1. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు నీవు యూదారాజు నగరు దిగిపోయి అక్కడ ఈ మాట ప్రకటింపుము

1. The LORD told me, 'Go down to the palace of the king of Judah. Give him a message from me there.

2. దావీదు సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండు యూదా రాజా, నీవును ఈ గుమ్మములద్వారా ప్రవేశించు నీ ఉద్యోగస్థులును నీ జనులును యెహోవా మాట వినుడని ప్రకటింపుము.

2. Say: 'Listen, O king of Judah who follows in David's succession. You, your officials, and your subjects who pass through the gates of this palace must listen to what the LORD says.

3. యెహోవా ఈలాగు ఆజ్ఞనిచ్చుచున్నాడు మీరు నీతి న్యాయముల ననుసరించి నడుచుకొనుడి, దోచుకొనబడినవానిని బాధపెట్టువాని చేతిలోనుండి విడిపించుడి, పరదేశులనైనను తండ్రిలేనివారినైనను విధవ రాండ్రనైనను బాధింపకుడి వారికి ఉపద్రవము కలుగజేయకుడి, ఈ స్థలములో నిరపరాధుల రక్తము చిందింపకుడి.

3. The LORD says, 'Do what is just and right. Deliver those who have been robbed from those who oppress them. Do not exploit or mistreat foreigners who live in your land, children who have no fathers, or widows. Do not kill innocent people in this land.

4. మీరు నిశ్చయముగా ఈలాగున చేసినయెడల దావీదు సింహాసనముమీద కూర్చుండు రాజులు రథములను గుఱ్ఱములను ఎక్కి తిరుగుచు, ఉద్యోగస్థుల సమేతముగాను జనుల సమేతముగాను ఈ నగరు ద్వారములగుండ ప్రవేశింతురు.

4. If you are careful to obey these commands, then the kings who follow in David's succession and ride in chariots or on horses will continue to come through the gates of this palace, as will their officials and their subjects.

5. మీరు ఈ మాటలు విననియెడల ఈ నగరుపాడై పోవును, నా తోడని ప్రమాణము చేయుచున్నాను; ఇదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

5. But, if you do not obey these commands, I solemnly swear that this palace will become a pile of rubble. I, the LORD, affirm it!'

6. యూదారాజు వంశస్థులనుగూర్చి యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు నా యెన్నికలో నీవు గిలాదువలెనున్నావు, లెబానోను శిఖరమువలె ఉన్నావు; అయినను నిశ్చయముగా ఎడారిగాను నివాసులు లేని పట్టణములుగాను నేను నిన్ను చేయుదును.

6. ''For the LORD says concerning the palace of the king of Judah, 'This place looks like a veritable forest of Gilead to me. It is like the wooded heights of Lebanon in my eyes. But I swear that I will make it like a wilderness whose towns have all been deserted.

7. నీమీదికి వచ్చుటకై యొక్కొక్కడు తన ఆయుధములను పట్టుకొను సంహారకులను నేను ప్రతిష్టించుచున్నాను, వారు నీ దేవదారు చెట్లలో శ్రేష్ఠమైనవాటిని నరికి అగ్నిలో పడవేతురు.

7. I will send men against it to destroy it with their axes and hatchets. They will hack up its fine cedar panels and columns and throw them into the fire.

8. అనేక జనులు ఈ పట్టణపు మార్గమున పోవుచు యెహోవా యెందు నిమిత్తము ఈ గొప్పపట్టణమును ఈలాగు చేసెనని యొకని నొకడు అడుగగా

8. ''People from other nations will pass by this city. They will ask one another, 'Why has the LORD done such a thing to this great city?'

9. అచ్చటి వారువీరు తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవా నిబంధనను నిరాకరించి అన్యదేవతలను పూజించి వాటికి నమస్కారము చేసినందున ఆయన ఈలాగున చేసియున్నాడని చెప్పుదురు.

9. The answer will come back, 'It is because they broke their covenant with the LORD their God and worshiped and served other gods.'

10. చనిపోయినవానిగూర్చి యేడవవద్దు, వానిగూర్చి అంగ లార్చవద్దు; వెళ్లిపోవుచున్నవానిగూర్చి బహు రోదనము చేయుడి. వాడు ఇకను తిరిగి రాడు, తన జన్మభూమిని చూడడు.

10. ''Do not weep for the king who was killed. Do not grieve for him. But weep mournfully for the king who has gone into exile. For he will never return to see his native land again.

11. తన తండ్రియైన యోషీయాకు ప్రతిగా ఏలిన వాడై యీ స్థలములోనుండి వెళ్లిపోయిన యూదారాజైన యోషీయా కుమారుడగు షల్లూమునుగూర్చి యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు అతడు ఇక్కడికి తిరిగి రాడు;

11. ''For the LORD has spoken about Shallum son of Josiah, who succeeded his father as king of Judah but was carried off into exile. He has said, 'He will never return to this land.

12. ఈ దేశము నిక చూడక వారు అతని తీసికొని పోయిన స్థలమునందే అతడు చచ్చును.

12. For he will die in the country where they took him as a captive. He will never see this land again.'

13. నీతి తప్పి తన నగరును స్థాపించువానికి శ్రమ; న్యాయము తప్పి తన మేడగదులను కట్టించుకొనుచు, జీతమియ్యక తన పొరుగువానిచేత ఊరకయే కొలువు చేయించుకొనువానికి శ్రమ.

13. ''Sure to be judged is the king who builds his palace using injustice and treats people unfairly while adding its upper rooms. He makes his countrymen work for him for nothing. He does not pay them for their labor.

14. వాడు విశాలమైన మేడ గదులుగల గొప్ప మందిరమును కట్టించుకొందుననుకొని, విస్తారమైన కిటికీలు చేసికొనుచు, దేవదారు పలకలను దానికి సరంబీవేయుచు, ఇంగిలీకముతో రంగువేయుచు నున్నాడే;

14. He says, 'I will build myself a large palace with spacious upper rooms.' He cuts windows in its walls, panels it with cedar, and paints its rooms red.

15. నీవు అతిశయపడి దేవదారు పలకల గృహమును కట్టించుకొనుటచేత రాజవగుదువా? నీ తండ్రి అన్న పానములు కలిగి నీతిన్యాయముల ననుసరించుచు క్షేమముగా ఉండలేదా?

15. Does it make you any more of a king that you outstrip everyone else in building with cedar? Just think about your father. He was content that he had food and drink. He did what was just and right. So things went well with him.

16. అతడు దీనులకును దరిద్రులకును న్యాయము తీర్చుచు సుఖముగా బ్రదికెను, ఆలాగున చేయుటే నన్ను తెలిసి కొనుట కాదా? యిదే యెహోవా వాక్కు.

16. He upheld the cause of the poor and needy. So things went well for Judah.' The LORD says, 'That is a good example of what it means to know me.'

17. అయితే నీ దృష్టియు నీ కోరికయు అన్యాయముగా లాభము సంపాదించుకొనుటయందే, నిరపదాధుల రక్తము ఒలికించుటయందే నిలిచియున్నవి. అందుకొరకే నీవు జనులను బాధించుచున్నావు, అందుకొరకే బలాత్కారము చేయుచున్నావు.

17. But you are always thinking and looking for ways to increase your wealth by dishonest means. Your eyes and your heart are set on killing some innocent person and committing fraud and oppression.

18. కావున యోషీయా కుమారుడగు యెహోయాకీమను యూదారాజునుగూర్చి యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు జనులు అయ్యో నా సహోదరుడా, అయ్యో సహోదరీ, అని అతని గూర్చి అంగలార్చరు; అయ్యో నా యేలినవాడా, అయ్యో, శోభావంతుడా; అని అతనికొరకు అంగ లార్చరు.

18. So the LORD has this to say about Josiah's son, King Jehoiakim of Judah: People will not mourn for him, saying, 'This makes me sad, my brother! This makes me sad, my sister!' They will not mourn for him, saying, 'Poor, poor lord! Poor, poor majesty!'

19. అతడు యెరూషలేము గుమ్మముల ఆవలికి ఈడువబడి పారవేయబడి గాడిద పాతిపెట్టబడురీతిగా పాతిపెట్టబడును.

19. He will be left unburied just like a dead donkey. His body will be dragged off and thrown outside the gates of Jerusalem.''

20. నీ విటకాండ్రు నాశనమైరి. లెబానోనును ఎక్కి కేకలువేయుము; బాషానులో బిగ్గరగా అరువుము, అబారీమునుండి కేకలువేయుము.

20. People of Jerusalem, go up to Lebanon and cry out in mourning. Go to the land of Bashan and cry out loudly. Cry out in mourning from the mountains of Moab. For your allies have all been defeated.

21. నీ క్షేమకాలములలో నీతో మాటలాడితిని గానినేను విననని నీవంటివి; నామాట వినకపోవుటే నీ బాల్యమునుండి నీకు వాడుక.

21. While you were feeling secure I gave you warning. But you said, 'I refuse to listen to you.' That is the way you have acted from your earliest history onward. Indeed, you have never paid attention to me.

22. నీ కాపరులందరు గాలి పీల్చుదురు, నీ విటకాండ్రు చెరలోనికి పోవుదురు, నీ చెడుతనమంతటినిబట్టి నీవు అవమానమునొంది సిగ్గుపడుదువు.

22. My judgment will carry off all your leaders like a storm wind! Your allies will go into captivity. Then you will certainly be disgraced and put to shame because of all the wickedness you have done.

23. లెబానోను నివాసినీ, దేవదారు వృక్షములలో గూడు కట్టుకొనినదానా, ప్రసవించు స్త్రీకి కలుగు వేదనవంటి కష్టము నీకు వచ్చునప్పుడు నీవు బహుగా కేకలువేయుదువు గదా!

23. You may feel as secure as a bird nesting in the cedars of Lebanon. But oh how you will groan when the pains of judgment come on you. They will be like those of a woman giving birth to a baby.

24. యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చునదేమనగా యూదా రాజైన యెహోయాకీము కుమారుడగు కొన్యా నా కుడిచేతికి శిఖా ఉంగరముగా ఉండినను దానిమీద నుండియు నిన్ను ఊడదీసివేసెదనని నాతోడని ప్రమాణముచేయుచున్నాను.

24. The LORD says, 'As surely as I am the living God, you, Jeconiah, king of Judah, son of Jehoiakim, will not be the earthly representative of my authority. Indeed, I will take that right away from you.

25. నీ ప్రాణమును ఎవరు తీయజూచుచున్నారో నీవెవరికి భయపడు చున్నావో వారి చేతికి, అనగా బబులోనురాజైన నెబుకద్రెజరు చేతికిని కల్దీయుల చేతికిని నిన్ను అప్పగించు చున్నాను.

25. I will hand you over to those who want to take your life and of whom you are afraid. I will hand you over to King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon and his Babylonian soldiers.

26. నిన్నును నిన్ను కనిన నీ తల్లిని మీ జన్మ భూమికాని పరదేశములోనికి విసరివేసెదను, మీరు అక్కడనే చచ్చెదరు.

26. I will force you and your mother who gave you birth into exile. You will be exiled to a country where neither of you were born, and you will both die there.

27. వారు తిరిగి రావలెనని బహుగా ఆశపడు దేశమునకు వారు తిరిగి రారు.

27. You will never come back to this land to which you will long to return!'

28. కొన్యా అను ఇతడు హేయమైన ఓటికుండ వంటివాడా? పనికిమాలిన ఘటమా? అతడును అతని సంతానమును విసరివేయబడి, తామెరుగని దేశములోనికి ఏల త్రోయబడిరి?

28. This man, Jeconiah, will be like a broken pot someone threw away. He will be like a clay vessel that no one wants. Why will he and his children be forced into exile? Why will they be thrown out into a country they know nothing about?

29. దేశమా, దేశమా, దేశమా, యెహోవా మాట వినుము.

29. O land of Judah, land of Judah, land of Judah! Listen to what the LORD has to say!

30. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు సంతానహీనుడనియు, తన దినములలో వర్ధిల్లనివాడనియు ఈ మనుష్యునిగూర్చి వ్రాయుడి; అతని సంతానములో ఎవడును వర్ధిల్లడు, వారిలో ఎవడును దావీదు సింహాసనమందు కూర్చుండడు; ఇక మీదట ఎవడును యూదాలో రాజుగా నుండడు.

30. The LORD says, 'Enroll this man in the register as though he were childless. Enroll him as a man who will not enjoy success during his lifetime. For none of his sons will succeed in occupying the throne of David or ever succeed in ruling over Judah.'
