1. ద్వీపములారా, నా మాట వినుడి, దూరముననున్న జనములారా, ఆలకించుడి, నేను గర్భమున పుట్టగానే యెహోవా నన్ను పిలిచెను తల్లి నన్ను ఒడిలో పెట్టుకొనినది మొదలుకొని ఆయన నా నామము జ్ఞాపకము చేసికొనెను.

1. Ye Isles, hearken unto me, and take heed ye people from far: The LORD hath called me from my birth, and made mention of my name from my mother's womb:(Hearken ye isles unto me, and give heed ye people that are afar. 2. he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword, under the shadow of his hand hath he defended me, and hid me in his quiver, as a good arrow,(And he made my mouth like a sharp sword. In the shadow he led me with his hand. And he made me as an excellent arrow, and hid in his quiver.)

4. Then answered I: I shall loose(lese) my labour, I shall spend my strength in vain. Nevertheless, I will commit my cause and my work unto the LORD my God.(And I said: I labour in vain and spend my strength for nought, and unprofitably. Howbeit my cause I commit to the LORD and my travail unto my God.)

5. And now sayeth the LORD, even he that fashioned me from my mother's womb to be his servant, that I may bring Jacob again unto him: Howbeit, Israel will not be gathered unto him again. In whose sight I am great, which also is my LORD, my God and my strength.(And now saith the LORD that formed me in the womb, to be his servant and to turn Jacob unto him:)

6. నీవు యాకోబు గోత్రపువారిని ఉద్ధరించునట్లును ఇశ్రాయేలులో తప్పింపబడినవారిని రప్పించునట్లును నా సేవకుడవై యుండుట ఎంతో స్వల్పవిషయము; భూదిగంతములవరకు నీవు నేను కలుగజేయు రక్షణకు సాధనమగుటకై అన్యజనులకు వెలుగై యుండునట్లు నిన్ను నియమించి యున్నాను.

6. Let it be but a small thing, that thou art my servant, to set up the kindreds of Jacob, and to restore the destruction of Israel: If I make thee not also the light of the Gentiles, that thou mayest be my health unto the end of the world.(Behold I have made thee a light, that thou shouldest be salvation, even unto the end of the world. Kings shall see, and rulers shall stand up and shall worship, because of the LORD which is faithful, and the holy of Israel hath chosen thee.)

7. ఇశ్రాయేలు విమోచకుడును పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడునగు యెహోవా మనుష్యులచేత నిరాకరింపబడినవాడును జనులకు అసహ్యుడును నిర్దయాత్ముల సేవకుడునగు వానితో ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు యెహోవా నమ్మకమైనవాడనియు ఇశ్రాయేలు పరిశుద్ధ దేవుడు నిన్ను ఏర్పరచుకొనె ననియు రాజులు గ్రహించి లేచెదరు అధికారులు నీకు నమస్కారము చేసెదరు.

7. Moreover, thus sayeth the LORD the avenger and holy one of Israel, because of the abhorring and despising among the Gentiles, concerning the servant of all them that bear rule: Kings and Princes shall see, and arise and worship, because of the LORD that he is faithful: and because of the holy one of Israel, which hath chosen thee.

8. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు అనుకూలసమయమందు నేను నీ మొర నాలకించి నీకు ఉత్తరమిచ్చితిని రక్షణదినమందు నిన్ను ఆదుకొంటిని. బయలువెళ్లుడి అని బంధింపబడినవారితోను బయటికి రండి అని చీకటిలోనున్నవారితోనుచెప్పుచు దేశమును చక్కపరచి పాడైన స్వాస్థ్యములను పంచి పెట్టుటకై నిన్ను కాపాడి ప్రజలకు నిబంధనగా నియమించితిని.

8. And thus sayeth the LORD: In the time appointed will I be present with thee. And in the hour of health will I help thee, and deliver thee. I will make thee a pledge for the people, so that thou shalt help up the earth again, and challenge again the scattered heritages:

9. That thou mayest say to the prisoners: Go forth, and to them that are in darkness: come into the light, that they may feed in the high ways, and get their living in all places.

10. There shall neither hunger nor thirst, heat nor Sun hurt them. For he that favoureth them shall lead them, and give them drink of the spring wells.

11. I will make ways upon all my mountains, and my foot paths shall be exalted.

13. Rejoice ye heavens, and sing praises thou earth: Talk of joy ye hills, for GOD will comfort his people, and have mercy upon his, that be in trouble.

14. అయితే సీయోనుయెహోవా నన్ను విడిచిపెట్టి యున్నాడు ప్రభువు నన్ను మరచియున్నాడని అనుకొనుచున్నది.

14. Then shall Sion say: GOD hath forsaken me, and the Lord(LORDE) hath forgotten me.

15. స్త్రీ తన గర్భమున పుట్టిన బిడ్డను కరుణింపకుండ తన చంటిపిల్లను మరచునా? వారైన మరచుదురు గాని నేను నిన్ను మరువను.

15. Doth a wife forget the child of her womb, and the son who she hath born? And though she do forget, yet will not I forget thee.

16. చూడుము నా యరచేతులమీదనే నిన్ను చెక్కి యున్నాను నీ ప్రాకారములు నిత్యము నాయెదుట నున్నవి

16. Behold, I have written thee up upon my hands, thy walls are ever in my sight.

17. నీ కుమారులు త్వరపడుచున్నారు నిన్ను నాశనముచేసి నిన్ను పాడుచేసినవారు నీలో నుండి బయలు వెళ్లుచున్నారు.

17. They that have broken thee down, shall make haste to build thee up again: and they that made thee waste, shall dwell in thee.

18. కన్నులెత్తి నలుదిశల చూడుము వీరందరు కూడుకొనుచు నీయొద్దకు వచ్చుచున్నారు నీవు వీరినందరిని ఆభరణముగా ధరించుకొందువు పెండ్లికుమార్తె ఒడ్డాణము ధరించుకొనునట్లు నీవు వారిని అలంకారముగా ధరించుకొందువు నా జీవముతోడని ప్రమాణము చేయుచున్నానని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

18. Lift up thine eyes, and look about thee: all these shall gather them together, and come to thee. As truly as I live (sayeth the LORD) thou shalt put them all upon thee, as an apparel, and gird them to thee, as an bride doth her jewels.

19. నివాసులు విస్తరించినందున పాడైన నీ చోట్లును బీటి స్థలములును నాశనము చేయబడిన నీ భూమియు వారికి ఇరుకుగా ఉండును నిన్ను మింగివేసినవారు దూరముగా ఉందురు.

19. As for thy land that lieth desolate, wasted and destroyed: it shall be too narrow for them, that shall dwell in it. And they that would devour thee, shall be far away.

20. నీవు సంతానహీనురాలవైనప్పుడు నీకు పుట్టిన కుమా రులు ఈ స్థలము మాకు ఇరుకుగా ఉన్నది. ఇంక విశాలమైన స్థలము మాకిమ్మని నీ చెవులలో చెప్పుదురు.

20. Then the child whom the barren shall bring forth unto thee, shall say in thine ear: This place is too narrow, sit nigh together, that I may have room.

21. అప్పుడు నీవునేను నా పిల్లలను పోగొట్టుకొని, సంతానహీనురాలను, ఒంటరినై ఇటు అటు తిరుగులాడుచున్న పరదేశురాలనే గదా? వీరిని నాయందు కనినవాడెవడు? వీరిని పెంచినవా డెవడు? నేను ఒంటరికత్తెనై విడువబడితిని, వీరు ఎక్కడ ఉండిరి? అని నీ మనస్సులో నీవనుకొందువు.

21. Then shalt thou think by thyself: Who hath begotten me these? seeing I am barren and alone, a captive and an outcast? And who hath nourished them up for me? I am desolate and alone, but from whence come these?

22. ప్రభువగు యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు నేను జనములతట్టు నా చెయియెత్తుచున్నాను జనములతట్టు నా ధ్వజము ఎత్తుచున్నాను వారు నీ కుమారులను రొమ్ముననుంచుకొని వచ్చెదరు నీ కుమార్తెలు వారి భుజములమీద మోయబడెదరు

22. And therefore thus sayeth the Lord GOD:(LORDE God) Behold, I will stretch out mine hand to the Gentiles, and set up my token to the people. They shall bring thy sons in their laps, and carry thy daughters unto thee upon their shoulders.

23. రాజులు నిన్ను పోషించు తండ్రులుగాను వారి రాణులు నీకు పాలిచ్చు దాదులుగాను ఉండెదరు వారు భూమిమీద సాగిలపడి నీకు నమస్కారము చేసెదరు నీ పాదముల ధూళి నాకెదరు. అప్పుడు నేను యెహోవాననియు నాకొరకు కని పెట్టుకొనువారు అవమానము నొందరనియు నీవు తెలిసికొందువు.

23. For kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and Queens shall be thy nursing mothers. They shall fall before thee with their faces flat upon the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet: that thou mayest know, how that I am the LORD. And who so putteth his trust in me, shall not be confounded.

24. బలాఢ్యుని చేతిలోనుండి కొల్లసొమ్ము ఎవడు తీసికొన గలడు? భీకరులు చెరపట్టినవారు విడిపింపబడుదురా?

24. Who spoileth the giant of his praye? or who taketh the prisoners from the mighty?

25. యెహోవా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు బలాఢ్యులు చెరపట్టినవారు సహితము విడిపింప బడుదురు భీకరులు చెరపట్టినవారు విడిపింపబడుదురు నీతో యుద్ధము చేయువారితో నేనే యుద్ధము చేసెదను నీ పిల్లలను నేనే రక్షించెదను.

25. And therefore thus sayeth the LORD: The prisoners shall be taken from the giant, and the spoil delivered from the violent: for I will maintain thy cause against thine adversaries, and save thy sons.

26. యెహోవానైన నేనే నీ రక్షకుడననియు యాకోబు బలవంతుడు నీ విమోచకుడనియు మనుష్యులందరు ఎరుగునట్లు నిన్ను బాధపరచువారికి తమ స్వమాంసము తినిపించెదను క్రొత్త ద్రాక్షారసముచేత మత్తులైనట్టుగా తమ రక్తము చేత వారు మత్తులగుదురు.

26. And will feed thine enemies with their own flesh, and make them drink of their own blood, as of sweet wine. And all flesh shall know (O Jacob) that I am the LORD thy Saviour, and strong avenger.
