1. అందుకు మోషే - చిత్తగించుము; వారు నన్ను నమ్మరు నా మాట వినరు - యెహోవా నీకు ప్రత్యక్షము కాలేదందురు అని ఉత్తరమియ్యగా

1. Then responded Moses, and said, And lo! they will not believe me, neither hearken to my voice, for they will say, Yahweh, hath not appeared unto thee.

2. యెహోవా నీ చేతిలోనిది ఏమిటి అని అతని నడిగెను. అందుకతడు కఱ్ఱ అనెను.

2. And Yahweh said unto him What is this in thy hand? And he said A staff.

3. అప్పుడాయన నేలను దాని పడవేయుమనెను. అతడు దాని నేల పడవేయగానే అది పామాయెను. మోషే దానినుండి పారిపోయెను.

3. Then said he Cast it to the earth. And he cast it to the earth, and it became a serpent, and Moses fled from the face thereof.

4. అప్పుడు యెహోవా - నీ చెయ్యి చాపి దాని తోక పట్టుకొనుమనగా, అతడు తన చెయ్యి చాపి దాని పట్టుకొనగానే అది అతని చేతిలో కఱ్ఱ ఆయెను.

4. And Yahweh said unto Moses, Put forth thy hand, and take it by its tail: So he put forth his hand, and laid hold of it, and it became a staff in his hand:

5. ఆయన దానిచేత వారు తమ పితరుల దేవుడైన యెహోవా, అనగా అబ్రాహాము దేవుడు ఇస్సాకు దేవుడు యాకోబు దేవుడు నీకు ప్రత్యక్ష మాయెనని నమ్ముదురనెను.

5. that they may believe that Yahweh, God of their fathers, God of Abraham, God of Isaac, and God of Jacob hath appeared unto thee.

6. మరియు యెహోవా నీ చెయ్యి నీ రొమ్మున ఉంచుకొనుమనగా, అతడు తన చెయ్యి రొమ్మున ఉంచుకొని దాని వెలుపలికి తీసినప్పుడు ఆ చెయ్యి కుష్ఠముగలదై హిమమువలె తెల్లగా ఆయెను.

6. Then said Yahweh unto him, yet again Bring, I pray thee, thy hand, into thy bosom. So he brought his hand, into his bosom, and then took it out, and lo! his hand, was leprous, like snow,

7. తరువాత ఆయన నీ చెయ్యి మరల నీ రొమ్మున ఉంచుకొనుమనగా, అతడు తన చెయ్యి మరల తన రొమ్మున ఉంచుకొని తన రొమ్మునుండి వెలుపలికి తీసినప్పుడు అది అతని మిగిలిన శరీరమువలె ఆయెను.

7. And he said Put back thy hand into thy bosom: So he put back his hand into his bosom, and then took it out of his bosom, and lo it had come again like his own flesh:

8. మరియు ఆయన వారు నిన్ను నమ్మక, మొదటి సూచననుబట్టి వినకపోయిన యెడల రెండవ దానిబట్టి విందురు.

8. thus shall it come to pass, if they will not believe thee, nor hearken to the voice of the first sign, then will they believe the voice of the next sign;

9. వారు ఈ రెండు సూచనలనుబట్టి నమ్మక నీమాట వినకపోయిన యెడల నీవు కొంచెము ఏటి నీళ్లు తీసి యెండిన నేలమీద పోయవలెను. అప్పుడు నీవు ఏటిలోనుండి తీసిన నీళ్లు పొడినేలమీద రక్తమగుననెను.

9. and it shall come to pass if they will not believe even these two signs nor hearken to thy voice, then shalt thou take of the water of the river, and pour it out on the dry land, so shall the water which thou hast taken from the river, become, yea it shall become, blood, on the dry land.

10. అప్పుడు మోషే ప్రభువా, ఇంతకు మునుపైనను, నీవు నీ దాసునితో మాటలాడి నప్పటినుండి యైనను, నేను మాట నేర్పరిని కాను, నేను నోటి మాంద్యము నాలుక మాంద్యము గలవాడనని యెహోవాతో చెప్పగా

10. And Moses said unto Yahweh Pardon, O My Lord! not a man of words, am I, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant, for heavy of mouth and heavy of tongue, I am.

11. యెహోవా మానవునకు నోరిచ్చినవాడు ఎవడు? మూగ వానినేగాని చెవిటివానినేగాని దృష్టిగలవానినేగాని గ్రుడ్డివానినేగాని పుట్టించినవాడెవడు? యెహోవానైన నేనే గదా.

11. Then Yahweh said unto him Who appointed a mouth for man, or who appointeth him to be dumb, or deaf, or seeing or blind? Is it not I, Yahweh,?

12. కాబట్టి వెళ్లుము, నేను నీ నోటికి తోడైయుండి, నీవు ఏమి పలుకవలసినది నీకు బోధించెదనని అతనితో చెప్పెను.

12. Now, therefore go, and, I, will be with thy mouth, so will I direct thee, what thou shalt speak.

13. అందుకతడు అయ్యో ప్రభువా, నీవు పంప తలంచిన వానినే పంపుమనగా

13. And he said Pardon, O My Lord! send, I pray thee by the hand of him whom thou wilt send

14. ఆయన మోషే మీద కోపపడి లేవీయుడగు నీ అన్నయైన అహరోను లేడా? అతడు బాగుగా మాటలాడగలడని నేనెరుగుదును, ఇదిగో అతడు నిన్ను ఎదుర్కొనవచ్చుచున్నాడు, అతడు నిన్ను చూచి తన హృదయమందు సంతోషించును;

14. Then was kindled the anger of Yahweh against Moses, and he said Is there not Aaron, thy brother, the Levite? I know that he lean speak. Moreover also lo! he himself is coming forth to meet thee, as surely as he seeth thee, so surely will he rejoice in his heart.

15. నీవు అతనితో మాటలాడి అతని నోటికి మాటలు అందించవలెను, నేను నీ నోటికి అతని నోటికి తోడైయుండి, మీరు చేయవలసినదానిని మీకు బోధించెదను.

15. Then shalt thou speak unto him, and shalt put the words in his mouth, and, I, will be with thy mouth and with his mouth, so will I direct you what ye shall do.

16. అతడే నీకు బదులు జనులతో మాటలాడును, అతడే నీకు నోరుగానుండును, నీవు అతనికి దేవుడవుగా ఉందువు.

16. And, he, shall speak for thee unto the people, so shall it come to pass that he shall become thy mouth, and thou shalt become to him as God.

17. ఈ కఱ్ఱను చేతపట్టు కొనిదానితో ఆ సూచక క్రియలు చేయవలెనని చెప్పెను.

17. And this staff, take thou in thy hand, wherewith thou shalt do the signs.

18. అటుతరువాత మోషే బయలుదేరి తన మామయైన యిత్రో యొద్దకు తిరిగి వెళ్లి సెలవైన యెడల నేను ఐగుప్తులోనున్న నా బంధువుల యొద్దకు మరల పోయి వారింక సజీవులై యున్నారేమో చూచెదనని అతనితో చెప్పగా యిత్రో - క్షేమముగా వెళ్లుమని మోషేతో అనెను.

18. So Moses went and returned unto Jethro his father-in-law and said to him Let me go, I pray thee, and return unto my brethren who are in Egypt, that I my see whether they are yet alive. And Jethro said to Moses: Go and prosper.

19. అంతట యెహోవా నీ ప్రాణమును వెదకిన మనుష్యులందరు చనిపోయిరి గనుక ఐగుప్తుకు తిరిగి వెళ్లుమని మిద్యానులో మోషేతో చెప్పగా,
మత్తయి 2:20

19. Then said Yahweh unto Moses in Midian, Go, return to Egypt, for all the men are dead who were seeking thy life.

20. మోషే తన భార్యను తన కుమారులను తీసికొని గాడిదమీద నెక్కించుకొని ఐగుప్తుకు తిరిగి వెళ్లెను. మోషే దేవుని కఱ్ఱను తన చేత పట్టుకొని పోయెను.

20. So Moses took his wife and his sons, and caused them to ride upon the ass, and he returned to the land of Egypt, and Moses took the staff of God in his hand.

21. అప్పుడు యెహోవా మోషేతో ఇట్లనెను - నీవు ఐగుప్తునందు తిరిగి చేరిన తరువాత, చేయుటకు నేను నీకిచ్చిన మహత్కార్యములన్నియు ఫరో యెదుట చేయవలెను సుమీ అయితే నేను అతని హృదయమును కఠినపరచెదను. అతడు ఈ జనులను పోనియ్యడు.

21. And Yahweh said unto Moses, When thou goest to return to Egypt, see as touching all the wonders which I have put in thy hand, that thou do them before Pharaoh but, I, will let his heart wax bold, and he will not suffer the people to go.

22. అప్పుడు నీవు ఫరోతో ఇశ్రాయేలు నా కుమారుడు, నా జ్యేష్ఠపుత్రుడు;

22. Then shalt thou say unto Pharaoh, Thus, saith Yahweh My son my firstborn, is Israel;

23. నన్ను సేవించునట్లు నా కుమారుని పోనిమ్మని నీకు ఆజ్ఞాపించుచున్నాను; వాని పంప నొల్లనియెడల ఇదిగో నేను నీ కుమారుని, నీ జ్యేష్ఠ పుత్రుని చంపెదనని యెహోవా సెల విచ్చుచున్నాడని అతనితో చెప్పుమనెను.

23. Therefore I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me, But if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I, am going to slay, thy son, thy firstborn.

24. అతడు పోవు మార్గమున సత్రములో యెహోవా అతనిని ఎదుర్కొని అతని చంపచూడగా

24. And it came to pass, on the way, in the resting-place for the night, that Yahweh fell upon him, and sought to kill him.

25. సిప్పోరా వాడిగల రాయి తీసికొని తన కుమారునికి సున్నతిచేసి అతని పాదములయొద్ద అది పడవేసి నిజముగా నీవు నాకు రక్తసంబంధమైన పెనిమిటివైతివనెను; అంతట ఆయన అతనిని విడిచెను.

25. So Zipporah took a sharp stone and cut off the foreskin of her son, and cast it down at his feet, and said Surely, a bridegroom by rites of blood, art thou to me!

26. అప్పుడు ఆమె ఈ సున్నతినిబట్టి నీవు నాకు రక్తసంబంధమైన పెనిమిటివైతివనెను.

26. So he let him go, Then, it was that she said, A bridegroom by rites of blood with regard to the rites of circumcision.

27. మరియు యెహోవా మోషేను ఎదుర్కొనుటకు అరణ్యములోనికి వెళ్లుమని అహరోనుతో చెప్పగా అతడు వెళ్లి దేవుని పర్వతమందు అతని కలిసికొని అతని ముద్దు పెట్టుకొనెను.

27. And Yahweh said unto Aaron, Go thy way to meet Moses, towards the desert. So he went his way, and fell in with him in the mountain of God and kissed him.

28. అప్పుడు మోషే తన్ను పంపిన యెహోవా పలుకుమన్న మాటలన్నిటిని, ఆయన చేయ నాజ్ఞాపించిన సూచక క్రియలన్నిటిని అహరోనుకు తెలిపెను.

28. And Moses told Aaron, all the words of Yahweh wherewith he had sent him, and all the signs wherewith he had charged him.

29. తరువాత మోషే అహరోనులు వెళ్లి ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల పెద్దలనందరిని పోగుచేసి,

29. So Moses and Aaron went their way, and gathered together all the elders of the sons of Israel.

30. యెహోవా మోషేతో చెప్పిన మాటలన్నియు అహరోను వివరించి, జనుల యెదుట ఆ సూచక క్రియలను చేయగా జనులు నమ్మిరి.

30. And Aaron spake all the words which Yahweh had spoken unto Moses, and did the signs before the eyes of the people,

31. మరియు యెహోవా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను చూడవచ్చి తమ బాధను కనిపెట్టెనను మాట జనులు విని తలవంచుకొని నమస్కారము చేసిరి.

31. And the people believed, and when they heard that Yahweh had concerned himself for the sons of Israel, and that he had looked upon their humiliation, then bent they their heads and bowed themselves down.
