1. ఆలకించుడి ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా పోషణమును పోషణాధారమును అన్నోదకముల ఆధారమంతయు పోషణమంతయు

1. The Lord, the LORD of Heaven's Armies, will take away from Jerusalem and Judah everything they depend on: every bit of bread and every drop of water,

2. శూరులను యోధులను న్యాయాధిపతులను ప్రవక్తలను

2. all their heroes and soldiers, judges and prophets, fortune-tellers and elders,

3. సోదెకాండ్రను పెద్దలను పంచాదశాధిపతులను ఘనత వహించినవారిని మంత్రులను శిల్పశాస్త్రములను ఎరిగినవారిని మాంత్రికులను యెరూషలేములోనుండియు యూదాదేశములో నుండియు తీసివేయును.

3. army officers and high officials, advisers, skilled craftsmen, and astrologers.

4. బాలకులను వారికి అధిపతులనుగా నియమించెదను వారు బాలచేష్టలుచేసి జనులను ఏలెదరు.

4. I will make boys their leaders, and toddlers their rulers.

5. ప్రజలలో ఒకడిట్లును మరియొకడట్లును ప్రతివాడు తన పొరుగువానిని ఒత్తుడు చేయును. పెద్దవానిపైని బాలుడును ఘనునిపైని నీచుడును గర్వించి తిరస్కారముగా నడుచును.

5. People will oppress each other-- man against man, neighbor against neighbor. Young people will insult their elders, and vulgar people will sneer at the honorable.

6. ఒకడు తన తండ్రియింట తన సహోదరుని పట్టుకొని నీకు వస్త్రము కలదు నీవు మామీద అధిపతివై యుందువు ఈ పాడుస్థలము నీ వశముండనిమ్మనును

6. In those days a man will say to his brother, 'Since you have a coat, you be our leader! Take charge of this heap of ruins!'

7. అతడు ఆ దినమున కేకవేసినేను సంరక్షణ కర్తనుగా ఉండనొల్లను నాయింట ఆహారమేమియు లేదు వస్త్రమేమియు లేదు నన్ను జనాధిపతిగా నియమింపరాదనును.

7. But he will reply, 'No! I can't help. I don't have any extra food or clothes. Don't put me in charge!'

8. యెరూషలేము పాడైపోయెను యూదా నాశన మాయెను యెహోవా మహిమగల దృష్టికి తిరుగుబాటు చేయు నంతగా వారి మాటలును క్రియలును ఆయనకు ప్రతికూలముగా ఉన్నవి.

8. For Jerusalem will stumble, and Judah will fall, because they speak out against the LORD and refuse to obey him. They provoke him to his face.

9. వారి ముఖలక్షణమే వారిమీద సాక్ష్యమిచ్చును. తమ పాపమును మరుగుచేయక సొదొమవారివలె దాని బయలుపరచుదురు. తమకు తామే వారు కీడుచేసికొని యున్నారు వారికి శ్రమ

9. The very look on their faces gives them away. They display their sin like the people of Sodom and don't even try to hide it. They are doomed! They have brought destruction upon themselves.

10. మీకు మేలు కలుగునని నీతిమంతులతో చెప్పుము వారు తమ క్రియల ఫలము అనుభవింతురు.

10. Tell the godly that all will be well for them. They will enjoy the rich reward they have earned!

11. దుష్టులకు శ్రమ, వారి క్రియల ఫలము వారికి కలుగును.

11. But the wicked are doomed, for they will get exactly what they deserve.

12. నా ప్రజలవిషయమై నేనేమందును? బాలురు వారిని బాధపెట్టుచున్నారు స్త్రీలు వారిని ఏలుచున్నారు. నా ప్రజలారా, మీ నాయకులు త్రోవను తప్పించు వారు

12. Childish leaders oppress my people, and women rule over them. O my people, your leaders mislead you; they send you down the wrong road.

13. వారు నీ త్రోవల జాడను చెరిపివేయుదురు. యెహోవా వాదించుటకు నిలువబడియున్నాడు జనములను విమర్శించుటకు లేచియున్నాడు

13. The LORD takes his place in court and presents his case against his people!

14. యెహోవా తన జనుల పెద్దలను వారి యధిపతులను విమర్శింప వచ్చుచున్నాడు. మీరే ద్రాక్షలతోటను తినివేసితిరి మీరు దోచుకొనిన దరిద్రుల సొమ్ము మీ యిండ్లలోనే యున్నది

14. The LORD comes forward to pronounce judgment on the elders and rulers of his people: 'You have ruined Israel, my vineyard. Your houses are filled with things stolen from the poor.

15. నా ప్రజలను నలుగగొట్టి మీరేమి చేయుదురు? బీదల ముఖములను నూరి మీరేమి చేయుదురు? అని ప్రభువును సైన్యములకధిపతియునగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

15. How dare you crush my people, grinding the faces of the poor into the dust?' demands the Lord, the LORD of Heaven's Armies.

16. మరియు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చినదేదనగా సీయోను కుమార్తెలు గర్విష్ఠురాండ్రై మెడచాచి నడచుచు ఓర చూపులు చూచుచు కులుకుతో నడచుచు, తమ కాళ్లగజ్జలను మ్రోగించు చున్నారు;

16. The LORD says, 'Beautiful Zion is haughty: craning her elegant neck, flirting with her eyes, walking with dainty steps, tinkling her ankle bracelets.

17. కాబట్టి ప్రభువు సీయోను కుమార్తెల నడినెత్తి బోడి చేయును యెహోవా వారి మానమును బయలుపరచును.

17. So the Lord will send scabs on her head; the LORD will make beautiful Zion bald.'

18. ఆ దినమున యెహోవా గల్లుగల్లుమను వారి పాద భూషణములను సూర్యబింబ భూషణములను చంద్రవంకలను భూషణములను

18. On that day of judgment the Lord will strip away everything that makes her beautiful: ornaments, headbands, crescent necklaces,

19. కర్ణభూషణములను కడియములను నాణమైన ముసుకు లను

19. earrings, bracelets, and veils;

20. కుల్లాయీలను కాళ్ల గొలుసులను ఒడ్డాణములను పరిమళ ద్రవ్యపు బరిణలను

20. scarves, ankle bracelets, sashes, perfumes, and charms;

21. రక్షరేకులను ఉంగరములను ముక్కు కమ్ములను

21. rings, jewels,

22. ఉత్సవ వస్త్రములను ఉత్తరీయములను పైటలను సంచులను

22. party clothes, gowns, capes, and purses;

23. చేతి అద్దములను సన్నపునారతో చేసిన ముసుకులను పాగాలను శాలువులను తీసివేయును.

23. mirrors, fine linen garments, head ornaments, and shawls.

24. అప్పుడు పరిమళ ద్రవ్యమునకు ప్రతిగా మురుగుడును నడికట్టుకు ప్రతిగా త్రాడును అల్లిన జడకు ప్రతిగా బోడితలయు ప్రశస్తమైన పైవస్త్రమునకు ప్రతిగా గోనెపట్టయు అందమునకు ప్రతిగా వాతయును ఉండును.

24. Instead of smelling of sweet perfume, she will stink. She will wear a rope for a sash, and her elegant hair will fall out. She will wear rough burlap instead of rich robes. Shame will replace her beauty.

25. ఖడ్గముచేత మనుష్యులు కూలుదురు యుద్ధమున నీ బలాఢ్యులు పడుదురు

25. The men of the city will be killed with the sword, and her warriors will die in battle.

26. పట్టణపు గుమ్మములు బాధపడి దుఃఖించును ఆమె ఏమియు లేనిదై నేల కూర్చుండును.

26. The gates of Zion will weep and mourn. The city will be like a ravaged woman, huddled on the ground.
