1. నా స్తుతికి కారణభూతుడవగు దేవా, మౌనముగా ఉండకుము

1. To him that excelleth. A Psalme of David. Holde not thy tongue, O God of my praise.

2. నన్ను చెరపవలెనని భక్తిహీనులు తమ నోరు కపటముగల తమ నోరు తెరచియున్నారు వారు నామీద అబద్ధములు చెప్పుకొనుచున్నారు.

2. For the mouth of the wicked, and the mouth full of deceite are opened vpon me: they haue spoken to me with a lying tongue.

3. నన్ను చుట్టుకొని నా మీద ద్వేషపు మాటలాడు చున్నారు నిర్నిమిత్తముగా నాతో పోరాడుచున్నారు
యోహాను 15:25

3. They compassed me about also with words of hatred, and fought against me without a cause.

4. నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు ప్రతిగా వారు నామీద పగ పట్టియున్నారు అయితే నేను మానక ప్రార్థనచేయుచున్నాను.

4. For my friendship they were mine aduersaries, but I gaue my selfe to praier.

5. నేను చేసిన మేలునకు ప్రతిగా కీడు చేయుచున్నారు. నేను చూపిన ప్రేమకు ప్రతిగా నామీద ద్వేష ముంచుచున్నారు.

5. And they haue rewarded me euil for good, and hatred for my friendship.

6. వానిమీద భక్తిహీనుని అధికారిగా నుంచుము అపవాది వాని కుడిప్రక్కను నిలుచును గాక.

6. Set thou the wicked ouer him, and let the aduersarie stand at his right hand.

7. వాడు విమర్శలోనికి తేబడునప్పుడు దోషియని తీర్పు నొందును గాక వాని ప్రార్థన పాపమగునుగాక
2 థెస్సలొనీకయులకు 2:3

7. Whe he shalbe iudged, let him be condemned, and let his praier be turned into sinne.

8. వాని జీవితదినములు కొద్దివగును గాక వాని ఉద్యోగమును వేరొకడు తీసికొనును గాక.

8. Let his daies be fewe, and let another take his charge.

9. వాని బిడ్డలు తండ్రిలేనివారవుదురు గాక వాని భార్య విధవరాలగును గాక

9. Let his children be fatherlesse, and his wife a widowe.

10. వాని బిడ్డలు దేశద్రిమ్మరులై భిక్షమెత్తుదురు గాక పాడుపడిన తమ యిండ్లకు దూరముగా జీవనము వెదకుదురు గాక

10. Let his children be vagabonds and beg and seeke bread, comming out of their places destroyed.

11. వాని ఆస్తి అంతయు అప్పులవారు ఆక్రమించు కొందురు గాక వాని కష్టార్జితమును పరులు దోచుకొందురుగాక

11. Let the extortioner catch al that he hath, and let the strangers spoile his labour.

12. వానికి కృప చూపువారు లేకపోదురు గాక తండ్రిలేనివాని బిడ్డలకు దయచూపువారు ఉండక పోదురు గాక

12. Let there be none to extend mercie vnto him: neither let there be any to shewe mercie vpon his fatherlesse children.

13. వాని వంశము నిర్మూలము చేయబడును గాక వచ్చుతరమునందు వారి పేరు మాసిపోవును గాక

13. Let his posteritie be destroied, and in the generation following let their name be put out.

14. వాని పితరులదోషము యెహోవా జ్ఞాపకములోనుంచు కొనును గాక వాని తల్లి పాపము తుడుపుపెట్టబడక యుండును గాక

14. Let the iniquitie of his fathers bee had in remembrance with the Lord: and let not the sinne of his mother be done away.

15. ఆయన వారి జ్ఞాపకమును భూమిమీదనుండి కొట్టి వేయునట్లు ఆ పాపములు నిత్యము యెహోవా సన్నిధిని కనబడుచుండునుగాక.

15. But let them alway be before the Lord, that he may cut off their memorial from ye earth.

16. ఏలయనగా కృప చూపవలెనన్నమాట మరచి శ్రమనొందినవానిని దరిద్రుని నలిగిన హృదయము గలవానిని చంపవలెనని వాడు అతని తరిమెను.

16. Because he remembred not to shew mercie, but persecuted the afflicted and poore man, and the sorowfull hearted to slay him.

17. శపించుట వానికి ప్రీతి గనుక అది వానిమీదికి వచ్చి యున్నది. దీవెనయందు వానికిష్టము లేదు గనుక అది వానికి దూరమాయెను.

17. As he loued cursing, so shall it come vnto him, and as he loued not blessing, so shall it be farre from him.

18. తాను పైబట్ట వేసికొనునట్లు వాడు శాపము ధరించెను అది నీళ్లవలె వాని కడుపులో చొచ్చియున్నది తైలమువలె వాని యెముకలలో చేరియున్నది

18. As he clothed himselfe with cursing like a rayment, so shall it come into his bowels like water, and like oyle into his bones.

19. తాను కప్పుకొను వస్త్రమువలెను తాను నిత్యము కట్టుకొను నడికట్టువలెను అది వానిని వదలకుండును గాక.

19. Let it be vnto him as a garment to couer him, and for a girdle, wherewith he shalbe alway girded.

20. నా విరోధులకు నా ప్రాణమునకు విరోధముగా మాట లాడువారికి ఇదే యెహోవావలన కలుగు ప్రతికారము.

20. Let this be the rewarde of mine aduersarie from the Lord, and of them, that speake euill against my soule.

21. యెహోవా ప్రభువా, నీ నామమునుబట్టి నాకు సహాయము చేయుము నీ కృప ఉత్తమమైనది గనుక నన్ను విడిపింపుము.

21. But thou, O Lord my God, deale with me according vnto thy Name: deliuer me, (for thy mercie is good)

22. నేను దీనదరిద్రుడను నా హృదయము నాలో గుచ్చ బడియున్నది.

22. Because I am poore and needie, and mine heart is wounded within me.

23. సాగిపోయిన నీడవలె నేను క్షీణించియున్నాను మిడతలను పారదోలునట్లు నన్ను పారదోలుదురు

23. I depart like the shadowe that declineth, and am shaken off as the grashopper.

24. ఉపవాసముచేత నా మోకాళ్లు బలహీనమాయెను నా శరీరము పుష్టి తగ్గి చిక్కిపోయెను.

24. My knees are weake through fasting, and my flesh hath lost all fatnes.

25. వారి నిందలకు నేను ఆస్పదుడనైతిని వారు నన్ను చూచి తమ తలలు ఊచెదరు

25. I became also a rebuke vnto them: they that looked vpon me, shaked their heads.

26. యెహోవా నా దేవా, యిది నీచేత జరిగినదనియు యెహోవావైన నీవే దీని చేసితివనియు వారికి తెలియునట్లు

26. Helpe me, O Lord my God: saue me according to thy mercie.

27. నాకు సహాయము చేయుము నీ కృపనుబట్టి నన్ను రక్షింపుము.

27. And they shall know, that this is thine hand, and that thou, Lord, hast done it.

28. వారు శపించుచున్నారు గాని నీవు దీవించుదువు వారు లేచి అవమానము పొందెదరు గాని నీ సేవకుడు సంతోషించును.
1 కోరింథీయులకు 4:12

28. Though they curse, yet thou wilt blesse: they shall arise and be confounded, but thy seruant shall reioyce.

29. నా విరోధులు అవమానము ధరించుకొందురు గాక తమ సిగ్గునే నిలువుటంగీవలె కప్పుకొందురు గాక

29. Let mine aduersaries be clothed with shame, and let them couer themselues with their confusion, as with a cloke.

30. నా నోటితో నేను యెహోవాకు కృతజ్ఞతాస్తుతులు మెండుగా చెల్లించెదను అనేకుల మధ్యను నేనాయనను స్తుతించెదను.

30. I will giue thankes vnto the Lord greatly with my mouth and praise him among ye multitude.

31. దరిద్రుని ప్రాణమును విమర్శకు లోపరచువారి చేతి లోనుండి అతని రక్షించుటకై యెహోవా అతని కుడిప్రక్కను నిలుచుచున్నాడు.

31. For he will stand at the right hand of the poore, to saue him from them that woulde condemne his soule.
