1. ఏలయనగా యెహోవా యాకోబునందు జాలిపడును ఇంకను ఇశ్రాయేలును ఏర్పరచుకొనును వారిని స్వదేశములో నివసింపజేయును పరదేశులు వారిని కలిసికొందురు వారు యాకోబు కుటుంబమును హత్తుకొనియుందురు

1. The LORD will have mercy on Israel and will let them be his chosen people once again. He will bring them back to their own land, and foreigners will join them as part of Israel.

2. జనములు వారిని తీసికొనివచ్చి వారి స్వదేశమున వారిని ప్రవేశపెట్టుదురు ఇశ్రాయేలు వంశస్థులు యెహోవా దేశములోవారిని దాసులనుగాను పనికత్తెలనుగాను స్వాధీనపరచు కొందురు వారు తమ్మును చెరలో పెట్టినవారిని చెరలో పెట్టి

2. Other nations will lead them home, and Israel will make slaves of them in the land that belongs to the Lord. Israel will rule over those who once governed and mistreated them.

3. తమ్మును బాధించినవారిని ఏలుదురు.

3. The LORD will set you free from your sorrow, suffering, and slavery.

4. నీ బాధను నీ ప్రయాసమును నీచేత చేయింపబడిన కఠినదాస్యమును కొట్టివేసి యెహోవా నిన్ను విశ్రమింపజేయు దినమున నీవు బబులోనురాజును గూర్చి అపహాస్యపు గీతము ఎత్తి యీలాగున పాడుదువు బాధించినవారు ఎట్లు నశించిపోయిరి? రేగుచుండిన పట్టణము ఎట్లు నాశనమాయెను?

4. Then you will make fun of the King of Babylonia by singing this song: That cruel monster is done for! He won't attack us again.

5. దుష్టుల దుడ్డుకఱ్ఱను మానని హత్యచేత జనములను క్రూరముగా కొట్టిన ఏలికల రాజదండమును యెహోవా విరుగగొట్టియున్నాడు.

5. The LORD has crushed the power of those evil kings,

6. వారు ఆగ్రహపడి మానని బలాత్కారముచేత జనములను లోపరచిరి.

6. who were furious and never stopped abusing the people of other nations.

7. భూలోకమంతయు నిమ్మళించి విశ్రమించుచున్నది జనములు పాడసాగుదురు. నీవు పండుకొనినప్పటినుండి నరుకువాడెవడును మా మీదికి రాలేదని

7. Now all the world is at peace; its people are celebrating with joyful songs.

8. నిన్నుగూర్చి తమాలవృక్షములు లెబానోను దేవదారువృక్షములు హర్షించును

8. King of Babylonia, even the cypress trees and the cedars of Lebanon celebrate and say, 'Since you were put down, no one comes along to chop us down.'

9. నీవు ప్రవేశించుచుండగానే నిన్ను ఎదుర్కొనుటకై క్రింద పాతాళము నీ విషయమై కలవరపడుచున్నది. అది నిన్ను చూచి ప్రేతలను రేపుచున్నది భూమిలో పుట్టిన సమస్త శూరులను జనముల రాజుల నందరినివారి వారి సింహాసనములమీదనుండి లేపుచున్నది

9. The world of the dead eagerly waits for you. With great excitement, the spirits of ancient rulers hear about your coming.

10. వారందరు నిన్ను చూచినీవును మావలె బలహీనుడ వైతివా? నీవును మాబోటివాడవైతివా? అందురు.

10. Each one of them will say, 'Now you are just as weak as any of us!

11. నీ మహాత్మ్యమును నీ స్వరమండలముల స్వరమును పాతాళమున పడవేయబడెను. నీ క్రింద పురుగులు వ్యాపించును కీటకములు నిన్ను కప్పును.

11. Your pride and your music have ended here in the world of the dead. Worms are your blanket, maggots are your bed.'

12. తేజోనక్షత్రమా, వేకువచుక్కా, నీవెట్లు ఆకాశమునుండి పడితివి? జనములను పడగొట్టిన నీవు నేలమట్టమువరకు ఎట్లు నరకబడితివి?

12. You, the bright morning star, have fallen from the sky! You brought down other nations; now you are brought down.

13. You said to yourself, 'I'll climb to heaven and place my throne above the highest stars. I'll sit there with the gods far away in the north.

16. నిన్ను చూచువారు నిన్ను నిదానించి చూచుచు ఇట్లు తలపోయుదురు

16. Those who see you will stare and wonder, 'Is this the man who made the world tremble and shook up kingdoms?

17. భూమిని కంపింపజేసి రాజ్యములను వణకించినవాడు ఇతడేనా? లోకమును అడవిగాచేసి దాని పట్టణములను పాడు చేసినవాడు ఇతడేనా? తాను చెరపట్టినవారిని తమ నివాసస్థలమునకు పో నియ్యనివాడు ఇతడేనా?

17. Did he capture every city and make earth a desert? Is he the one who refused to let prisoners go home?'

18. జనముల రాజులందరు ఘనత వహించినవారై తమ తమ నగరులయందు నిద్రించుచున్నారు.

18. When kings die, they are buried in glorious tombs.

19. నీవు సమాధి పొందక పారవేయబడిన కొమ్మవలె నున్నావు. ఖడ్గముచేత పొడువబడి చచ్చినవారి శవములతో కప్పబడినవాడవైతివి త్రొక్కబడిన పీనుగువలెనైతివి బిలముయొక్క రాళ్లయొద్దకు దిగుచున్నవానివలెనున్నావు

19. But you will be left unburied, just another dead body lying underfoot like a broken branch. You will be one of many killed in battle and gone down to the deep rocky pit.

20. నీవు నీ దేశమును పాడుచేసి నీ ప్రజలను హతమార్చితివి నీవు సమాధిలో వారితోకూడ కలిసియుండవు దుష్టుల సంతానము ఎన్నడును జ్ఞాపకమునకు తేబడదు.

20. You won't be buried with kings; you ruined your country and murdered your people. You evil monster! We hope that your family will be forgotten forever.

21. వారు పెరిగి భూమిని స్వతంత్రించుకొని పట్టణము లతో లోకమును నింపకుండునట్లు తమ పితరుల దోషమునుబట్టి అతని కుమారులను వధిం చుటకు దొడ్డి సిద్ధపరచుడి.

21. We will slaughter your sons to make them pay for the crimes of their ancestors. They won't take over the world or build cities anywhere on this earth.

22. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా వాక్కు ఇదే నేను వారిమీదికి లేచి బబులోనునుండి నామమును శేషమును కుమారుని మనుమని కొట్టి వేసెదనని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు.

22. The LORD All-Powerful has promised to attack Babylonia and destroy everyone there, so that none of them will ever be remembered again.

23. నేను దానిని తుంబోడికి స్వాధీనముగాను నీటి మడుగులగాను చేయుదును. నాశనమను చీపురుకట్టతో దాని తుడిచివేసెదను అని సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చు చున్నాడు.

23. The LORD will sweep out the people, and the land will become a swamp for wild animals.

24. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా ప్రమాణ పూర్వ కముగా ఈలాగు సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడు నేను ఉద్దేశించినట్లు నిశ్చయముగా జరుగును నేను యోచించినట్లు స్థిరపడును.

24. The LORD All-Powerful has made this promise: Everything I have planned will happen just as I said.

25. నా దేశములో అష్షూరును సంహరించెదను నా పర్వతములమీద వాని నలుగద్రొక్కెదను వాని కాడి నా జనులమీదనుండి తొలగిపోవును వాని భారము వారి భుజముమీదనుండి తొలగింప బడును.

25. I will wipe out every Assyrian in my country, and I will crush those on my mountains. I will free my people from slavery to the Assyrians.

26. సర్వలోకమునుగూర్చి నేను చేసిన ఆలోచన ఇదే జనములందరిమీద చాపబడిన బాహువు ఇదే.

26. I have planned this for the whole world, and my mighty arm controls every nation.

27. సైన్యములకధిపతియగు యెహోవా దాని నియమించి యున్నాడు రద్దుపరచగలవాడెవడు? బాహువు చాచినవాడు ఆయనే దాని త్రిప్పగలవాడెవడు?

27. I, the LORD All-Powerful, have made these plans. No one can stop me now!

28. రాజైన ఆహాజు మరణమైన సంవత్సరమున వచ్చిన దేవోక్తి

28. This message came from the LORD in the year King Ahaz died:

29. ఫిలిష్తియా, నిన్ను కొట్టిన దండము తుత్తునియలుగా విరువబడెనని అంతగా సంతోషింపకుము సర్పబీజమునుండి మిడునాగు పుట్టును దాని ఫలము ఎగురు సర్పము.

29. Philistines, don't be happy just because the rod that punished you is broken. That rod will become a poisonous snake, and then a flying fiery dragon.

30. అప్పుడు అతిబీదలైనవారు భోజనము చేయుదురు దరిద్రులు సురక్షితముగా పండుకొందురు కరవుచేత నీ బీజమును చంపెదను అది నీ శేషమును హతము చేయును.

30. The poor and needy will find pastures for their sheep and will live in safety. But I will starve some of you, and others will be killed.

31. గుమ్మమా, ప్రలాపింపుమీ, పట్టణమా, అంగలార్పుమీ. ఫిలిష్తియా, నీవు బొత్తిగా కరిగిపోయియున్నావు ఉత్తరదిక్కునుండి పొగ లేచుచున్నది వచ్చువారి పటాలములలో వెనుకతీయువాడు ఒకడును లేడు.

31. Cry and weep in the gates of your towns, you Philistines! Smoke blows in from the north, and every soldier is ready.

32. జనముల దూత కియ్యవలసిన ప్రత్యుత్తరమేది? యెహోవా సీయోనును స్థాపించియున్నాడు ఆయన జనులలో శ్రమనొందినవారు దాని ఆశ్రయింతురు అని చెప్పవలెను.

32. If a messenger comes from a distant nation, you must say: 'The LORD built Zion. Even the poorest of his people will find safety there.'
