1. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేకు ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను నీవు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులతో ఇట్లనుము

1. And the LORD talked with Moses saying:

2. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులలోనేగాని ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలలో నివసించు పరదేశులలోనేగాని యొకడు ఏమాత్రమును తన సంతానమును మోలెకుకు ఇచ్చినయెడల వానికి మరణ శిక్షవిధింపవలెను; మీ దేశప్రజలు రాళ్లతో వాని కొట్టవలెను.

2. tell the children of Israel, whosoever he be of the children of Israel or of the strangers that dwell in Israel, that giveth of his seed unto Moloch he shall die for it: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.

3. ఆ మనుష్యుడు నా పరిశుద్ధస్థలమును అపవిత్రపరచి నా పరిశుద్ధనామమును అపవిత్రపరచుటకు తన సంతానమును మోలెకుకు ఇచ్చెను గనుక నేను వానికి విరోధినై ప్రజలలోనుండి వాని కొట్టివేతును.

3. And I will set my face upon that fellow, and will destroy him from among his people: because he hath given of his seed unto Moloch, for to defile my sanctuary and to pollute mine holy name.

4. మరియు ఆ మనుష్యుడు తన సంతానమును మోలెకుకు ఇచ్చుచుండగా మీ దేశ ప్రజలు వాని చంపక,

4. And though that the people of the land hide their eyes from that fellow, when he giveth of his seed unto Moloch, so that they kill him not:

5. చూచి చూడనట్లు తమ కన్నులు మూసికొనినయెడల నేను వానికిని వాని కుటుంబమునకును విరోధినై వానిని మోలెకుతో వ్యభిచరించుటకు వాని తరిమి వ్యభిచారముచేయు వారినందరిని ప్రజలలోనుండి కొట్టివేతును.

5. yet I will put my face upon that man and upon his household,(generation) and will destroy him and all that go a whoring with him and commit whoredom with Moloch from among their people.

6. మరియు కర్ణపిశాచి గలవారితోను సోదెగాండ్ర తోను వ్యభిచరించుటకు వారితట్టు తిరుగువాడెవడో నేను వానికి విరోధినై ప్రజలలోనుండి వాని కొట్టి వేతును.

6. If any soul turn unto them that work with spirits or makers of dismal days(turn him to enchanters or expounders of tokens) and go a whoring after them, I will put my face upon that soul and will destroy him from among his people.

7. కావున మిమ్మును మీరు పరిశుద్ధపరచుకొని పరిశుద్ధులై యుండుడి; నేను మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను.

7. Sanctify your selves therefore and be holy, for I am the LORD your God.

8. మీరు నా కట్టడలను ఆచరించి వాటిని అనుసరింపవలెను, నేను మిమ్మును పరిశుద్ధపరచు యెహోవాను

8. And see that ye keep mine ordinances and do them. For I am the LORD which sanctify you.

9. ఎవడు తన తండ్రినైనను తన తల్లినైనను దూషించునో వానికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వాడు తన తండ్రినో తల్లినో దూషించెను గనుక తన శిక్షకు తానే కారకుడు.

9. Whosoever curseth his father or mother, shall die for it, his blood on his head, because he hath cursed his father or mother.

10. పరుని భార్యతో వ్యభిచరించిన వానికి, అనగా తన పొరుగు వాని భార్యతో వ్యభిచరించినవానికిని ఆ వ్యభిచారిణికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను.

10. He that breaketh wedlock with another man's wife shall die for it, because he hath broke wedlock with his neighbour's wife, and so shall she likewise.

11. తన తండ్రి భార్యతో శయనించిన వాడు తన తండ్రి మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారిద్దరికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను; తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

11. If a man lie with his father's wife and uncover his father's secrets, they shall both die for it, their blood be upon their heads.

12. ఒకడు తన కోడలితో శయనించినయెడల వారిద్దరికిని మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వారు వారి వరసలు తప్పిరి; వారి ప్రాణాపరాధము వారిమీదనుండును.

12. If a man lie with his daughter-in-law they shall die both of them: they have wrought abomination, their blood upon their heads.

13. ఒకడు స్త్రీతో శయనించినట్టు పురుషునితో శయనించిన యెడల వారిద్దరు హేయక్రియనుచేసిరి గనుక వారికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను; తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

13. If a man lie with the mankind after the manner as with womankind, they have both committed an abomination and shall die for it. Their blood be upon their heads.

14. ఒకడు స్త్రీని ఆమె తల్లిని పెండ్లిచేసికొనినయెడల అది దుష్కామ ప్రవర్తన. దుష్కామప్రవర్తన మీ మధ్య నుండకుండ వానిని వారిని అగ్నితో కాల్చవలెను.

14. If a man take a wife and her mother thereto, it is wickedness. Men shall burn with fire both him and them, that there be no wickedness among you.

15. జంతు శయనము చేయువానికి మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను; ఆ జంతువును చంపవలెను.

15. If a man lie with a beast he shall die, and ye shall slay the beast.

16. స్త్రీ తన్ను జంతువు పొందునట్లు దాని సమీపించినయెడల ఆ స్త్రీకిని ఆ జంతువునకును మరణమే విధి; ఆమెను దానిని చంపవలెను; తమశిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

16. If a woman go unto a beast and lie down thereto: thou shalt kill the woman and the beast also they shall die, and their blood be upon their heads.

17. ఒకడు తన సహోదరిని, అనగా తన తండ్రి కుమార్తెనే గాని తన తల్లి కుమార్తెనేగాని చేర్చుకొని ఆమె దిసమొలను వాడును వాని దిసమొలను ఆమెయు చూచిన యెడల అది దురనురాగము. వారికిని తమ జనులయెదుట మరణశిక్ష విధింపవలెను. వాడు తన సహోదరిని మానా చ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; తన దోష శిక్షను తాను భరించును.

17. If a man take his sister, his father's daughter or his mother's daughter, and see her secrets, and she see his secrets also: it is a wicked thing. Therefore let them perish in the sight of their people; he hath seen his sister's secretness, he shall therefore bear his sin.

18. కడగానున్న స్త్రీతో శయనించి ఆమె మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసినవాడు ఆమె రక్తధారాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; ఆమె తన రక్త ధారాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసివేసెను; వారి ప్రజలలోనుండి వారిద్దరిని కొట్టివేయవలెను.

18. If a man lie with a woman in time of her natural disease and unheal(uncover) her secrets and uncover(open) her fountain, and she also open the fountain of her blood, they shall both perish from among their people.

19. నీ తల్లి సహోదరి మానాచ్ఛాదనమునేగాని నీ తండ్రి సహోదరి మానాచ్ఛాదనమునేగాని తీయకూడదు; తీసినవాడు తన రక్త సంబంధియొక్క మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారు తమ దోషశిక్షను భరించెదరు.

19. Thou shalt not uncover the secrets of thy mother's sister nor of thy father's sisters, for he that doth so, uncovereth his next kin: and they shall bear their misdoing.

20. పినతల్లితోనేగాని పెత్తల్లితోనే గాని శయనించినవాడు తన తలిదండ్రుల సహోదరుల మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను, వారు తమ పాపశిక్షను భరించెదరు; సంతానహీనులై మరణమగుదురు.

20. If a man lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's secrets: they shall bear their sin, and shall die childless.

21. ఒకడు తన సహోదరుని భార్యను చేర్చుకొనినయెడల అది హేయము. వాడు తన సహోదరుని మానాచ్ఛాదనమును తీసెను; వారు సంతానహీనులై యుందురు.

21. If a man take his brother's wife, it is an unclean thing, he hath uncovered his brother's secrets, they shall be childless therefore.

22. కాబట్టి మీరు నివసించునట్లు నేను ఏ దేశమునకు మిమ్మును తీసికొని పోవుచున్నానో ఆ దేశము మిమ్మును కక్కివేయకుండునట్లు మీరు నా కట్టడలన్నిటిని నా విధులన్నిటిని అనుసరించి నడుచుకొనవలెను.

22. See that ye keep therefore all mine ordinances and all my judgements, and that ye do them: that the land whither I bring you to dwell therein, spew you not out.

23. నేను మీ యెదుటనుండి వెళ్లగొట్టుచున్న జనముల ఆచారములను బట్టి నడుచుకొనకూడదు. వారు అట్టి క్రియలన్నియు చేసిరి గనుక నేను వారియందు అసహ్య పడితిని.

23. And see that ye walk not in the manners of the nations which I cast out before you: For they committed all these things, and I abhorred them.

24. నేను మీతో చెప్పిన మాట యిదేమీరు వారి భూమిని స్వాస్థ్యముగా పొందుదురు; అది, అనగా పాలు తేనెలు ప్రవహించు ఆ దేశము, మీకు స్వాస్థ్యముగా ఉండునట్లు దాని మీకిచ్చెదను. జనములలోనుండి మిమ్మును వేరుపరచిన మీ దేవుడనైన యెహోవాను నేనే.

24. But I have said unto you that ye shall enjoy their land, and that I will give it unto you to possess it: even a land that floweth with milk and honey. I am the LORD your God, which have separated you from other nations:

25. కావున మీరు పవిత్ర జంతువులకును అపవిత్ర జంతువులకును పవిత్ర పక్షులకును అపవిత్ర పక్షులకును విభజన చేయవలెను. అపవిత్రమైనదని నేను మీకు వేరుచేసిన యే జంతువువలననేగాని, యే పక్షివలననేగాని, నేల మీద ప్రాకు దేనివల ననేగాని మిమ్మును మీరు అపవిత్రపరచుకొనకూడదు.

25. that ye should put difference between clean beasts and unclean, and between unclean fowls and them that are clean. Make not your souls therefore abominable with beasts and fowls, and with all manner thing that creepeth upon the ground, which I have separated unto you to hold them unclean.

26. మీరు నాకు పరిశుద్ధులై యుండవలెను. యెహోవా అను నేను పరిశుద్ధుడను. మీరు నావారై యుండునట్లు అన్య జనులలోనుండి మిమ్మును వేరుపరచితిని.

26. Be holy unto me, for I the LORD am holy and have severed you from other nations: that ye should be mine.

27. పురుషునియందేమి స్త్రీయందేమి కర్ణపిశాచియైనను సోదెయైనను ఉండినయెడల వారికి మరణ శిక్ష విధింప వలెను, వారిని రాళ్లతో కొట్టవలెను. తమ శిక్షకు తామే కారకులు.

27. If there be man or woman that worketh with a spirit or a maker of dismal days,(expoundeth tokens) they shall die for it. Men shall stone them with stones, and their blood shall be upon them.
