1. THE WORD of the Lord came again to me, saying,

2. Son of man, say to the prince of Tyre, Thus says the Lord God: Because your heart is lifted up and you have said and thought, I am a god, I sit in the seat of the gods, in the heart of the seas; yet you are only man [weak, feeble, made of earth] and not God, though you imagine yourself to be almost more than mortal with your mind as the mind of God;

3. నీ జ్ఞానముచేతను నీ వివేకముచేతను ఐశ్వర్యమునొందితివి,

3. Indeed, you are [imagining yourself] wiser than Daniel; there is no secret [you think] that is hidden from you;

4. నీ ధనాగారములలోనికి వెండి బంగారములను తెచ్చు కొంటివి.

4. With your own wisdom and with your own understanding you have gotten you riches and power and have brought gold and silver into your treasuries;

5. నీకు కలిగిన జ్ఞానాతిశయముచేతను వర్తకము చేతను నీవు విస్తారమైన ఐశ్వర్యము సంపాదించుకొంటివి, నీకు ఐశ్వర్యము కలిగినదని నీవు గర్వించినవాడవైతివి.

5. By your great wisdom and by your traffic you have increased your riches and power, and your heart is proud and lifted up because of your wealth;

6. కాగా ప్రభువైన యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు దేవునికి తగినంత అభిప్రాయము కలిగియున్న వాడా, ఆలకించుము;

6. Therefore thus says the Lord God: Because you have imagined your mind as the mind of God [having thoughts and purposes suitable only to God Himself], [Obad. 3.]

7. నేను పరదేశులను అన్యజనులలో క్రూరులను నీ మీదికి రప్పించుచున్నాను, వారు నీ జ్ఞాన శోభను చెరుపుటకై తమ ఖడ్గములను ఒరదీసి నీ సౌందర్య మును నీచపరతురు,

7. Behold therefore, I am bringing strangers upon you, the most terrible of the nations, and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of your wisdom [O Tyre], and they shall defile your splendor.

8. నిన్ను పాతాళములో పడవేతురు, సముద్రములో మునిగి చచ్చినవారివలెనే నీవు చత్తువు.

8. They shall bring you down to the pit [of destruction] and you shall die the [many] deaths of all the Tyrians that are slain in the heart of the seas.

9. నేను దేవుడనని నిన్ను చంపువానియెదుట నీవు చెప్పుదువా? నిన్ను చంపువానిచేతిలో నీవు మానవుడవే కాని దేవుడవు కావు గదా.

9. Will you still say, I am a god, before him who slays you? But you are only a man [made of earth] and no god in the hand of him who wounds and profanes you.

10. సున్నతిలేని వారు చంపబడు రీతిగా నీవు పరదేశులచేత చత్తువు, నేనే మాట యిచ్చి యున్నాను; ఇదే ప్రభువగు యెహోవా వాక్కు.

10. You shall die the death of the uncircumcised by the hand of strangers, for I have spoken it, says the Lord God.

11. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

11. Moreover, the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

12. నరపుత్రుడా, తూరు రాజును గూర్చి అంగలార్పు వచనమెత్తి ఈలాగు ప్రకటింపుము ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా పూర్ణజ్ఞానమును సంపూర్ణసౌందర్యమునుగల కట్టడమునకు మాదిరివి

12. Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre and say to him, Thus says the Lord God: You are the full measure and pattern of exactness [giving the finishing touch to all that constitutes completeness], full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.

13. దేవుని తోటయగు ఏదెనులో నీవుంటివి, మాణిక్యము గోమేధికము సూర్యకాంతమణి రక్తవర్ణపురాయి సులిమాని రాయి మరకతము నీలము పద్మరాగము మాణిక్యము అను అమూల్య రత్మములతోను బంగారముతోను నీవు అలంకరింపబడి యున్నావు; నీవు నియమింపబడిన దినమున పిల్లన గ్రోవులు వాయించువారును నీకు సిద్ధమైరి.

13. You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the carnelian, topaz, jasper, chrysolite, beryl, onyx, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald; and your settings and your sockets and engravings were wrought in gold. On the day that you were created they were prepared. [Gen. 3:14, 15; Isa. 14:12-15; Matt. 16:23.]

14. అభిషేకము నొందిన కెరూబువై యొక ఆశ్రయముగా నీవుంటివి; అందుకే నేను నిన్ను నియమించితిని. దేవునికి ప్రతిష్ఠింపబడిన పర్వతముమీద నీవుంటివి, కాలుచున్న రాళ్లమధ్యను నీవు సంచరించుచుంటివి.

14. You were the anointed cherub that covers with overshadowing [wings], and I set you so. You were upon the holy mountain of God; you walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire [like the paved work of gleaming sapphire stone upon which the God of Israel walked on Mount Sinai]. [Exod. 24:10.]

15. నీవు నియమింపబడిన దినము మొదలుకొని పాపము నీయందు కనబడు వరకు ప్రవర్తనవిషయములో నీవు యథార్థవంతుడవుగా ఉంటివి.

15. You were blameless in your ways from the day you were created until iniquity and guilt were found in you.

16. అయితే నీకు కలిగిన విస్తారమైన వర్తకముచేత లోలోపల నీవు అన్యాయము పెంచుకొని పాపము చేయుచు వచ్చితివి గనుక దేవుని పర్వతముమీద నీవుండ కుండ నేను నిన్ను అపవిత్రపరచితిని ఆశ్రయముగా ఉన్న కెరూబూ, కాలుచున్న రాళ్లమధ్యను నీవికను సంచరింపవు, నిన్ను నాశనము చేసితిని.

16. Through the abundance of your commerce you were filled with lawlessness and violence, and you sinned; therefore I cast you out as a profane thing from the mountain of God and the guardian cherub drove you out from the midst of the stones of fire.

17. నీ సౌందర్యము చూచుకొని నీవు గర్వించినవాడవై, నీ తేజస్సు చూచు కొని నీ జ్ఞానమును చెరుపుకొంటివి, కావున నేను నిన్ను నేలను పడవేసెదను, రాజులు చూచుచుండగా నిన్ను హేళనకప్పగించెదను.

17. Your heart was proud and lifted up because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I lay you before kings, that they might gaze at you.

18. నీవు అన్యాయముగా వర్తకము జరిగించి కలుగజేసికొనిన విస్తార దోషములచేత నీవు నీ పరిశుద్ధస్థలములను చెరుపుకొంటివి గనుక నీలోనుండి నేను అగ్ని పుట్టించెదను, అది నిన్ను కాల్చివేయును, జనులందరు చూచుచుండగా దేశముమీద నిన్ను బూడిదెగా చేసెదను.

18. You have profaned your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities and the enormity of your guilt, by the unrighteousness of your trade. Therefore I have brought forth a fire from your midst; it has consumed you, and I have reduced you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who looked at you.

19. జనులలో నిన్ను ఎరిగిన వారందరును నిన్ను గూర్చి ఆశ్చర్యపడుదురు. నీవు బొత్తిగా నాశనమై భీతికి కారణముగా ఉందువు.

19. All who know you among the people are astonished and appalled at you; you have come to a horrible end and shall never return to being. [Isa. 23; Joel 3:4-8; Amos 1:9, 10; Zech. 9:3, 4.]

20. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

20. Again the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

21. నరపుత్రుడా, నీ ముఖమును సీదోను పట్టణమువైపు త్రిప్పుకొని దానిగూర్చి యీ సమాచారము ప్రవచింపుము ప్రభువగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా

21. Son of man, set your face toward Sidon and prophesy against her.

22. సీదోను పట్టణమా, నేను నీకు విరోధిని, నీ మధ్యను ఘనత నొందుదును, నేను దాని మధ్య తీర్పుతీర్చుచు దానిని బట్టి నన్ను పరిశుద్ధ పరచు కొనగా నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసి కొందురు.

22. And say, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am against you, O Sidon, and I will show forth My glory and be glorified in the midst of you. And they shall know (understand and realize) that I am the Lord when I execute judgments and punishments in her, and am set apart and separated and My holiness is manifested in her.

23. నేను యెహోవానని వారు తెలిసికొనునట్లు తెగులును రక్తమును దాని వీధులలోనికి పంపించుదును, నలుదిక్కుల దానిమీదికి వచ్చు ఖడ్గముచేత వారు హతులగుదురు, నేను ప్రభువగు యెహోవానని

23. For I will send pestilence into her and blood into her streets, and the wounded shall be judged and fall by the sword in the midst of her on every side, and they shall know (understand and realize) that I am the Lord [the Sovereign Ruler, Who calls forth loyalty and obedient service].

24. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు తెలిసికొనునట్లు వారు చుట్టునుండి వారిని తిరస్కరించుచు వచ్చిన వారిలో ఎవరును ఇక వారికి గుచ్చుకొను ముండ్లుగానైనను నొప్పించు కంపగానైనను ఉండరు.

24. And there shall be no more a brier to prick the house of Israel or a hurting thorn of all those around them who have treated them with contempt, and they shall know (understand and realize) that I am the Lord God [the Sovereign Ruler, Who calls forth loyalty and obedient service].

25. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా జనులలో చెదిరిపోయిన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను నేను సమకూర్చి, జనుల సమక్షమున వారి మధ్యను నన్ను నేను పరిశుద్ధపరచు కొందును, అప్పుడు నా సేవకుడైన యాకోబునకు నేనిచ్చిన తమ దేశములో వారు నివసించెదరు.

25. Thus says the Lord God: When I gather the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and I shall be set apart and separated and My holiness made apparent in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their own land which I gave to My servant Jacob.

26. వారు అందులో నిర్ఛయముగా నివసించి యిండ్లు కట్టుకొని ద్రాక్షతోటలు నాటుకొందురు, వారి చుట్టు ఉండి వారిని తిరస్కరించుచు వచ్చినవారి కందరికి నేను శిక్షవిధించిన తరువాత వారు నిర్భయముగా నివసించుకాలమున నేను తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొందురు.

26. And they shall dwell safely in it and shall build houses and plant vineyards; yes, they shall dwell securely and with confidence when I have executed judgments and punishments upon all those round about them who have despised and trodden upon them and pushed them away, and they shall know (understand and realize) that I am the Lord their God [their Sovereign Ruler, Who calls forth loyalty and obedient service].
