1. GOD spoke to Moses,

2. 'Tell Aaron and his sons to treat the holy offerings that the Israelites consecrate to me with reverence so they won't desecrate my holy name. I am GOD.

3. నీవు వారితో ఇట్లనుముమీ తర తరములకు మీ సమస్త సంతానములలో ఒకడు అపవిత్రత గలవాడై, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించు వాటిని సమీపించినయెడల అట్టివాడు నా సన్నిధిని ఉండకుండ కొట్టివేయబడును; నేను యెహోవాను.

3. 'Tell them, From now on, if any of your descendants approaches in a state of ritual uncleanness the holy offerings that the Israelites consecrate to GOD, he will be cut off from my presence. I am GOD.

4. అహరోను సంతానములో ఒకనికి కుష్ఠయినను స్రావమైనను కలిగినయెడల అట్టివాడు పవిత్రత పొందువరకు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవాటిలో దేనిని తినకూడదు. శవమువలని అపవిత్రతగల దేనినైనను ముట్టువాడును స్ఖలితవీర్యుడును,

4. 'Each and every one of Aaron's descendants who has an infectious skin disease or a discharge may not eat any of the holy offerings until he is clean. Also, if he touches anything defiled by a corpse, or has an emission of semen,

5. or is contaminated by touching a crawling creature, or touches a person who is contaminated for whatever reason--

6. a person who touches any such thing will be ritually unclean until evening and may not eat any of the holy offerings unless he has washed well with water.

7. After the sun goes down he is clean and may go ahead and eat the holy offerings; they are his food.

8. But he must not contaminate himself by eating anything found dead or torn by wild animals. I am GOD.

9. 'The priests must observe my instructions lest they become guilty and die by treating the offerings with irreverence. I am GOD who makes them holy.

10. అన్యుడు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినకూడదు, యాజకునియింట నివసించు అన్యుడేగాని జీతగాడేగాని ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినకూడదు,

10. 'No layperson may eat anything set apart as holy. Nor may a priest's guest or his hired hand eat anything holy.

11. అయితే యాజకుడు క్రయధనమిచ్చి కొనినవాడును అతని యింట పుట్టినవాడును అతడు తిను ఆహారమును తినవచ్చును.

11. But if a priest buys a slave, the slave may eat of it; also the slaves born in his house may eat his food.

12. యాజకుని కుమార్తె అన్యుని కియ్యబడినయెడల ఆమె ప్రతిష్ఠితమైన వాటిలో ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణమును తినకూడదు.

12. If a priest's daughter marries a layperson, she may no longer eat from the holy contributions.

13. యాజకుని కుమార్తెలలో విధవరాలేకాని విడనాడబడినదే కాని సంతానము లేనియెడల ఆమె తన బాల్యమందువలె తన తండ్రి యింటికి తిరిగి చేరి తన తండ్రి ఆహారమును తినవచ్చును గాని అన్యుడెవడును దాని తినకూడదు.

13. But if the priest's daughter is widowed or divorced and without children and returns to her father's household as before, she may eat of her father's food. But no layperson may eat of it.

14. ఒకడు పొరబాటున ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిని తినినయెడల వాడు ఆ ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానిలో అయిదవవంతు కలిపి దానితో యాజకునికియ్యవలెను.

14. 'If anyone eats from a holy offering accidentally, he must give back the holy offering to the priest and add twenty percent to it.

15. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనవాటిని తినుటవలన అపరాధమును భరింపకుండునట్లు తాము యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠించు పరిశుద్ధ ద్రవ్యములను అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు.

15. 'The priests must not treat with irreverence the holy offerings of the Israelites that they contribute to GOD

16. నేను వాటిని పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవానని చెప్పుము.

16. lest they desecrate themselves and make themselves guilty when they eat the holy offerings. I am GOD who makes them holy.'

17. GOD spoke to Moses,

18. 'Tell Aaron and his sons and all the People of Israel, Each and every one of you, whether native born or foreigner, who presents a Whole-Burnt-Offering to GOD to fulfill a vow or as a Freewill-Offering,

19. must make sure that it is a male without defect from cattle, sheep, or goats for it to be acceptable.

20. దేనికి కళంకముండునో దానిని అర్పింపకూడదు; అది మీ పక్షముగా అంగీకరింపబడదు.

20. Don't try slipping in some creature that has a defect--it won't be accepted.

21. ఒకడు మ్రొక్కుబడిని చెల్లించుటకేగాని స్వేచ్ఛార్పణము అర్పించుటకేగాని సమాధానబలిరూపముగా గోవునైనను గొఱ్ఱెనైనను మేకనైనను యెహోవాకు తెచ్చినప్పుడు అది అంగీకరింపబడునట్లు దోషము లేనిదై యుండవలెను; దానిలో కళంకమేదియు నుండకూడదు.

21. Whenever anyone brings an offering from cattle or sheep as a Peace-Offering to GOD to fulfill a vow or as a Freewill-Offering, it has to be perfect, without defect, to be acceptable.

22. గ్రుడ్డిదేమి కుంటిదేమి కొరతగలదేమి గడ్డగలదేమి గజ్జిరోగముగలదేమి చిరుగుడుగలదేమి అట్టివాటిని యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడదు; వాటిలో దేనిని బలిపీఠముమీద యెహోవాకు హోమము చేయకూడదు.

22. Don't try giving GOD an animal that is blind, crippled, mutilated, an animal with running sores, a rash, or mange. Don't place any of these on the Altar as a gift to GOD.

23. కురూపియైన కోడెనైనను గొఱ్ఱె మేకల మందలోని దానినైనను స్వేచ్ఛార్పణముగా అర్పింపవచ్చును గాని అది మ్రొక్కుబడిగా అంగీకరింపబడదు.

23. You may, though, offer an ox or sheep that is deformed or stunted as a Freewill-Offering, but it is not acceptable in fulfilling a vow

24. విత్తులు నులిపిన దానినేగాని విరిగినదానినేగాని చితికినదానినేగాని కోయబడినదానినేగాని యెహోవాకు అర్పింపకూడదు; మీ దేశములో అట్టికార్యము చేయకూడదు;

24. . Don't offer to GOD an animal with bruised, crushed, torn, or cut-off testicles. Don't do this in your own land

25. పరదేశి చేతినుండి అట్టివాటిలో దేనిని తీసికొని మీ దేవునికి ఆహారముగా అర్పింపకూడదు; అవి లోపము గలవి, వాటికి కళంకములుండును, అవి మీ పక్షముగా అంగీకరింపబడవని చెప్పుము.

25. but don't accept them from foreigners and present them as food for your GOD either. Because of deformities and defects they will not be acceptable.'

26. GOD spoke to Moses:

27. దూడయేగాని, గొఱ్ఱెపిల్లయేగాని, మేకపిల్లయేగాని, పుట్టినప్పుడు అది యేడు దినములు దాని తల్లితో నుండవలెను. ఎనిమిదవనాడు మొదలుకొని అది యెహోవాకు హోమముగా అంగీకరింప తగును.

27. 'When a calf or lamb or goat is born, it is to stay with its mother for seven days. After the eighth day, it is acceptable as an offering, a gift to GOD.

28. అయితే అది ఆవైనను గొఱ్ఱె మేకలలోనిదైనను మీరు దానిని దానిపిల్లను ఒక్క నాడే వధింపకూడదు.

28. Don't slaughter both a cow or ewe and its young on the same day.

29. మీరు కృతజ్ఞతాబలియగు పశువును వధించినప్పుడు అది మీకొరకు అంగీకరింపబడునట్లుగా దానిని అర్పింపవలెను.

29. When you sacrifice a Thanksgiving-Offering to GOD, do it right so it will be acceptable.

30. ఆనాడే దాని తినివేయవలెను; మరునాటి వరకు దానిలో కొంచెమైనను మిగిలింపకూడదు; నేను యెహోవాను.

30. Eat it on the same day; don't leave any leftovers until morning. I am GOD.

31. మీరు నా ఆజ్ఞలననుసరించి వాటి ప్రకారము నడుచుకొనవలెను; నేను యెహోవాను.

31. 'Do what I tell you; live what I tell you. I am GOD.

32. నా పరిశుద్ధనామమును అపవిత్రపరచకూడదు, నేను ఇశ్రా యేలీయులలో నన్ను పరిశుద్ధునిగా చేసికొందును;

32. 'Don't desecrate my holy name. I insist on being treated with holy reverence among the People of Israel. I am GOD who makes you holy

33. నేను మిమ్మును పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను. నేను మీకు దేవుడనై యుండునట్లు ఐగుప్తు దేశములోనుండి మిమ్మును రప్పించిన యెహోవానని చెప్పుము.

33. and brought you out of Egypt to be your God. I am GOD.'
