1. Then spake Yahweh unto Moses in the desert of Sinai in the tent of meeting, on the first of the second month in the second year by their coming forth out of the land of Egypt saying:

2. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల వంశముల చొప్పున వారి వారి పితరుల కుటుంబములనుబట్టి వారి వారి పెద్దల చొప్పున మగవారినందరిని లెక్కించి సర్వసమాజ సంఖ్యను వ్రాయించుము.

2. Reckon ye up the sum of all the assembly of the sons of Israel, by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, every male, by their polls;

3. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో సైన్యముగా వెళ్లు వారిని, అనగా ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయముగల వారిని, తమ తమ సేనలనుబట్టి నీవును అహరోనును లెక్కింపవలెను.

3. from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war in Israel, ye shall number them by their hosts, thou and Aaron;

4. మరియు ప్రతి గోత్రములో ఒకడు, అనగా తన పితరుల కుటుంబములో ముఖ్యుడు, మీతోకూడ ఉండవలెను.

4. and with you, shall be one man for each tribe, each man, head of his ancestral house, shall be.

5. These, then, are the names of the men who shall stand with you, Of Reuben, Elizur, son of Shedeur;

6. Of Simeon, Shelumiel son of Zurishaddai;

7. Of Judah, Nahshon, son of Amminadab;

8. Of Issachar, Nethanel, son of Zuar;

9. Of Zebulun, Eliab, son of Helon;

10. యోసేపు సంతానమందు, అనగా ఎఫ్రాయిము గోత్రములో అమీహూదు కుమారుడైన ఎలీషామాయు; మనష్షే గోత్రములో పెదాసూరు కుమారుడైన గమలీయేలు

10. Of the sons of Joseph, Of Ephraim, Elishama son of Ammihud; Of Manasseh, Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur;

11. బెన్యామీను గోత్రములో గిద్యోనీ కుమారుడైన అబీదాను

11. Of Benjamin, Abidan son of Gideoni;

12. దాను గోత్రములో ఆమీషద్దాయి కుమారుడైన అహీయెజెరు

12. Of Dan, Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai;

13. ఆషేరు గోత్రములో ఒక్రాను కుమారుడైన పగీయేలు

13. Of Asher, Pagiel, son of Ochran;

14. గాదు గోత్రములో దెయూవేలు కుమారుడైన ఎలాసాపు

14. Of Gad, Eliasaph son of Deuel;

15. Of Naphtali, Ahira son of Enan.

16. These, are they who had been summoned by the assembly, being princes of the tribes of their fathers, heads of the thousands of Israeli.

17. పేళ్ల చేత వివరింపబడిన ఆ మనుష్యులను మోషే అహ రోనులు పిలుచుకొని రెండవ నెల మొదటి తేదిని సర్వ సమాజమును కూర్చెను.

17. So then Moses and Aaron took these men, who were distinguished by name;

18. ఇరువది ఏండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయముగలవారు తమ తమ వంశావళులను బట్టి తమ తమ వంశములను తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబ ములను తమ తమ పెద్దల సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

18. all the assembly also, called they together on the first of the second month, and they declared their pedigree according to their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards by their polls.

19. యెహోవా అతనికి ఆజ్ఞాపించినట్లు సీనాయి అరణ్యములో మోషే వారిని లెక్కించెను.

19. As Yahweh commanded Moses, so he mustered them in the desert of Sinai.

20. ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రథమ కుమారుడైన రూబేను పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియ చెప్పగా రూబేను గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు నలుబది యారువేల ఐదువందలమంది యైరి.

20. And they were as followeth The sons of Reuben, the firstborn of Israel, in their pedigrees by their families, by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, by their polls, every male, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

21. షిమ్యోను పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువదియేండ్లు

21. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Reuben, forty-six thousand and five hundred.

22. మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి పెద్దల సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

22. Of the sons of Simeon, in their pedigree by their families by their ancestral houses, such as were numbered of him, in the counting of names by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

23. షిమ్యోను గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడినవారు ఏబది తొమ్మిదివేల మూడు వందలమంది యైరి.

23. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Simeon, fifty-nine thousand and three hundred.

24. గాదు పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

24. Of the sons of Gad, in their pedigree by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war:

25. గాదు గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడినవారు నలుబది యయిదువేల ఆరువందల ఏబదిమంది యైరి.

25. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Gad, forty-five thousand and six hundred and fifty.

26. యూదా పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలు కొని పైప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

26. Of the sons of Judah, in the r pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

27. యూదా గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు డెబ్బది నాలుగువేల ఆరువందలమంది యైరి.

27. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Judah, seventy-four thousand and six hundred.

28. ఇశ్శాఖారు పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

28. Of the sons of Issachar, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty year old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

29. ఇశ్శాఖారు గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు ఏబది నాలుగువేల నాలుగువందల మంది యైరి.

29. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Issachar, fifty-four thousand and four hundred.

30. జెబూలూను పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువదియేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పైప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

30. Of the sons of Zebulun, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years rid and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

31. జెబూలూను గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు ఏబది యేడువేల నాలుగువందల మంది యైరి.

31. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Zebulun, fifty-seven thousand and four hundred.

32. యోసేపు పుత్రుల వంశావళి, అనగా ఎఫ్రాయిము పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లు వారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

32. Of the sons of Joseph Of the sons of Ephraim, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

33. యోసేపు గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు నలుబదివేల ఐదువందల మంది యైరి.

33. such as were numbered of them, as belonging to the tribe of Ephraim, forty thousand and five hundred.

34. మనష్షే పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

34. Of the sons of Manasseh, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

35. మనష్షే గోత్రములో లెక్కింప బడినవారు ముప్పది రెండువేల రెండు వందల మంది యైరి.

35. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Manasseh, thirty-two thousand, and two hundred.

36. బెన్యామీను పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువదియేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

36. Of the sons of Benjamin, in their pedigrees by their families, by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

37. బెన్యామీను గోత్రములో లెక్కింపబడిన వారు ముప్పది యైదువేల నాలుగువందల మంది యైరి.

37. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Benjamin, thirty-five thousand and four hundred.

38. దాను పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లు వారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

38. Of the sons of Dan, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

39. దానుగోత్రములో లెక్కింప బడినవారు అరువది రెండువేల ఏడువందల మంది యైరి.

39. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Dan, sixty-two thousand, and seven hundred.

40. ఆషేరు పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువదియేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

40. Of the sons of Asher, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

41. ఆషేరు గోత్రములో లెక్కింప బడినవారు నలువది యొకవేయి ఐదువందలమంది యైరి.

41. such as were numbered of them as belonging to the tribe of Asher, forty-one thousand, and five hundred.

42. నఫ్తాలి పుత్రుల వంశావళి. తమ తమ వంశములలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములలో ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా వెళ్లువారందరి సంఖ్యను తెలియచెప్పగా

42. The sons of Naphtali, in their pedigrees by their families by their ancestral houses, in the counting of names, from twenty years old, and upwards, every one able to go forth to war;

43. నఫ్తాలి గోత్రములో లెక్కింప బడినవారు ఏబది మూడువేల నాలుగువందలమంది యైరి.

43. such as were numbered of them, as belonging to the tribe of Naphtali, fifty-three thousand, and four hundred.

44. వీరు లెక్కింపబడినవారు, అనగా మోషేయు అహ రోనును తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబములనుబట్టి ఒక్కొక్క డుగా ఏర్పడిన ప్రధానులును లెక్కించిన వారు.

44. These, are they who were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron and the twelve princes of Israel did number, the princes acting each one for his ancestral house.

45. అట్లు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలో తమ తమ పితరుల కుటుంబముల చొప్పున లెక్కింపబడిన వారందరు, అనగా ఇరువది యేండ్లు మొదలుకొని పై ప్రాయము కలిగి సేనగా బయలు వెళ్లిన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరు

45. So then all they who were numbered of the sons of Israel by their ancestral houses, from twenty years old and upwards, every one able to go forth to war in Israel;

46. లెక్కింపబడి ఆరులక్షల మూడువేల ఐదువందల ఏబదిమంది యైరి.

46. so then all they who were numbered were six hundred and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

47. అయితే లేవీయులు తమ పితరుల గోత్రము చొప్పున వారితో పాటు లెక్కింపబడలేదు.

47. But the Levites by the tribe of their fathers were not numbered in their midst.

48. ఏలయనగా యెహోవా మోషేతో ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చియుండెను నీవు లేవీ గోత్రమును లెక్కింపకూడదు.

48. For Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:

49. ఇశ్రాయేలీ యుల మొత్తమునకు వారి మొత్తమును చేర్చకూడదు.

49. Only the tribe of Levi, shalt thou no number, nor the sum of them, shalt thou reckon up, in the midst of the sons of Israel.

50. నీవు సాక్ష్యపు గుడారము మీదను దాని ఉపకరణము లన్నిటిమీదను దానిలో చేరిన వాటన్నిటి మీదను లేవీయులను నియమింపుము. వారే మందిరమును దాని ఉపకర ణములన్నిటిని మోయవలెను. వారు మందిరపు సేవ చేయుచు దానిచుట్టు దిగవలసిన వారై యుందురు.

50. But do, thou thyself, put the Levites in charge over the habitation of the testimony, and over all the furniture thereof and over all that pertaineth thereto, they, shall bear the habitation, and all the furniture thereof, and they, shall attend thereupon; and, round about the habitation, shall they encamp.

51. మందిరము సాగబోవునప్పుడు లేవీయులే దాని విప్పవలెను, మందిరము దిగునప్పుడు లేవీయులే దాని వేయవలెను. అన్యుడు సమీపించిన యెడల వాడు మరణశిక్ష నొందును.

51. And, when the habitation is to set forward, the Levites shall take it down, and when the habitation is to be pitched, the Levites, shall set it up, but the stranger that draweth near, shall be put to death.

52. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు తమ తమ సేనల చొప్పున ప్రతివాడును తన తన పాళెములో తన తన ధ్వజము నొద్ద దిగవలెను.

52. So then the sons of Israel shall pitch their tents, every man, near his own camp, and, every man, near his own standard, by their hosts;

53. ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల సమాజముమీద కోపము రాకుండునట్లు లేవీయులు సాక్ష్యపు గుడారము చుట్టు దిగవలెను; వారు సాక్ష్యపు గుడారమును కాపాడవలెను.

53. but the Levites, shall pitch their tents round about the habitation of the testimony, that there be no wrath upon the assembly of the sons of Israel, so shall the Levites keep the watch of the habitation of the testimony.

54. యెహోవా మోషేకు ఆజ్ఞాపించిన వాటన్నిటిని తప్పకుండ ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు చేసిరి.

54. Thus did the sons of Israel, according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did they.
