1. While Jeremiah was still shut up in the open space of the prison, the Word of the Lord came to him a second time, saying,

2. మాట నెరవేర్చు యెహోవా, స్థిరపరచవలెనని దాని నిర్మించు యెహోవా, యెహోవా అను నామము వహించినవాడే ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

2. 'This is what the Lord says Who made the earth. The Lord made it to last. The Lord is His name.

3. నాకు మొఱ్ఱపెట్టుము నేను నీకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చెదను, నీవు గ్రహింపలేని గొప్ప సంగతులను గూఢమైన సంగతులను నీకు తెలియజేతును.

3. 'Call to Me, and I will answer you. And I will show you great and wonderful things which you do not know.'

4. ముట్టడిదిబ్బల దెబ్బకును ఖడ్గమునకును పట్టణములోని యిండ్లన్నియు యూదారాజుల నగరులును శిథిలమై పోయెనుగదా. వాటినిగూర్చి ఇశ్రాయేలు దేవుడగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా

4. For this is what the Lord God of Israel says about the houses of this city and about the houses of the kings of Judah which have been torn down to make a strong wall to help in the battle against the Babylonians.

5. కల్దీయులతో యుద్ధము చేసి, వారి చెడుతనమునుబట్టి ఈ పట్టణమునకు విముఖుడనైన నా మహాకోపముచేత హతులై, తమ కళేబరములతో కల్దీయులకు సంతృప్తికలిగించుటకై వారు వచ్చుచుండగా

5. Some will come to fight with the Babylonians, and they will fill the houses with the dead bodies of men whom I have killed in My anger. I will hide My face from this city because of all their sin.

6. నేను దానికి ఆరోగ్యమును స్వస్థతను మరల రప్పించు చున్నాను, వారిని స్వస్థపరచుచున్నాను, వారికి సత్య సమాధానములను సమృద్ధిగా బయలుపరచెదను.

6. See, I will make it well again, and I will heal them. I will let them have much peace and truth.

7. చెరలో నుండిన యూదావారిని ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని నేను రప్పించుచున్నాను, మొదట నుండినట్లు వారిని స్థాపించు చున్నాను.

7. I will return the land to Judah and to Israel, and I will help them to become as they were before.

8. వారు నాకు విరోధముగా చేసిన పాప దోషము నిలువకుండ వారిని పవిత్రపరతును, వారు నాకు విరోధముగాచేసిన దోషములన్నిటిని తిరుగుబాటులన్నిటిని క్షమించెదను.

8. I will make them clean from all the sins they have done against Me. I will forgive all their sins against Me.

9. భూజనులందరియెదుట వారు నాకిష్టమైన పేరుగాను స్తోత్రకారణముగాను ఘనతాస్పదముగాను ఉందురు, నేను వారికి చేయు సకల ఉపకారములను గూర్చిన వర్తమానమును జనులువిని నేను వారికి కలుగజేయు సమస్తక్షేమమును బట్టియు సమస్తమైన మేలును బట్టియు భయపడుచు దిగులు నొందుదురు.

9. This city will make My name known. It will be to Me joy, praise and shining-greatness before all the nations of the earth that hear of all the good that I do for them. And they will fear and shake because of all the good and all the peace that I give it.'

10. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇది పాడైపోయెను, దీనిలో నరులు లేరు నివాసులు లేరు, జంతువులు లేవు అని మీరు చెప్పు ఈ స్థలములోనే, మనుష్యులైనను నివాసులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైపోయిన యూదా పట్టణములలోనే, యెరూషలేము వీధులలోనే,

10. This is what the Lord says: 'You say of this place, 'It is a waste, without man or animal.' Yet in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are laid waste, with no man or animal living in them, there will again be heard

11. సంతోష స్వరమును ఆనంద శబ్దమును పెండ్లి కుమారుని స్వరమును పెండ్లికుమార్తె స్వర మునుయెహోవా మంచివాడు, ఆయన కృప నిరంతర ముండును, సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవాను స్తుతిం చుడి అని పలుకువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి స్తుతి యాగములను తీసికొని వచ్చువారి స్వరమును మరల వినబడును; మునుపటివలె ఉండుటకై చెరలోనున్న యీ దేశస్థులను నేను రప్పించు చున్నానని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు

11. the voice of joy and the voice of happiness. In this place will be heard the voice of the man to be married and the voice of the bride, and the voice of those who say, 'Give thanks to the Lord of All, for the Lord is good. His loving-kindness lasts forever.' And here will be heard the voice of those who bring a gift of thanks into the house of the Lord. For I will bring them back to the land as they were before,' says the Lord.

12. సైన్యముల కధిపతియగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు మనుష్యులైనను జంతువులైనను లేక పాడైయున్న యీ స్థలములోను దాని పట్టణములన్నిటిలోను గొఱ్ఱెల మందలను మేపుచు పరుండబెట్టు కాపరులుందురు.

12. 'The Lord of All says, 'This place is now a waste, without man or animal. Yet there will again be shepherds living in this place and in all its cities who can care for their sheep.

13. మన్నెపు పట్టణములలోను మైదానపు పట్టణములలోను దక్షిణదేశపు పట్టణములలోను బెన్యామీను దేశములోను యెరూషలేము ప్రాంత స్థలములలోను యూదా పట్టణములలోను మందలు లెక్క పెట్టువారిచేత లెక్కింపబడునని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

13. In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the valley, in the cities of the Negev, in the land of Benjamin, in the land around Jerusalem, and in the cities of Judah, the flocks will again pass under the hands of the one who numbers them,' says the Lord.

14. యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే ఇశ్రాయేలు వంశస్థులను గూర్చియు యూదా వంశస్థులనుగూర్చియు నేను చెప్పిన మంచి మాట నెరవేర్చు దినములు వచ్చుచున్నవి.

14. 'See, the days are coming,' says the Lord, 'when I will do what I promised to the people of Israel and the people of Judah.

15. ఆ దినములలో ఆ కాలమందే నేను దావీదునకు నీతిచిగురును మొలిపించెదను; అతడు భూమిమీద నీతి న్యాయములను అనుసరించి జరిగించును.

15. In those days and at that time I will cause a right and good Branch of David to rise up. And He will do what is fair and right and good on the earth.

16. ఆ దినములలో యూదావారు రక్షింపబడుదురు. యెరూషలేము నివాసులు సురక్షితముగా నివసింతురు, యెహోవాయే మనకు నీతియని యెరూషలేమునకు పేరుపెట్టబడును.

16. In those days Judah will be saved, and Jerusalem will be safe. And this is the name it will be called: The Lord makes us right and good.'

17. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు ఇశ్రాయేలువారి సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండువాడొకడు దావీదునకుండక మానడు.

17. For the Lord says, 'David will never be without a man to sit on the throne of the people of Israel.

18. ఎడతెగక దహనబలులను అర్పించుటకును నైవేద్యముల నర్పించుటకును బలులను అర్పించుటకును నా సన్నిధిని యాజకులైన లేవీయులలో ఒకడుండక మానడు.

18. And the Levite religious leaders will never be without a man before Me to give burnt gifts, to burn grain gifts, and to make gifts ready on the altar all the time.' '

19. మరియు యెహోవా వాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను

19. The Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

20. యెహోవా ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చునదేమనగా దివారాత్రములు వాటి సమయములలో ఉండకపోవునట్లు నేను పగటికి చేసిన నిబంధనను రాత్రికి చేసిన నిబంధనను మీరు భంగము చేయకలిగిన యెడల

20. 'This is what the Lord says: 'If you can break My agreement with the day and night, so that day and night will not come at their set time,

21. నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండి రాజ్యపరిపాలనచేయు కుమారుడు అతనికి ఉండక మానడని అతనితో నేను చేసిన నిబంధన వ్యర్థ మగును; మరియు నా పరిచారకులైన లేవీయులగు యాజకులతోను నేను చేసిన నా నిబంధన వ్యర్థమగును.

21. then My agreement may also be broken with David My servant, that he will not have a son to rule on his throne. And then My agreement may be broken with My servants, the Levite religious leaders.

22. ఆకాశ నక్షత్రములు లెక్కింప శక్యము కానట్టుగాను, సముద్రపు ఇసుకరేణువుల నెంచుట అసాధ్యమైనట్టుగాను, నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును, నాకు పరిచర్యచేయు లేవీయులను లెక్కింప లేనంతగా నేను విస్తరింపజేయుదును.

22. The stars of heaven cannot be numbered, and the sand of the sea cannot be weighed. In the same way I will make the children of David My servant many, as well as the Levites who serve Me.' '

23. మరియు యెహోవావాక్కు యిర్మీయాకు ప్రత్యక్షమై యీలాగు సెలవిచ్చెను.

23. The Word of the Lord came to Jeremiah, saying,

24. తాను ఏర్పరచుకొనిన రెండు కుటుంబములను యెహోవా విసర్జించెననియు, నా ప్రజలు ఇకమీదట తమ యెదుట జనముగా ఉండరనియు వారిని తృణీకరించుచు ఈ జనులు చెప్పుకొను మాట నీకు వినబడుచున్నది గదా.

24. 'Have you not heard what these people are saying? They say, 'The Lord has turned away from the two families He had chosen.' So they hate My people. They are no longer a nation in their eyes.

25. యెహోవా ఈ మాట సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు పగటినిగూర్చియు రాత్రినిగూర్చియు నేను చేసిన నిబంధన నిలకడగా ఉండని యెడల

25. This is what the Lord says: 'If I do not keep My agreement with day and night and the laws of heaven and earth,

26. భూమ్యా కాశములనుగూర్చిన విధులను నియమించువాడను నేను కానియెడల, అబ్రాహాము ఇస్సాకు యాకోబుల సంతానమును ఏలుటకు అతని సంతాన సంబంధియైన యేలికను ఏర్పరచుకొనక నేను యాకోబు సంతానపువాడగు నా సేవకుడైన దావీదు సంతానమును విసర్జింతును. నిశ్చయ ముగా నేను వారియెడల జాలిపడి చెరలోనుండి వారిని రప్పించెదను.

26. then I will turn away from the children of Jacob and David My servant. Then I will not choose one of his children to rule over the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. For I will bring them back to their land and will have loving-pity on them.' '
