1. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

1. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

2. నరపుత్రుడా, ప్రాణహాని చేయు ఈ పట్టణమునకు నీవు తీర్పు తీర్చుదువా? దానికి నీవు తీర్పు తీర్చునెడల అదిచేయు హేయక్రియలన్నిటిని దానికి తెలియజేసి యీలాగున ప్రకటింపవలెను.

2. And you, son of man, will you judge the bloody city? Yea, declare to her all her iniquities.

3. ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా నీ కాలము వచ్చునట్లు నరహత్యలు చేయు పట్టణమా, నిన్ను అపవిత్రపరచుకొనునట్లు విగ్రహములు పెట్టుకొను పట్టణమా, నీవు చేసిన నరహత్యలచేత నీకు నీవే నేరస్థాపన చేసి కొంటివి, నీవు పెట్టుకొనిన విగ్రహములచేత నిన్ను నీవే అపవిత్రపరచుకొంటివి,

3. And you shall say, Thus says the Lord God: O city that sheds blood in the midst of her, so that her time should come, and that forms devices against herself, to defile herself;

4. నీకు నీవే శిక్ష తెప్పించు కొంటివి, శిక్షా సంవత్సరములు వచ్చుటకు నీవే కారణ మైతివి. కాబట్టి అన్యజనములలో నిందాస్పదముగాను, సకలదేశములలో అపహాస్యాస్పదముగాను నిన్ను నియ మించుచున్నాను.

4. in their blood which you have shed, you have transgressed; and in your devices which you have formed, you have polluted yourself; and you have brought near your days, and have brought on the time of your years; therefore have I made you a reproach to the Gentiles, and a mockery to all the countries,

5. సమీపస్థులేమి దూరస్థులేమి అందరును అపకీర్తి పొందినదానవనియు అల్లరితో నిండినదాన వనియు నిన్ను అపహసింతురు.

5. to those near you, and to those far away; and they shall mock you, [you that are] notoriously unclean, and abundant in iniquities.

6. నీలోని ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల ప్రధానులందరును తమ శక్తికొలది నరహత్యచేయుదురు,

6. Behold, the princes of the house of Israel have conspired in you each one with his kindred, that they might shed blood.

7. నీలో తలిదండ్రులు అవమానమొందుదురు, నీ మధ్యనున్న పరదేశులు దౌర్జన్యము నొందుదురు, నీలో తండ్రిలేని వారును విధవరాండ్రును హింసింపబడుదురు,

7. In you they have reviled father and mother; and in you they have behaved unjustly toward the stranger; they have oppressed the orphan and widow.

8. నాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితములగు వస్తువులను నీవు తృణీకరించుచున్నావు, నా విశ్రాంతిదినములను నీవు అపవిత్రపరచుచున్నావు.

8. And they have set at nought My holy things, and in you they have profaned My Sabbaths.

9. కొండెములు చెప్పి నరహత్య చేయువారు నీలో కాపురమున్నారు, పర్వతములమీద భోజనము చేయువారు నీ మధ్య నివసించుచున్నారు, నీలో కామ వికార చేష్టలు జరుగుచున్నవి.

9. [There are] robbers in you, to shed blood in you; and in you they have eaten upon the mountains; they have wrought ungodliness in the midst of you.

10. తమ తండ్రి మానాచ్ఛాదనము తీయు వారు నీలో నున్నారు, అశుచియై బహిష్టియైన స్త్రీని చెరుపువారు నీలో కాపురమున్నారు.

10. In you they have uncovered the father's shame; and in you they have humbled her that was set apart for uncleanness.

11. ఒకడు తన పొరుగువాని భార్యను కూడి హేయక్రియలు చేయును, మరియొకడు కామాతురుడై తన కోడలిని అపవిత్రపరచును, నీలో జనులు తండ్రి కుమార్తెయగు తమ సహోదరిని చెరుపుదురు.

11. They have dealt unlawfully each one with his neighbor's wife; and each one in ungodliness has defiled his daughter-in-law: and in you they have humbled each one his sister, the daughter of his father.

12. నన్ను మరచిపోయి నరహత్యకై లంచము పుచ్చుకొనువారు నీలో నున్నారు, అప్పిచ్చి వడ్డి పుచ్చుకొని నీ పొరుగువారిని బాధించుచు నీవు బలవంతముగా వారిని దోచుకొనుచున్నావు; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.

12. In you they have received gifts to shed blood; they have received in you interest and usurious increase; and by oppression you have brought your wickedness to the full, and have forgotten Me, says the Lord.

13. నీవు పుచ్చుకొనిన అన్యాయ లాభమును, నీవు చేసిన నరహత్యలను నేను చూచి నా చేతులు చరచుకొనుచున్నాను.

13. And if I shall smite My hand at [your iniquities] which you have accomplished, which you have wrought, and at your blood that has been shed in the midst of you,

14. నేను నీకు శిక్ష విధింప బోవుకాలమున ఓర్చుకొనుటకు చాలినంత ధైర్యము నీ హృదయమునకు కలదా? సహించునంత బలము నీ కుండునా? యెహోవానగు నేనే మాట ఇచ్చియున్నాను, దానిని నేను నెరవేర్తును, నీ అపవిత్రతను బొత్తిగా తీసి వేయుటకై

14. shall your heart endure? Shall your hands be strong in the days which I bring upon you? I the Lord have spoken, and will do [it].

15. అన్యజనులలో నిన్ను చెదరగొట్టుదును, ఇతర దేశములకు నిన్ను వెళ్లగొట్టుదును.

15. And I will scatter you among the nations, and disperse you in the countries, and your uncleanness shall be removed out of you.

16. అచ్చట అన్యజనుల ఎదుటనే నీ అంతట నీవే భ్రష్ఠుడవై నేను యెహోవానని నీవు తెలిసికొందువు.

16. And I will give heritages in you in the sight of the nations, and you shall know that I am the Lord.

17. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

17. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

18. నరపుత్రుడా, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు నా దృష్టికి మష్టువంటివారైరి, అందరును కొలిమి లోని ఇత్తడియు తగరమును ఇనుమును సీసము నైరి, వారు వెండి మష్టువంటివారైరి.

18. Son of man, behold, the house of Israel has become to Me [as it were] mixed with brass, and iron, and tin, and lead; they are mixed up in the midst of the silver.

19. కావున ప్రభువైన యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా మీరందరును మష్టు వంటివారైతిరి. నేను మిమ్మును యెరూషలేము మధ్యను పోగుచేసెదను, ఒకడు వెండియు ఇత్తడియు ఇనుమును సీసమును తగరమును పోగుచేసి కొలిమిలో వేసి దానిమీద అగ్ని ఊది కరిగించినట్లు

19. Therefore say, Thus says the Lord God: Because you have become one mixture, therefore I will gather you into the midst of Jerusalem.

20. నా కోపము చేతను రౌద్రముచేతను మిమ్మును పోగుచేసి అక్కడ మిమ్మును కరిగింతును.

20. As silver, brass, iron, tin, and lead are gathered into the midst of the furnace, to blow fire into it, that they may be melted: so will I take [you] in My wrath, and I will gather and melt you.

21. మిమ్మును పోగుచేసి నా కోపాగ్నిని మీమీద ఊదగా నిశ్చయముగా మీరు దానిలో కరిగిపోవుదురు.

21. And I will blow upon you in the fire of My wrath, and you shall be melted in the midst thereof.

22. కొలి మిలో వెండి కరుగునట్లు మీరు దానిలో కరిగిపోవుదురు, అప్పుడు యెహోవానైన నేను నా క్రోధమును మీమీద కుమ్మరించితినని మీరు తెలిసికొందురు.

22. As silver is melted in the midst of a furnace, so shall you be melted in the midst thereof; and you shall know that I the Lord have poured out My wrath upon you.

23. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు నాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

23. And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,

24. నరపుత్రుడా, యెరూషలేమునకు నీవీమాట ప్రకటింపుము నీవు పవిత్రము కాని దేశమువై యున్నావు

24. Son of man, say to her: You are the land that is not rained upon, neither has rain come upon you in the day of wrath;

25. ఉగ్రత దినమందు నీకు వర్షము రాదు, అందులో ప్రవక్తలు కుట్రచేయుదురు, గర్జించు చుండు సింహము వేటను చీల్చునట్లు వారు మనుష్యులను భక్షింతురు. సొత్తులను ద్రవ్యమును వారు పట్టుకొందురు, దానిలో చాలామందిని వారు విధవరాండ్రుగా చేయుదురు,

25. whose princes in the midst of her are as roaring lions seizing prey, devouring souls by oppression, and taking bribes; and your widows are multiplied in the midst of you.

26. దాని యాజకులు నా ధర్మశాస్త్రమును నిరాక రించుదురు, నాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితములగు వస్తువులను అపవిత్ర పరచుదురు, ప్రతిష్ఠితమైనదానికిని సాధారణమైనదానికిని భేదమెంచరు, పవిత్రమేదో అపవిత్రమేదో తెలిసికొను టకు జనులకు నేర్పరు, నేను విధించిన విశ్రాంతిదినములను ఆచరింపరు, వారి మధ్య నేను దూషింపబడుచున్నాను.

26. Her priests also have set at nought My law, and profaned My holy things: they have not distinguished between the holy and profane, nor have they distinguished between the unclean and the clean, and have hidden their eyes from My Sabbaths, and I was profaned in the midst of them.

27. దానిలో అధిపతులు లాభము సంపాదించుటకై నరహత్య చేయుటలోను మనుష్యులను నశింపజేయుటలోను వేటను చీల్చు తోడేళ్లవలె ఉన్నారు.

27. Her princes in the midst of her are as wolves ravening to shed blood, that they may get dishonest gain.

28. మరియు దాని ప్రవక్తలు వ్యర్థమైన దర్శనములు కనుచు, యెహోవా ఏమియు సెలవియ్యనప్పుడు ప్రభువైన యెహోవా యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడని చెప్పుచు, వట్టిసోదెగాండ్రయి జనులు కట్టిన మంటిగోడకు గచ్చుపూతపూయువారై యున్నారు.

28. And her prophets that daub them shall fall, that see vanities, that prophesy falsehoods, saying, Thus says the Lord, when the Lord has not spoken.

29. మరియు సామాన్య జనులు బలాత్కారముచేయుచు దొంగిలించుదురు, వారు దీనులను దరిద్రులను హింసించుదురు, అన్యాయముగా వారు పరదేశులను బాధించుదురు.

29. That sorely oppress the people of the land with injustice, and commit robbery; oppressing the poor and needy, and not dealing justly with the stranger.

30. నేను దేశమును పాడుచేయకుండునట్లు ప్రాకారమును దిట్టపరచుటకును, బద్దలైన సందులలో నిలుచుటకును, తగిన వాడెవడని నేను ఎంత విచారించినను ఒకడైనను కనబడ లేదు.

30. And I sought from among them a man behaving uprightly, and standing before Me perfectly in the time of wrath, so that I should not utterly destroy her: but I found [him] not.

31. కావున నేను నా క్రోధమును వారిమీద కుమ్మరింతును, వారి ప్రవర్తన ఫలము వారిమీదికి రప్పించి నా ఉగ్రతాగ్నిచేత వారిని దహింతును; ఇదే ప్రభువైన యెహోవా వాక్కు.
ప్రకటన గ్రంథం 16:1

31. So I have poured out My wrath upon her in the fury of My anger, to accomplish [it]. I have recompensed their ways on their own heads, says the Lord God.
