1. మేము ఒప్పుకొని చెప్పినదానినిబట్టి ఒక స్థిరమైన నిబంధన చేసికొని వ్రాయించుకొనగా, మా ప్రధానులును లేవీయులును యాజకులును దానికి ముద్రలు వేసిరి. దానికి ముద్రలు వేసినవారెవరనగా, అధికారియగు హకల్యా కుమారుడైన నెహెమ్యా సిద్కీయా

1. The sealers were, Nehemiah [that is] Athirsatha the sonne of Hachaliah, and Sedecias,

2. శెరాయా అజర్యా యిర్మీయా

2. Seraiah, Azariah, Irmeiah,

3. పషూరు అమర్యా మల్కీయా

3. Pashur, Amariah, Malachiiah,

4. హట్టూషు షెబన్యా మల్లూకు.

4. Hattus, Sebeniah, Malluch,

5. హారిము మెరేమోతు ఓబద్యా

5. Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,

6. దానియేలు గిన్నెతోను బారూకు

6. Daniel, Ginethon, Baruch,

7. మెషుల్లాము అబీయా మీయామిను

7. Mesullam, Abiiah, Miiamin,

8. మయజ్యా బిల్గయి షెమయా వీరందరును యాజకులుగా ఉండువారు

8. Maaziah, Bilgai, Semaiah: these were priestes.

9. లేవీయులు ఎవరనగా, అజన్యా కుమారుడైన యేషూవ హేనా దాదు కుమారులైన బిన్నూయి కద్మీయేలు

9. The Leuites were, Iesua the sonne of Azaniah, Bennui among the children of Henadad, and Cadmiel.

10. వారి సహోదరులైన షెబన్యా హోదీయా కెలీటా పెలాయా హానాను

10. And their brethren, Sebaniah, Hodiiah, Celita, Pelaiah, Hanan,

11. మీకా రెహోబు హషబ్యా

11. Micha, Rehob, Hasabiah,

12. జక్కూరు షేరేబ్యా షెబన్యా

12. Zacchur, Serebiah, Sebaniah,

13. హోదీయా బానీ బెనీను అనువారు.

13. Hodiiah, Bani, Beninu.

14. జనులలో ప్రధాను లెవరనగా పరోషు పహత్మోయాబు ఏలాము జత్తూ బానీ

14. The heads of the people were, Pharos the captayne of Moab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,

15. బున్నీ అజ్గాదు బేబై

15. Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,

16. అదోనీయా బిగ్వయి ఆదీను

16. Adoniiah, Biguai, Adin,

17. అటేరు హిజ్కియా అజ్ఞూరు

17. Ater, Hizciiah, Azur,

18. హోదీయా హాషుము బేజయి

18. Hodiiah, Hasum, Besai,

19. హారీపు అనాతోతు నేబైమగ్పీ

19. Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai.

20. యాషు మెషుల్లాము హెజీరు

20. Magpias, Mesullam, Hezir,

21. మెషేజ బెయేలు సాదోకు యద్దూవ

21. Mesesabel, Sadoc, Iaddua,

22. పెలట్యా హానాను అనాయా

22. Phelatia, Hanan, Anaaia,

23. హోషేయ హనన్యాహష్షూబు హల్లోహేషు పిల్హా షోబేకు

23. Hosea, Hanania, Hasub,

24. రెహూము హషబ్నా మయశేయా

24. Halohes, Phaleha, Sobek,

25. అహీయా హానాను ఆనాను

25. Rehum, Hasebna, Maasia,

26. మల్లూకు హారిము బయనా అనువారు.

26. Ahia Aanan, and Anan,

27. అయితే జనులలో మిగిలినవారు,

27. Malluch, Harim, and Baana:

28. అనగా దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రమునకు విధేయులగునట్లు దేశపు జనులలో ఉండకుండ తమ్మును తాము వేరుపరచుకొనిన యాజకులు లేవీయులు ద్వారపాలకులు గాయకులు నెతీనీయులు అందరును, దేవుని దాసుడైన మోషేద్వారా నియమించబడిన దేవుని ధర్మశాస్త్రము ననుసరించి నడుచుకొనుచు, మన ప్రభువైన యెహోవా నిబంధనలను కట్టడలను ఆచరించుదుమని శపథము పూని ప్రమాణము చేయుటకు కూడిరి.

28. And the other people, the priestes, Leuites, porters, singers, Nethinims, and all they that had separated them selues from the people of the landes vnto the law of God, with their wyues, their sonnes, and their daughters, & as many as could vnderstand,

29. వారి భార్యలు వారి కుమారులు వారి కుమార్తెలు తెలివియు బుద్ధియుగలవారెవరో వారును ఈ విషయములో ప్రధానులైన తమ బంధువులతో కలిసిరి.

29. And their lordes that had rule of the, receaued it for their brethren: And they came to sweare, & to binde them selues with an oth to walke in gods lawe, which was geuen by Moyses the seruaunt of God, and that they would obserue and do according vnto all the commaundementes, iudgementes, and statutes of the Lorde our God:

30. మరియుమేము దేశపు జనులకు మా కుమార్తెలను ఇయ్యకయువారి కుమార్తెలను మా కుమారులకు పుచ్చుకొనకయు నుందుమనియు

30. And that we woulde not geue our daughters vnto the people of the lande, neither to take their daughters for our sonnes.

31. దేశపు జనులు విశ్రాంతిదినమందు అమ్మకపు వస్తువులనే గాని భోజన పదార్థములనేగాని అమ్ముటకు తెచ్చినయెడల విశ్రాంతి దినమునగాని పరిశుద్ధ దినములలోగాని వాటిని కొనకుందు మనియు, ఏడవ సంవత్సరమున విడిచిపెట్టి ఆ సంవత్సరములో బాకీదారుల బాకీలు వదలివేయుదుమనియు నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి.

31. And if the people of the land brought ware on the Sabbath, and all maner vitailes to sell, that we would not take it of them on the Sabbath and on the holy dayes, and that we would let the seuenth yere be free, and the debtes of euery person.

32. మరియు మన దేవుని మందిరపు సేవనిమిత్తము ప్రతి సంవత్సరము తులము వెండిలో మూడవ వంతు ఇచ్చెదమని నిబంధన చేసికొంటిమి.

32. And we decreed a statute vpon our selues, to geue yerely the third part of a sicle to the ministration in the house of our God,

33. సవరింపబడిన రొట్టెవిషయములోను, నిత్య నైవేద్యము విషయములోను, నిత్యము అర్పించు దహన బలి విషయములోను, విశ్రాంతి దినముల విషయములోను, అమావాస్యల విషయములోను, నిర్ణయింపబడిన పండుగల విషయములోను, ప్రతిష్ఠితము లైన వస్తువుల విషయములోను, ఇశ్రాయేలీయులకు ప్రాయ శ్చిత్తము కలుగుటకైన పాపపరిహారార్థబలుల విషయములోను, మన దేవుని మందిరపు పనియంతటి విషయములోను, ఆలాగుననే నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి.

33. To the shewe bread, to the dayly meate offering, to the dayly burnt offering, of the Sabbathes, of the new Moones, and feaste dayes, and to the thinges that were sanctified, & to the offringes of attonement, to reconsile Israel withal, and to all the busines in the house of our God.

34. మరియు మా పితరుల యింటి మర్యాదప్రకారము ప్రతి సంవత్సరమును నిర్ణ యించుకొనిన కాలములలో ధర్మశాస్త్ర గ్రంథమందు వ్రాసియున్నట్టు మా దేవుడైన యెహోవా బలిపీఠముమీద దహింప జేయుటకు యాజకులలోను లేవీయులలోను జనుల లోను కట్టెల అర్పణమును మా దేవుని మందిరములోనికి ఎవరు తేవలెనో వారును చీట్లువేసికొని నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి.

34. And we cast the lot among the priestes, Leuites, and the people, for the offering of the wood, to be brought vnto the house of our God from yere to yere, after the houses of our fathers, that it might be brent at times appoynted vpon the aulter of the Lorde God, as it is written in the lawe:

35. మరియు మా భూమియొక్క ప్రథమ ఫలములను సకల వృక్షముల ప్రథమ ఫలము లను, ప్రతి సవంత్సరము ప్రభువు మందిరమునకు మేము తీసికొని వచ్చునట్లుగా నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి

35. And to bring the first fruites of our land, and the firstlinges of our fruites of all trees yere by yere vnto the house of the Lorde.

36. మా కుమారులలో జ్యేష్ఠపుత్రులు, మా పశువులలో తొలిచూలులను, ధర్మశాస్త్రగ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడినట్టు మా మందలలో తొలిచూలులను, మన దేవుని మందిరములో సేవచేయు యాజకులయొద్దకు మేము తీసికొని వచ్చునట్లుగా నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి.

36. And the first borne of our sonnes, and of our cattel, (as it is written in the law) and the firstlinges of our oxen and of our sheepe, whiche we shoulde bring to the house of our God vnto the priestes that minister in the house of our God.

37. ఇదియు గాక మా పిండిలో ప్రథమ ఫలము ప్రతిష్ఠార్పణలు సకలవిధమైనవృక్షముల ఫలములు ద్రాక్షారసము నూనె మొద లైన వాటిని మా దేవుని మందిరపు గదుల లోనికి యాజకుల యొద్దకు తెచ్చునట్లుగాను, మా భూమి పంటలో పదియవ వంతును లేవీయులయొ ద్దకు తీసికొని వచ్చునట్లుగా ప్రతి పట్టణములోనున్న మా పంటలో పదియవ వంతును ఆ లేవీయుల కిచ్చునట్లుగాను నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి.

37. And that we shoulde bring the first fruites of our dough and our heaue offeringes, and the fruites of all maner of trees, of wine also and of oyle, vnto the priestes to the chestes of the house of our God, and the tythes of our lande vnto the Leuites, that the Leuites might haue the tythes in all the cities of our ministration.

38. లేవీయులు ఆ పదియవ వంతును తీసికొనిరాగా అహరోను సంతతివాడైన యాజకుడు ఒకడును వారితోకూడ ఉండవలెననియు, పదియవ వంతులలో ఒకవంతు లేవీయులు మా దేవుని మందిరములో ఉన్న ఖజానా గదులలోనికి తీసికొని రావలెననియు నిర్ణయించుకొంటిమి,

38. And the priest the sonne of Aaron shalbe with the Leuites when the Leuites take tythes: so that the Leuites shall bring vp the tythes of their tythes vnto the house of our God, to the store houses and to the treasure houses.

39. ఇశ్రా యేలీయులును లేవీయులును ధాన్యమును క్రొత్త ద్రాక్షా రసమును నూనెను తేగా, సేవచేయు యాజకులును ద్వార పాలకులును గాయకులును వాటిని తీసి కొని ప్రతిష్ఠితములగు ఉపకరణములుండు మందిరపు గదులలో ఉంచవలెను. మా దేవుని మందిరమును మేము విడిచిపెట్టము.

39. For the children of Israel and the children of Leui shall bring vp the heaue offeringes of the corne, wine, and oyle, vnto the store houses, there as are the vessels of the sanctuarie and the priestes that minister, and the porters and singers, and we will not forsake the house of our God.
