1. బబులోనునుగూర్చియు కల్దీయుల దేశమునుగూర్చియు ప్రవక్తయైన యిర్మీయా ద్వారా యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన వాక్కు

1. The word which Yahweh spake Against Babylon Against the land of the Chaldeans, through Jeremiah the prophet:

2. జనములలో ప్రకటించుడి సమాచారము తెలియ జేయుడి ధ్వజమునెత్తి మరుగుచేయక చాటించుడి బబులోను పట్టబడును బేలు అవమానము నొందును మెరోదకు నేల పడవేయబడును బబులోను విగ్రహములు అవమానము నొందును దాని బొమ్మలు బోర్లద్రోయబడును

2. Tell ye among the nations And let it be heard And lift ye up a standard, Let it be heard do not conceal: Say ye Captured is Babylon, Confounded is Bel, Broken in pieces is Merodach, Confounded are her images, Broken down her manufactured gods;

3. ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండి దానిమీదికి ఒక జనము వచ్చు చున్నది ఏ నివాసియు లేకుండ అది దాని దేశమును పాడు చేయును మనుష్యులేమి పశువులేమి అందరును పారిపోవుదురు అందరును తర్లిపోవుదురు.

3. For there hath come up against her a nation out of the North The same, shall make her land an astonishment, And there shall be none to dwell therein, Both man and beast, have removed have gone.

4. ఆ కాలమున ఆనాటికి ఇశ్రాయేలువారును యూదా వారును కూడి వచ్చెదరు ఏడ్చుచు సాగుచు తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవాయొద్ద విచారించుటకై వచ్చెదరు

4. In those days, and at that time, Declareth Yahweh, Shall the sons of Israel come in, They and the sons of Judah together: Weeping as they travel, so shall they journey on, And Yahweh their God, shall they seek;

5. ఎన్నటికిని మరువబడని నిత్యనిబంధన చేసికొని యెహోవాను కలిసికొందము రండని చెప్పుకొనుచు సీయోనుతట్టు అభిముఖులై ఆచ్చటికి వెళ్లు మార్గము ఏదని అడుగుచు వచ్చెదరు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

5. To Zion, shall they ask the way, Hitherward, their faces, Come and let us join ourselves unto Yahweh, In a covenant age-abiding, which shall not be forgotten.

6. నా ప్రజలు త్రోవతప్పిన గొఱ్ఱెలుగా ఉన్నారు వారి కాపరులు కొండలమీదికి వారిని తోలుకొని పోయి వారిని త్రోవ తప్పించిరి జనులు కొండకొండకు వెళ్లుచు తాము దిగవలసిన చోటు మరచిపోయిరి.
మత్తయి 10:6

6. Wandering sheep, have my people, been, Their own shepherds led them astray, On the mountains, they seduced them, From mountain to hill, have they gone, They have forgotten their couching-place.

7. కనుగొనినవారందరు వారిని భక్షించుచు వచ్చిరి వారి శత్రువులు మేము అపరాధులము కాము వీరు న్యాయమునకు నివాసమును తమ పితరులకు నిరీక్షణాధారమునగు యెహోవామీద తిరుగుబాటు చేసినందున ఇది వారికి సంభవించెనని చెప్పుదురు.

7. All who found them, devoured them, And, their adversaries, said We shall not be, guilty, Because they have sinned, Against, Yahweh the pasturage of righteousness, Yea the hope of their fathers Yahweh.

8. బబులోనులోనుండి పారిపోవుడి కల్దీయులదేశములోనుండి బయలువెళ్లుడి మందలకు ముందు మేకపోతులు నడుచునట్లు ముందర నడువుడి.

8. Remove ye out of the midst of Babylon, And out of the land of the Chaldeans, come ye forth, And become ye like he-goats before the flock;

9. ఉత్తరదేశమునుండి మహాజనముల సమూహమును నేను రేపుచున్నాను బబులోనునకు విరోధముగా దానిని రప్పించుచున్నాను ఆ జనులు దానిమీదికి యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చుచున్నారు వారి మధ్యనుండియే ఆమె పట్టబడును ప్రజ్ఞగల బలాఢ్యులు దోపుడుసొమ్ము పట్టుకొనక మరలని రీతిగా వారి బాణములు అమోఘములై తిరిగి రాకుండును.

9. For lo! I am rousing and bringing up against Babylon a gathered host of great nations, out of the land of the North, And they shall array themselves against her, From thence, shall she be captured, His arrows, are as of a hero making childless, None shall return empty.

10. కల్దీయుల దేశము దోపుడుసొమ్మగును దాని దోచుకొను వారందరు సంతుష్టి నొందెదరు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

10. So shall the Chaldeans become a spoil, All her spoilers, shall be satisfied, Declareth Yahweh;

11. నా స్వాస్థ్యమును దోచుకొనువారలారా, సంతోషించుచు ఉత్సహించుచు నురిపిడిచేయుచు పెయ్యవలె గంతులువేయుచు బలమైన గుఱ్ఱములవలె మీరు సకిలించుచున్నారే?

11. Because they used to be glad Because they used to be uproarious When plundering mine inheritance, Because they used to caper about as a heifer at grass, And bellow like bulls.

12. మీ తల్లి బహుగా సిగ్గుపడును మిమ్మును కన్నది తెల్లబోవును ఇదిగో అది జనములన్నిటిలో అతినీచ జనమగును అది యెడారియు ఎండినభూమియు అడవియు నగును.

12. Your mother, hath turned very pale, She that bare you, hath turned red, Lo! the last of nations, is A desert, A parched land, and A waste plain,

13. యెహోవా రౌద్రమునుబట్టి అది నిర్జనమగును అది కేవలము పాడైపోవును బబులోను మార్గమున పోవువారందరు ఆశ్చర్యపడి దాని తెగుళ్లన్నియు చూచి ఆహా నీకీగతి పట్టినదా? అందురు

13. Because of the vexation of Yahweh, she shall not be inhabited, But Shall become a complete desolation, Every one passing by Babylon, shall be astonished and hiss, over all her plagues.

14. ఆమె యెహోవాకు విరోధముగా పాపముచేసినది. విల్లు త్రొక్కువారలారా, మీరందరు బబులోనునకు విరోధముగా దాని చుట్టు యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చుడి ఎడతెగక దానిమీద బాణములు వేయుడి

14. Set yourselves in array against Babylon round about All ye who tread the bow, Shoot at her, do not spare so much as an arrow, For against Yahweh, hath she sinned.

15. చుట్టు కూడి దానిని బట్టి కేకలువేయుడి అది లోబడ నొప్పుకొనుచున్నది దాని బురుజులు పడిపోవుచున్నవి దాని ప్రాకారములు విరుగగొట్టబడుచున్నవి ఇది యెహోవా చేయు ప్రతికారము. దానిమీద పగతీర్చుకొనుడి అది చేసినట్టే దానికి చేయుడి.

15. Raise a shout against her round about She hath stretched forth her hand, Fallen are her buttresses, Torn down are her walls, Because, the avenging of Yahweh it is, Take ye vengeance upon her, As she hath done, do ye, unto her.

16. బబులోనులో నుండకుండ విత్తువారిని నిర్మూలము చేయుడి కోతకాలమున కొడవలి పట్టుకొనువారిని నిర్మూలము చేయుడి క్రూరమైన ఖడ్గమునకు భయపడి వారందరు తమ ప్రజలయొద్దకు వెళ్లుచున్నారు తమ తమ దేశములకు పారిపోవుచున్నారు.

16. Cut ye off the sower from Babylon, And him that graspeth the sickle in the time of harvest, From the face of the sword of the oppressor, Each, to his own people will they turn, and Each, to his own land will they flee.

17. ఇశ్రాయేలువారు చెదిరిపోయిన గొఱ్ఱెలు సింహములు వారిని తొలగగొట్టెను మొదట అష్షూరురాజు వారిని భక్షించెను కడపట బబులోను రాజైన యీ నెబుకద్రెజరు వారి యెముకలను నలుగగొట్టుచున్నాడు.

17. A sheep all alone, is Israel Lions, have driven him away, At the first, the king of Assyria devoured him, And here, at the last, I Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones!

18. కావున ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడును సైన్యముల కధిపతియునగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు అష్షూరు రాజును నేను దండించినట్లు బబులోనురాజును అతని దేశమును దండించెదను.

18. Therefore, Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts, God of Israel, Behold me! bringing punishment against the king of Babylon, and against his land, Just as I brought punishment against the king of Assyria.

19. ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని తమ మేతస్థలమునకు నేను తిరిగి రప్పించెదను వారు కర్మెలుమీదను బాషానుమీదను మేయుదురు ఎఫ్రాయిము కొండలమీదను గిలాదులోను మేయుచు సంతుష్టినొందును.

19. So will I bring back Israel unto his own pasture, And he shall feed upon Carmel and Bashan; And in the hill country of Ephraim and Gilead, shall, his soul, he satisfied.

20. ఆ కాలమున ఆ నాటికి ఇశ్రాయేలు దోషమును వెదకినను అది కనబడకుండును. యూదా పాపములు వెదకిను అవి దొరుకవు శేషింపజేసినవారిని నేను క్షమించెదను ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

20. In those days and in that time, Declareth Yahweh, The iniquity of Israel, shall be sought, and there shall be none, And the sins of Judah, and they shall not be found; For I will grant pardon to them whom I suffer to remain.

21. దండెత్తి మెరాతయీయుల దేశముమీదికి పొమ్ము పెకోదీయుల దేశముమీదికి పొమ్ము వారిని హతముచేయుము వారు శాపగ్రస్తులని ప్రకటించుము నేను మీకిచ్చిన ఆజ్ఞ అంతటినిబట్టి చేయుము.

21. Against the land of Merathaim, go thou up against her, And against the inhabitants of Pekod, Lay waste and devote to destruction after them Declareth Yahweh, And do according to all which I have commanded thee.

22. ఆలకించుడి, దేశములో యుద్ధధ్వని వినబడుచున్నది అధిక నాశనధ్వని వినబడుచున్నది

22. The sound of battle is in the earth, And a great destruction.

23. సర్వభూమిని కొట్టుచున్న సమ్మెట తెగి బొత్తిగా విరుగ గొట్టబడెను అన్యజనులలో బబులోను బొత్తిగా పాడైపోయెను.

23. How s cut and broken the hammer of all the earth! How hath Babylon become an astonishment among the nations!

24. బబులోనూ, నిన్ను పట్టుకొనుటకై బోను పెట్టి యున్నాను తెలియకయే నీవు పట్టబడియున్నావు యెహోవాతో నీవు యుద్ధముచేయ బూనుకొంటివి నీవు చిక్కుపడి పట్టబడియున్నావు.

24. I laid a snare for thee yea and thou wast captured O Babylon, when, thou wast not aware, Thou wast found out yea and taken, For with Yahweh, hadst thou contended.

25. కల్దీయులదేశములో ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవాకు పనియున్నది యెహోవా తన ఆయుధశాలను తెరచి కోపముతీర్చు తన ఆయుధములను వెలుపలికి తెచ్చు చున్నాడు.
రోమీయులకు 9:22

25. Yahweh opened his armoury, and brought out his weapons of indignation, For, a work, it is pertaining to My Lord, Yahweh of hosts, in the land of the Chaldeans,

26. నలుదిక్కులనుండి వచ్చి దానిమీద పడుడి దాని ధాన్యపుకొట్లను విప్పుడి కసవు కుప్పలువేసినట్లు దానిని కుప్పలువేయుడి శేషమేమియు లేకుండ నాశనము చేయుడి

26. Come ye against her from farthest parts, Throw open her granaries, Cast her up as heaps, and devote her to destruction, Do not let her have a remnant.

27. దాని యెడ్లన్నిటిని వధించుడి అవి వధకు పోవలెను అయ్యో, వారికి శ్రమ వారి దినము ఆసన్నమాయెను వారి దండనకాలము వచ్చెను.

27. Cut up all her bullocks, Let them go down to the slaughter, Alas for them! For their day, hath come, Their time for punishment.

28. ఆలకించుడి, పారిపోయి బబులోను దేశములోనుండి తప్పించుకొని వచ్చుచున్నవారి శబ్దము వినబడు చున్నది మన దేవుడగు యెహోవా చేయు ప్రతికార సమా చారమును తన ఆలయము విషయమై ఆయన చేయు ప్రతికార సమాచారమును సీయోనులో ప్రకటించుడి. వారు వచ్చుచున్నారు.

28. The voice Of them who are in flight and Of such as are escaping, out of the land of Babylon, To tell in Zion The avenging of Yahweh our God, The avenging of his temple.

29. బబులోనునకు రండని విలుకాండ్రమ పిలువుడి విల్లు త్రొక్కువారలారా, మీరందరు దానిచుట్టు దిగుడి. అది యెహోవామీద గర్వపడినది ఇశ్రాయేలు పరిశుద్ధునిమీద గర్వపడినది దానిలో నొకడును తప్పించుకొనకూడదు దాని క్రియలనుబట్టి దానికి ప్రతికారము చేయుడి అది చేసిన పనియంతటినిబట్టి దానికి ప్రతికారము చేయుడి.

29. Publish against Babylon ye chiefs of all who tread the bow Encamp against her round about Let there be none to escape, Recompense to her according to her work, According to all which she did, do ye to her, For Against Yahweh, hath she acted presumptuously, Against the Holy One of Israel.

30. కావున ఆ దినమున దాని ¸యౌవనస్థులు దాని వీధులలో కూలుదురు దాని యోధులందరు తుడిచివేయబడుదురు ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

30. Therefore, shall her young men fall in her broadways, And, all her men of war, be silenced in that day, Declareth Yahweh.

31. ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే గర్విష్ఠుడా, నేను నీకు విరోధినై యున్నాను నీ దినము వచ్చుచున్నది నేను నిన్ను శిక్షించుకాలము వచ్చుచున్నది

31. Behold me! against thee most insolent one, Declareth My Lord Yahweh of hosts; For thy day, hath come, Thy time for punishment;

32. గర్విష్ఠుడు తొట్రిల్లి కూలును అతని లేవనెత్తువాడెవడును లేకపోవును నేనతని పురములలో అగ్ని రాజబెట్టెదను అది అతని చుట్టుపట్టులన్నిటిని కాల్చివేయును.

32. So shall the most insolent one stumble and fall, And he shall have none to lift him up, And I will kindle a fire in his cities which shall devour all who are round about him.

33. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఒకడును తప్పకుండ ఇశ్రాయేలువారును యూదా వారును బాధింపబడిరి వారిని చెరపెట్టినవారందరు వారిని గట్టిగా పట్టుకొను చున్నారు వారిని పోనిచ్చుటకు సమ్మతింపరు.

33. Thus, saith Yahweh of hosts Oppressed were the sons of Israel and the sons of Judah, together, And, all who took them captive, Held them fast Refused to let them go:

34. వారి విమోచకుడు బలవంతుడు సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా అని ఆయనకు పేరు భూమికి విశ్రాంతి కలుగజేయుటకును బబులోను నివాసులను కలవరపరచుటకును ఆయన బాగుగా వాదించి వారి వ్యాజ్యెమును కడ ముట్టించును.

34. Their Redeemer, can hold fast, Yahweh of hosts, is his name, He will, thoroughly plead, their plea, That he may quiet the earth, And disquiet the inhabitants of Babylon.

35. యెహోవా మాట యిదే కల్దీయులును బబులోను నివాసులును దాని అధిపతులును జ్ఞానులును కత్తిపాలగుదురు

35. A sword, is over the Chaldeans, Declareth Yahweh, And against the inhabitants of Babylon, And against her princes, And against her wise men:

36. ప్రగల్భములు పలుకువారు ఖడ్గవశులై పిచ్చివాండ్రగుదురు. బలాఢ్యులు నిర్మూలమగువరకు ఖడ్గము వారిమీద పడును

36. A sword, is against the praters, And they shall be shewn to be foolish, A sword, is against her heroes And they shall be dismayed:

37. ఖడ్గము వారి గుఱ్ఱములమీద పడును వారి రథముల మీద పడును ఖడ్గము వారిమీదికి దిగుటచేత దానిలోనున్న పరదేశులు స్త్రీలవంటివారగుదురు అది దాని నిధులమీద పడగా అవి దోచుకొనబడును.

37. A sword, is against his hopes and against his chariots and, against all the rabble that are in her midst And they shall become women, A sword, is against her treasures And they shall be made a prey:

38. నీళ్లకు ఎద్దడి తగులును అవి ఇంకిపోవును అది చెక్కబడిన విగ్రహములుగల దేశము జనులు భీకరప్రతిమలనుబట్టి పిచ్చిచేష్టలు చేయుదురు.

38. A drought, is against her waters, And they shall be dried up, For a land of images, it is, And with their shocking things, they act as men who are mad:

39. అందుచేతను అడవిపిల్లులును నక్కలును అక్కడ నివసించును నిప్పుకోళ్లును దానిలో నివాసముచేయును ఇకమీదట అది ఎన్నడును నివాసస్థలము కాకపోవును తరతరములు దానిలో ఎవరును కాపురముండరు.

39. Therefore shall the criers dwell with, the howlers, Yea ostriches, shall dwell therein, So shall it be dwelt in no more for ever, Neither shall it be inhabited unto generation after generation.

40. యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే సొదొమను గొమొఱ్ఱాను వాటి సమీప పట్టణములను దేవుడు నాశనము చేసినప్పుడు జరిగిన రీతిగా ఎవడును అక్కడ కాపురముండకపోవును ఏ నరుడును దానిలో బసచేయడు.

40. Like the divine overthrow of Sodom and Gomorrah and her neighbours, Declareth Yahweh, There shall not dwell there a man, Nor sojourn therein a son of the earth-born.

41. జనులు ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండి వచ్చుచున్నారు మహాజనమును అనేక రాజులును భూదిగంతములనుండి రేపబడెదరు.

41. Lo! a people coming in from the North, Yea, a great nation and many kings, shall be round up out of the remote parts of the earth:

42. వారు వింటిని ఈటెను పట్టుకొని వచ్చెదరు వారు క్రూరులు జాలిపడనివారు వారి స్వరము సముద్రఘోషవలె ఉన్నది వారు గుఱ్ఱములను ఎక్కువారు బబులోను కుమారీ, ఒకడు యుద్ధపంక్తులు తీర్చు రీతిగా వారందరు నీమీద పంక్తులు తీర్చుచున్నారు.

42. Bow and javelin, shall they grasp, Cruel, are they and will not have compassion, Their voice, like the sea, will roar, And, on horses, will they ride, Set in array, as one man for battle, Against thee, O daughter of Babylon!

43. బబులోనురాజు వారి సమాచారము విని దుర్బలు డాయెను అతనికి బాధ కలిగెను ప్రసవ స్త్రీ వేదనవంటి వేదన అతనికి సంభవించెను.

43. The king of Babylon hath beard the report of them, And unnerved are his hands, Anguish, hath seized him, Writhing pain, as a woman in child-birth.

44. చిరకాల నివాసమును పట్టుకొనవలెనని శత్రువులు యొర్దాను ప్రవాహములో నుండి సింహము వలె వచ్చుచున్నారు నిమిషములోనే నేను వారిని దానియొద్దనుండి తోలి వేయుదును నేనెవని ఏర్పరతునో వానిని దానిమీద నియమించెదనునన్ను పోలియున్నవాడై నన్ను ఆక్షేపణచేయువాడేడి?నన్ను ఎదిరింపగల కాపరి ఏడి?

44. Lo! as a lion, shall he come up from the majesty of the Jordan, Unto the pasture perennial, But I will wink I will make them run away therefrom, Who then shall be the Chosen One whom against it, I may set in charge? For who shall be like unto, me? And who shall appoint me, a time? And who is the Shepherd that shall stand before me?

45. బబులోనునుగూర్చి యెహోవా చేసిన ఆలోచన వినుడి కల్దీయుల దేశమునుగూర్చి ఆయన ఉద్దేశించినది వినుడి నిశ్చయముగా మందలోని అల్పులైనవారిని వారు లాగు దురు నిశ్చయముగా వారినిబట్టి వారి నివాసస్థలము విస్మయ మొందును.

45. Therefore hear ye, The counsel of Yahweh, which he hath counselled against Babylon, And his devices which he hath devised against the land a of the Chaldeans, Surely the little ones of the flock, shall drag them away, Surely he will cause the pasture to be astounded over them.

46. బబులోను పట్టబడుచున్నదను సమాచారము విని భూమి కంపించుచున్నది జనములలో అంగలార్పు వినబడుచున్నది.

46. At the noise of the taking of Babylon, the earth trembled, And, the outcry, among the nations, was heard.
