1. తొమ్మిదియవ సంవత్సరము పదియవ నెల పదియవ దినమున యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

1. Again in the ninth yeere, in the tenth moneth, in the tenth day of the moneth, came the worde of the Lord vnto me, saying,

2. నరపుత్రుడా, ఈదినము పేరు వ్రాసి యుంచుము, నేటిదినము పేరు వ్రాసి యుంచుము, ఈ దినము బబులోను రాజు యెరూషలేము మీదికి వచ్చు చున్నాడు.

2. Sonne of man, write thee the name of the day, euen of this same day: for the King of Babel set himselfe against Ierusalem this same day.

3. మరియు తిరుగుబాటుచేయు ఈ జనులను గూర్చి యుపమానరీతిగా ఇట్లు ప్రకటింపుము ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా కుండను తెచ్చి దానిలో నీళ్లు పోసి దానిని పొయ్యిమీద పెట్టుము.

3. Therefore speake a parable vnto the rebellious house, and say vnto them, Thus sayth the Lord God, Prepare a pot, prepare it, and also powre water into it.

4. తొడజబ్బ మొదలగు మంచి మంచి ముక్కలన్నియు చేర్చి అందులో వేసి, మంచి యెముకలను ఏరి దాని నింపుము.

4. Gather the pieces thereof into it, euen euery good piece, as the thigh and the shoulder, and fill it with the chiefe bones.

5. మందలో శ్రేష్ఠమైనవాటిని తీసికొనుము, అందున్న యెముకలు ఉడుకునట్లు చాల కట్టెలు పోగుచేయుము, దానిని బాగుగా పొంగించుము, ఎముకలను చాలునంతగా ఉడి కించుము.

5. Take one of the best sheepe, and burne also the bones vnder it, and make it boyle well, and seethe the bones of it therein,

6. కాబట్టి ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నరహంతకులున్న పట్టణమునకు శ్రమ; మడ్డిగల కుండా, మానకుండ మడ్డిగలిగియుండు కుండా, నీకు శ్రమ; చీటి దాని వంతున పడలేదు, వండినదానిని ముక్కవెంబడి ముక్కగా దానిలోనుండి తీసికొని రమ్ము.

6. Because the Lord God sayth thus, Woe to the bloody citie, euen to the pot, whose skomme is therein, and whose skomme is not gone out of it: bring it out piece by piece: let no lot fall vpon it.

7. దానిచేత చిందింపబడిన రక్తము దానిలో కనబడుచున్నది, మట్టితో దాని కప్పివేయునట్లు దానిని నేలమీద కుమ్మరింపక వట్టి బండమీద దానిని చిందించెను.

7. For her blood is in the middes of her: shee set it vpon an high rocke, and powred it not vpon on the ground to couer it with dust,

8. కావున నా క్రోధము రానిచ్చి, నేను ప్రతికారము చేయునట్లు అది చిందించిన రక్తము కప్పబడకుండ దానిని వట్టిబండమీద నేనుండ నిచ్చితిని.

8. That it might cause wrath to arise, and take vengeance: euen I haue set her blood vpon an high rocke that it should not be couered.

9. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నరహంతకులున్న పట్టణమునకు శ్రమ, నేనును విస్తరించి కట్టెలు పేర్చబోవుచున్నాను.

9. Therefore thus saith ye Lord God, Woe to the bloody citie, for I will make ye burning great.

10. చాల కట్టెలు పేర్చుము, అగ్ని రాజ బెట్టుము, మాంసమును బాగుగా ఉడకబెట్టుము. ఏమియు ఉండకుండ ఎముకలు పూర్తిగా ఉడుకునట్లు చారు చిక్కగా దింపుము.

10. Heape on much wood: kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and cast in spice, and let the bones be burnt.

11. తరువాత దానికి తగిలిన మష్టును మడ్డియు పోవునట్లు అది వేడియై మెరుగు పట్టువరకు వట్టిచట్టి పొయ్యిమీదనే యుంచుము.

11. Then set it emptie vpon the coles thereof, that the brasse of it may be hot, and may burne, and that the filthinesse of it may be molten in it, and that the skomme of it may be consumed.

12. అలసట పుట్టు వరకు ఇంతగా శ్రద్ధపుచ్చుకొనినను దాని విస్తారమైన మష్టు పోదాయెను, మష్టుతోకూడ దానిని అగ్నిలో వేయుము,

12. She hath wearied her selfe with lyes, and her great skomme went not out of her: therefore her skomme shall be consumed with fire.

13. నీకు కలిగిన అపవిత్రత నీ కామాతురతయే; నిన్ను శుభ్రపరచుటకు నేను పూనుకొనినను నీవు శుభ్రపడకపోతివి, నా క్రోధమును నీమీద తీర్చుకొనువరకు నీవు శుభ్ర పడకయుందువు.

13. Thou remainest in thy filthines and wickednes: because I would haue purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy filthines, till I haue caused my wrath to light vpon thee.

14. యెహోవానైన నేను మాటయిచ్చి యున్నాను, అది జరుగును, నేనే నెరవేర్చెదను నేను వెనుకతీయను, కనికరింపను, సంతాపపడను, నీ ప్రవర్తనను బట్టియు నీ క్రియలనుబట్టియు నీకు శిక్ష విధింపబడును, ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

14. I the Lord haue spoken it: it shall come to passe, and I will doe it: I will not goe backe, neither will I spare, neither will I repent: according to thy wayes, and according to thy workes shall they iudge thee, sayeth the Lord God.

15. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

15. Also the worde of ye Lord came vnto me, saying,

16. నరపుత్రుడా, నీ కన్నుల కింపైన దానిని నీ యొద్దనుండి ఒక్కదెబ్బతో తీసివేయ బోవుచున్నాను, నీవు అంగలార్చవద్దు ఏడువవద్దు కన్నీరు విడువవద్దు.

16. Sonne of man beholde, I take away from thee the pleasure of thine eyes with a plague: yet shalt thou neither mourne nor weepe, neither shall thy teares runne downe.

17. మృతులకై విలాపముచేయక నిశ్శబ్దముగా నిట్టూర్పు విడువుము, నీ శిరోభూషణములు ధరించుకొని పాదరక్షలు తొడుగుకొనవలెను, నీ పెదవులు మూసికొన వద్దు జనుల ఆహారము భుజింపవద్దు

17. Cease from sighing: make no mourning for the dead, and binde the tyre of thine head vpon thee, and put on thy shooes vpon thy feete, and couer not thy lips, and eate not the bread of men.

18. ఉదయమందు జనులకు నేను ప్రకటించితిని, సాయంతనమున నా భార్య చనిపోగా ఆయన నా కాజ్ఞాపించినట్లు మరునాటి ఉదయమున నేను చేసితిని.

18. So I spake vnto the people in the morning, and at euen my wife dyed: and I did in the morning, as I was commanded.

19. నీవు చేసినవాటివలన మేము తెలిసికొనవలసిన సంగతి నీవు మాతో చెప్పవా అని జనులు నన్నడుగగా

19. And the people said vnto me, Wilt thou not tell vs what these things meane towarde vs that thou doest so?

20. నేను వారితో ఇట్లంటిని యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెల విచ్చెను.

20. Then I answered them, The worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,

21. ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు నీవీలాగున ప్రకటింపుము ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా మీకు అతిశయాస్పదముగాను, మీ కన్నులకు ముచ్చట గాను, మీ మనస్సునకు ఇష్టముగాను ఉన్న నా పరిశుద్ధ స్థలమును నేను చెరపబోవుచున్నాను, మీరు వెనుక విడిచిన మీ కుమారులును కుమార్తెలును అక్కడనే ఖడ్గముచేత కూలుదురు.

21. Speake vnto the house of Israel, Thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, I will pollute my Sanctuarie, euen the pride of your power, the pleasure of your eyes, and your hearts desire, and your sonnes, and your daughters whom ye haue left, shall fall by the sworde.

22. అప్పుడు నేను చేసినట్లు మీరును చేయుదురు, మీ పెదవులు మూసికొనకయుందురు, జనుల ఆహారమును మీరు భుజింపకయుందురు.

22. And ye shall doe as I haue done: ye shall not couer your lippes, neither shall ye eate the bread of men.

23. మీ శిరో భూషణములను తలలమీదనుండి తీయకయు, మీ పాద రక్షలను పాదములనుండి తీయకయు, అంగలార్చకయు, ఏడ్వకయు నుందురు, ఒకని నొకరుచూచి నిట్టూర్పులు విడుచుచు మీరు చేసిన దోషములనుబట్టి మీరు క్షీణించి పోవుదురు.

23. And your tyre shalbe vpon your heads, and your shooes vpon your feete: ye shall not mourne nor weepe, but ye shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourne one toward another.

24. యెహెజ్కేలు మీకు సూచనగా ఉండును, అతడు చేసినదంతటి ప్రకారము మీరును చేయుదురు, ఇది సంభవించునప్పుడు నేను ప్రభువైన యెహోవానై యున్నానని మీరు తెలిసికొందురు.

24. Thus Ezekiel is vnto you a signe: according to all that he hath done, ye shall do: and when this commeth, ye shall know that I am the Lord God.

25. నరపుత్రుడా, వారి ఆశ్రయమును అతిశయాస్పదమును వారికి కన్నుల కింపైనదానిని వారు ఇచ్ఛయించు దానిని, వారి కుమారులను కుమార్తెలను నేను తీసివేయు దినమునందు నీకు సమాచారము తెలియజేయుటకై తప్పించుకొని వచ్చిన యొకడు నీయొద్దకు వచ్చును.

25. Also, thou sonne of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their power, ye ioy of their honor, ye pleasure of their eyes, and the desire of their heart, their sonnes and their daughters?

26. ఆ దినముననే నీవికను మౌనముగా ఉండక, తప్పించుకొని వచ్చిన వానితో స్పష్టముగా మాటలాడుదువు;

26. That he that escapeth in that day, shall come vnto thee to tell thee that which hee hath heard with his eares?

27. నేను యెహోవానై యున్నానని వారు తెలిసికొనునట్లు నీవు ఈ రీతిని వారికి సూచనగా ఉందువు.

27. In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speake, and be no more dumme, and thou shalt be a signe vnto them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord.
