1. నా ప్రాణమా, యెహోవాను సన్నుతించుము. యెహోవా, నా దేవా నీవు అధిక ఘనతవహించిన వాడవు నీవు మహాత్మ్యమును ప్రభావమును ధరించియున్నావు.

1. O my soul, bless GOD! GOD, my God, how great you are! beautifully, gloriously robed,

2. వస్త్రమువలె వెలుగును నీవు కప్పుకొనియున్నావు. తెరను పరచినట్టు ఆకాశవిశాలమును నీవు పరచియున్నావు.

2. Dressed up in sunshine, and all heaven stretched out for your tent.

3. జలములలో ఆయన తన గదుల దూలములను వేసి యున్నాడు. మేఘములను తనకు వాహనముగా చేసికొని గాలి రెక్కలమీద గమనము చేయుచున్నాడు

3. You built your palace on the ocean deeps, made a chariot out of clouds and took off on wind-wings.

4. వాయువులను తనకు దూతలుగాను అగ్నిజ్వాలలను తనకు పరిచారకులుగాను ఆయన చేసికొనియున్నాడు.

4. You commandeered winds as messengers, appointed fire and flame as ambassadors.

5. భూమి యెన్నటికిని కదలకుండునట్లు ఆయన దానిని పునాదులమీద స్థిరపరచెను.

5. You set earth on a firm foundation so that nothing can shake it, ever.

6. దానిమీద అగాధజలములను నీవు వస్త్రమువలె కప్పితివి. కొండలకుపైగా నీళ్లు నిలిచెను.

6. You blanketed earth with ocean, covered the mountains with deep waters;

7. నీవు గద్దింపగానే అవి పారిపోయెను నీ ఉరుము శబ్దము విని అవి త్వరగా పారిపోయెను.

7. Then you roared and the water ran away-- your thunder crash put it to flight.

8. నీవు వాటికి నియమించినచోటికి పోవుటకై అవి పర్వతములెక్కెను పల్లములకు దిగెను.

8. Mountains pushed up, valleys spread out in the places you assigned them.

9. అవి మరలి వచ్చి భూమిని కప్పక యుండునట్లు అవి దాటలేని సరిహద్దులు నీవు వాటికి నియమించితివి.

9. You set boundaries between earth and sea; never again will earth be flooded.

10. ఆయన కొండలోయలలో నీటిబుగ్గలను పుట్టించును అవి మన్యములలో పారును.

10. You started the springs and rivers, sent them flowing among the hills.

11. అవి అడవిజంతువులన్నిటికి దాహమిచ్చును. వాటివలన అడవి గాడిదలు దప్పితీర్చుకొనును.

11. All the wild animals now drink their fill, wild donkeys quench their thirst.

12. వాటి ఒడ్డున ఆకాశపక్షులు వాసము చేయును కొమ్మల నడుమ అవి సునాదము చేయును.

12. Along the riverbanks the birds build nests, ravens make their voices heard.

13. తన గదులలోనుండి ఆయన కొండలకు జలధారల నిచ్చును నీ క్రియల ఫలముచేత భూమి తృప్తిపొందుచున్నది.

13. You water the mountains from your heavenly cisterns; earth is supplied with plenty of water.

14. పశువులకు గడ్డిని నరుల ఉపయోగమునకు కూర మొక్కలను ఆయన మొలిపించుచున్నాడు

14. You make grass grow for the livestock, hay for the animals that plow the ground. Oh yes, God brings grain from the land,

15. అందుమూలమున భూమిలోనుండి ఆహారమును నరుల హృదయమును సంతోషపెట్టు ద్రాక్షారసమును వారి మొగములకు మెరుగు నిచ్చు తైలమును నరుల హృదయమును బలపరచు ఆహారమును ఆయన పుట్టించుచున్నాడు

15. wine to make people happy, Their faces glowing with health, a people well-fed and hearty.

16. యెహోవా వృక్షములు తృప్తిపొందుచున్నవి. ఆయన నాటిన లెబానోను దేవదారు వృక్షములు తృప్తిపొందుచున్నవి.

16. GOD's trees are well-watered-- the Lebanon cedars he planted.

17. అచ్చట పక్షులు తమ గూళ్లు కట్టుకొనును అచ్చట సరళవృక్షములపైన కొంగలు నివాసముచేయు చున్నవి.

17. Birds build their nests in those trees; look--the stork at home in the treetop.

18. గొప్ప కొండలు కొండమేకలకు ఉనికిపట్లు కుందేళ్లకు బండలు ఆశ్రయస్థానములు

18. Mountain goats climb about the cliffs; badgers burrow among the rocks.

19. ఋతువులను తెలుపుటకై ఆయన చంద్రుని నియమించెను సూర్యునికి తన అస్తమయకాలము తెలియును

19. The moon keeps track of the seasons, the sun is in charge of each day.

20. నీవు చీకటి కలుగచేయగా రాత్రియగుచున్నది అప్పుడు అడవిజంతువులన్నియు తిరుగులాడుచున్నవి.

20. When it's dark and night takes over, all the forest creatures come out.

21. సింహపు పిల్లలు వేటకొరకు గర్జించుచున్నవి తమ ఆహారమును దేవుని చేతిలోనుండి తీసికొన జూచుచున్నవి.

21. The young lions roar for their prey, clamoring to God for their supper.

22. సూర్యుడు ఉదయింపగానే అవి మరలిపోయి తమ గుహలలో పండుకొనును.

22. When the sun comes up, they vanish, lazily stretched out in their dens.

23. సాయంకాలమువరకు పాటుపడి తమ పనులను జరుపు కొనుటకై మనుష్యులు బయలువెళ్లుదురు.

23. Meanwhile, men and women go out to work, busy at their jobs until evening.

24. యెహోవా, నీ కార్యములు ఎన్నెన్ని విధములుగా నున్నవి! జ్ఞానముచేత నీవు వాటన్నిటిని నిర్మించితివి నీవు కలుగజేసినవాటితో భూమి నిండియున్నది.

24. What a wildly wonderful world, GOD! You made it all, with Wisdom at your side, made earth overflow with your wonderful creations.

25. అదిగో విశాలమైన మహాసముద్రము అందులో లెక్కలేని జలచరములు దానిలో చిన్నవి పెద్దవి జీవరాసులున్నవి.

25. Oh, look--the deep, wide sea, brimming with fish past counting, sardines and sharks and salmon.

26. అందులో ఓడలు నడుచుచున్నవి దానిలో ఆటలాడుటకు నీవు నిర్మించిన మకరము లున్నవి.

26. Ships plow those waters, and Leviathan, your pet dragon, romps in them.

27. తగిన కాలమున నీవు వాటికి ఆహారమిచ్చెదవని ఇవన్నియు నీ దయకొరకు కనిపెట్టుచున్నవి

27. All the creatures look expectantly to you to give them their meals on time.

28. నీవు వాటికి పెట్టునది అవి కూర్చుకొనును నీవు గుప్పిలి విప్పగా అవి మంచివాటిని తిని తృప్తి పరచబడును.

28. You come, and they gather around; you open your hand and they eat from it.

29. నీవు ముఖము మరుగుచేసికొనగా అవి కలతపడును నీవు వాటి ఊపిరి తీసివేయునప్పుడు అవి ప్రాణములు విడిచి మంటి పాలగును.

29. If you turned your back, they'd die in a minute-- Take back your Spirit and they die, revert to original mud;

30. నీవు నీ ఊపిరి విడువగా అవి సృజింపబడును అట్లు నీవు భూతలమును నూతనపరచుచున్నావు.

30. Send out your Spirit and they spring to life-- the whole countryside in bloom and blossom.

31. యెహోవా మహిమ నిత్యముండునుగాక. యెహోవా తన క్రియలను చూచి ఆనందించును గాక.

31. The glory of GOD--let it last forever! Let GOD enjoy his creation!

32. ఆయన భూమిని చూడగా అది వణకును ఆయన పర్వతములను ముట్టగా అవి పొగరాజును

32. He takes one look at earth and triggers an earthquake, points a finger at the mountains, and volcanoes erupt.

33. నా జీవితకాలమంతయు నేను యెహోవాకు కీర్తనలు పాడెదను నేనున్నంత కాలము నా దేవుని కీర్తించెదను.

33. Oh, let me sing to GOD all my life long, sing hymns to my God as long as I live!

34. ఆయననుగూర్చిన నా ధ్యానము ఆయనకు ఇంపుగా నుండునుగాక నేను యెహోవాయందు సంతోషించెదను.

34. Oh, let my song please him; I'm so pleased to be singing to GOD.

35. పాపులు భూమిమీదనుండి లయమగుదురు గాక భక్తిహీనులు ఇక నుండకపోదురు గాక నా ప్రాణమా, యెహోవాను సన్నుతించుము యెహోవాను స్తుతించుడి.

35. But clear the ground of sinners-- no more godless men and women! O my soul, bless GOD!
