన కాలేబును నూను కుమారుడైన యెహోషువయు తప్ప వారిలో ఒక్కడైనను మిగిలి యుండలేదు.

65. For Yahweh had said of them, They shall surely die, in the desert. And there was not left of them a man, save only, Caleb on of Jephunneh, and Joshua son of Nun.
