1. తరువాత యెహోవా మోషేతో ఇట్లనెను నీవు ఫరోయొద్దకు వెళ్లి - నన్ను సేవించుటకు నా ప్రజలను పోనిమ్ము.

1. Then the LORD said to Moses, 'Go to Pharaoh and tell him: Thus says the LORD, the God of the Hebrews: Let my people go to worship me.

2. If you refuse to let them go and persist in holding them,

3. ఇదిగో యెహోవా బాహుబలము పొలములోనున్న నీ పశువులమీదికిని నీ గుఱ్ఱములమీదికిని గాడిదలమీదికిని ఒంటెలమీదికిని ఎద్దుల మీదికిని గొఱ్ఱెల మీదికిని వచ్చును, మిక్కిలి బాధకరమైన తెగులు కలుగును.

3. I warn you, the LORD will afflict all your livestock in the field-- your horses, asses, camels, herds and flocks-- with a very severe pestilence.

4. అయితే యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పశువులను ఐగుప్తు పశువులను వేరుపరచును; ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకున్న వాటన్నిటిలో ఒక్కటైనను చావదని హెబ్రీయుల దేవుడగు యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చుచున్నాడని

4. But the LORD will distinguish between the livestock of Israel and that of Egypt, so that none belonging to the Israelites will die.'

5. And setting a definite time, the LORD added, 'Tomorrow the LORD shall do this in the land.'

6. And on the next day the LORD did so. All the livestock of the Egyptians died, but not one beast belonging to the Israelites.

7. ఫరో ఆ సంగతి తెలిసికొన పంపినప్పుడు ఇశ్రాయేలు పశువులలో ఒకటియు చావలేదు; అయినను అప్పటికిని ఫరో హృదయము కఠినమైనందున జనులను పంపకపోయెను.

7. But though Pharaoh's messengers informed him that not even one beast belonging to the Israelites had died, he still remained obdurate and would not let the people go.

8. కాగా యెహోవా - మీరు మీ పిడికిళ్లనిండ ఆవపు బుగ్గి తీసికొనుడి, మోషే ఫరో కన్నులయెదుట ఆకాశమువైపు దాని చల్లవలెను.

8. Then the LORD said to Moses and Aaron, 'Take a double handful of soot from a furnace, and in the presence of Pharaoh let Moses scatter it toward the sky.

9. అప్పుడు అది ఐగుప్తు దేశమంతట సన్నపు ధూళియై ఐగుప్తు దేశమంతట మనుష్యుల మీదను జంతువులమీదను పొక్కులు పొక్కు దద్దురులగునని మోషే అహరోనులతో చెప్పెను.

9. It will then turn into fine dust over the whole land of Egypt and cause festering boils on man and beast throughout the land.'

10. So they took soot from a furnace and stood in the presence of Pharaoh. Moses scattered it toward the sky, and it caused festering boils on man and beast.

11. ఆ దద్దురులవలన శకునగాండ్రు మోషే యెదుట నిలువ లేకపోయిరి ఆ దద్దురులు శకునగాండ్రకును ఐగుప్తీయులందరికినిపుట్టెను.

11. The magicians could not stand in Moses' presence, for there were boils on the magicians no less than on the rest of the Egyptians.

12. అయినను యెహోవా మోషేతో చెప్పినట్లు యెహోవా ఫరో హృదయమును కఠినపరచెను, అతడు వారి మాట వినకపోయెను.

12. But the LORD made Pharaoh obstinate, and he would not listen to them, just as the LORD had foretold to Moses.

13. Then the LORD told Moses, 'Early tomorrow morning present yourself to Pharaoh and say to him: Thus says the LORD, the God of the Hebrews: Let my people go to worship me,

14. సమస్త భూమిలో నావంటి వారెవరును లేరని నీవు తెలిసికొనవలెనని ఈ సారి నేను నా తెగుళ్ళన్నియు నీ హృదయము నొచ్చునంతగా నీ సేవకులమీదికిని నీ ప్రజలమీదికిని పంపెదను;

14. or this time I will hurl all my blows upon you and your servants and your subjects, that you may know that there is none like me anywhere on earth.

15. భూమిమీద నుండకుండ నీవు నశించిపోవునట్లు నేను నా చెయ్యి చాపియుంటినేని నిన్నును నీ జనులను తెగులుతో కొట్టివేసియుందును.

15. For by now I would have stretched out my hand and struck you and your subjects with such pestilence as would wipe you from the earth.

16. నా బలమును నీకు చూపునట్లును, భూలోక మందంతట నా నామమును ప్రచురము చేయునట్లును ఇందుకే నేను నిన్ను నియమించితిని.

16. But this is why I have spared you: to show you my power and to make my name resound throughout the earth!

17. నీవు ఇంక నా ప్రజలను పోనియ్యనొల్లక వారిమీద ఆతిశయపడుచున్నావు.

17. Will you still block the way for my people by refusing to let them go?

18. ఇదిగో రేపు ఈ వేళకు నేను మిక్కిలి బాధకరమైన వడగండ్లను కురిపించెదను; ఐగుపు రాజ్యము స్థాపించిన దినము మొదలుకొని యిదివరకు అందులో అట్టి వడగండ్లు పడలేదు.

18. I warn you, then, tomorrow at this hour I will rain down such fierce hail as there has never been in Egypt from the day the nation was founded up to the present.

19. కాబట్టి నీవు ఇప్పుడు పంపి నీ పశువులను పొలములలో నీకు కలిగినది యావత్తును త్వరగా భద్రముచేయుము. ఇంటికి రప్పింపబడక పొలములో ఉండు ప్రతి మనుష్యునిమీదను జంతువు మీదను వడగండ్లు కురియును, అప్పుడు అవి చచ్చునని చెప్పుమనెను.

19. Therefore, order all your livestock and whatever else you have in the open fields to be brought to a place of safety. Whatever man or beast remains in the fields and is not brought to shelter shall die when the hail comes upon them.'

20. ఫరో సేవకులలో యెహోవా మాటకు భయపడినవాడు తన సేవకులను తన పశువులను ఇండ్లలోనికి త్వరగా రప్పించెను.

20. Some of Pharaoh's servants feared the warning of the LORD and hurried their servants and livestock off to shelter.

21. అయితే యెహోవా మాట లక్ష్యపెట్టనివాడు తన పనివారిని తన పశువులను పొలములో ఉండనిచ్చెను.

21. Others, however, did not take the warning of the LORD to heart and left their servants and livestock in the fields.

22. యెహోవా - నీ చెయ్యి ఆకాశమువైపు చూపుము; ఐగుప్తుదేశమందలి మనుష్యులమీదను జంతువులమీదను పొలముల కూరలన్నిటిమీదను వడగండ్లు ఐగుప్తు దేశమంతట పడునని మోషేతో చెప్పెను.

22. The LORD then said to Moses, 'Stretch out your hand toward the sky, that hail may fall upon the entire land of Egypt, on man and beast and every growing thing in the land of Egypt.'

23. మోషే తన కఱ్ఱను ఆకాశమువైపు ఎత్తినప్పుడు యెహోవా ఉరుములను వడగండ్లను కలుగజేయగా పిడుగులు భూమిమీద పడుచుండెను. యెహోవా ఐగుప్తుదేశముమీద వడగండ్లు కురిపించెను.

23. When Moses stretched out his staff toward the sky, the LORD sent forth hail and peals of thunder. Lightning flashed toward the earth, and the LORD rained down hail upon the land of Egypt;

24. ఆలాగు వడగండ్లును వడగండ్లతో కలిసిన పిడుగులును బహు బలమైన వాయెను. ఐగుప్తు దేశమందంతటను అది రాజ్యమైనది మొదలుకొని యెన్నడును అట్టివి కలుగలేదు.

24. and lightning constantly flashed through the hail, such fierce hail as had never been seen in the land since Egypt became a nation.

25. ఆ వడగండ్లు ఐగుప్తుదేశమందంతట మనుష్యులనేమి జంతువులనేమి బయటనున్నది యావత్తును నశింపచేసెను. వడగండ్లు పొలములోని ప్రతి కూరను చెడగొట్టెను, పొలములోని ప్రతి చెట్టును విరుగ గొట్టెను.

25. It struck down every man and beast that was in the open throughout the land of Egypt; it beat down every growing thing and splintered every tree in the fields.

26. అయితే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులున్న గోషెను దేశములో మాత్రము వడగండ్లు పడలేదు.

26. Only in the land of Goshen, where the Israelites dwelt, was there no hail.

27. ఇది చూడగా ఫరో మోషే అహరోనులను పిలువనంపి - నేను ఈసారి పాపము చేసియున్నాను; యెహోవా న్యాయవంతుడు, నేనును నా జనులును దుర్మార్గులము;

27. Then Pharaoh summoned Moses and Aaron and said to them, 'I have sinned again! The LORD is just; it is I and my subjects who are at fault.

28. ఇంతమట్టుకు చాలును; ఇకను బ్రహ్మాండమైన ఉరుములు వడగండ్లు రాకుండునట్లు యెహోవాను వేడుకొనుడి, మిమ్మును పోనిచ్చెదను, మిమ్మును ఇకను నిలుపనని వారితో చెప్పగా

28. Pray to the LORD, for we have had enough of God's thunder and hail. Then I will let you go; you need stay no longer.'

29. మోషే అతని చూచి - నేను ఈ పట్టణమునుండి బయలు వెళ్లగానే నా చేతులు యెహోవావైపు ఎత్తెదను. ఈ ఉరుములు మానును, ఈ వడగండ్లును ఇకమీదట పడవు. అందువలన భూమి యెహోవాదని నీకు తెలియబడును.

29. Moses replied, 'As soon as I leave the city I will extend my hands to the LORD; the thunder will cease, and there will be no more hail. Thus you shall learn that the earth is the LORD'S.

30. అయినను నీవును నీ సేవకులును ఇకను దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు భయపడరని నాకు తెలిసియున్నదనెను.

30. But you and your servants, I know, do not yet fear the LORD God.'

31. అప్పుడు జనుపచెట్లు పువ్వులు పూసెను, యవలచేలు వెన్నులు వేసినవి గనుక జనుప యవలచేలును చెడగొట్టబడెను గాని

31. Now the flax and the barley were ruined, because the barley was in ear and the flax in bud.

32. గోధుమలు మెరపమొలకలు ఎదగనందున అవి చెడగొట్ట బడలేదు.

32. But the wheat and the spelt were not ruined, for they grow later.

33. మోషే ఫరోను విడిచి ఆ పట్టణమునుండి బయలు వెళ్లి యెహోవావైపు తన చేతులు ఎత్తినప్పుడు ఆ ఉరుములును వడగండ్లును నిలిచిపోయెను, వర్షము భూమి మీద కురియుట మానెను.

33. When Moses had left Pharaoh's presence and had gone out of the city, he extended his hands to the LORD. Then the thunder and the hail ceased, and the rain no longer poured down upon the earth.

34. అయితే ఫరో వర్షమును వడగండ్లును ఉరుములును నిలిచిపోవుట చూచి, అతడును అతని సేవకులును ఇంక పాపము చేయుచు తమ హృదయములను కఠినపరచుకొనిరి.

34. But Pharaoh, seeing that the rain and hail and thunder had ceased, sinned again: he with his servants became obdurate,

35. యెహోవా మోషే ద్వారా పలికినట్లు ఫరో హృదయము కఠినమాయెను; అతడు ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను పోనియ్యక పోయెను.

35. and in his obstinacy he would not let the Israelites go, as the LORD had foretold through Moses.
