1. ఇదంతయు సమాప్తమైన తరువాత అక్కడనున్న ఇశ్రాయేలువారందరును యూదా పట్టణములకు పోయి, యూదాదేశమంతటను, బెన్యామీను ఎఫ్రాయిము మనష్షే దేశముల యందంతటను ఉన్న విగ్రహములను నిర్మూలముచేసి, దేవతాస్తంభములను ముక్కలుగా నరికి, ఉన్నతస్థలములను బలిపీఠములను పడగొట్టిరి; తరువాత ఇశ్రాయేలువారందరును తమ తమ పట్టణములలోనున్న తమ తమ స్వాస్థ్యములకు తిరిగి వెళ్లిరి

1. And when all these things were finished, all Israel that were found in the cities of Judah went out, and broke in pieces the pillars, and cut down the groves, and tore down the high places and the altars out of all Judea and Benjamin, also of Ephraim and Manasseh, until they had utterly destroyed them all. And all Israel returned, everyone to his inheritance, and to their cities.

2. అంతట హిజ్కియా యెవరి సేవాధర్మము వారు జరుపుకొనునట్లుగా యాజకులను వరుసల ప్రకారముగాను, లేవీయులను వారి వారి వరుసల ప్రకారముగాను నియమించెను; దహనబలులను సమాధాన బలులను అర్పించుటకును, సేవను జరిగించుటకును కృతజ్ఞతా స్తుతులు చెల్లించుటకును, యెహోవా పాళెపు ద్వారముల యొద్దస్తుతులు చేయుటకును యాజకులను లేవీయులను నియ మించెను.

2. And Hezekiah appointed the courses of the priests and the Levites, and the courses of each one according to his ministry, to the priests and to the Levites, for the whole burnt offering, and for the peace offering, and to praise, and to give thanks, and to minister in the gates, [and] in the courts of the house of the Lord.

3. మరియు యెహోవాధర్మశాస్త్రమునందు వ్రాయ బడియున్న విధినిబట్టి జరుగు ఉదయాస్తమయముల దహన బలులను విశ్రాంతిదినములకును అమావాస్యలకును నియా మకకాలములకును ఏర్పడియున్న దహనబలులను అర్పించుటకై తనకు కలిగిన ఆస్తిలోనుండి రాజు ఒక భాగమును ఏర్పాటుచేసెను.

3. And the king's proportion out of his substance [was appointed] for the whole burnt offerings, the morning and the evening [offering], and the whole burnt offerings for the Sabbaths, and for the new moons, and for the feasts that were ordered in the Law of the Lord.

4. మరియు యెహోవా ధర్మశాస్త్రమును బట్టి యాజకులును లేవీయులును ధైర్యము వహించి తమ పని జరుపుకొనునట్లు ఎవరి భాగములను వారికి ఇయ్య వలసినదని యెరూషలేములో కాపురమున్న జనులకు అతడు ఆజ్ఞాపించెను.

4. And they told the people who dwelt in Jerusalem, to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, that they might be strong in the ministry of the house of the Lord.

5. ఆ యాజ్ఞ వెల్లడియగుటతోడనే ఇశ్రాయేలీయులు ప్రథమఫలములైన ధాన్య ద్రాక్షారసములను నూనెను తేనెను సస్యఫలములను విస్తారముగా తీసికొని వచ్చిరి. సమస్తమైన వాటిలోనుండియు పదియవ వంతులను విస్తారముగా తీసికొని వచ్చిరి.

5. And as he gave the command, Israel brought abundantly their firstfruits of grain, wine, oil, honey, and every fruit of the field. And the children of Israel and Judah brought tithes of everything abundantly.

6. యూదా పట్టణములలో కాపురమున్న ఇశ్రాయేలు వారును యూదా వారును ఎద్దులలోను గొఱ్ఱెలలోను పదియవవంతును, తమ దేవుడైన యెహోవాకు ప్రతిష్ఠితములైన వస్తువులలో పదియవ వంతును తీసికొని వచ్చి కుప్పలుగా కూర్చిరి.

6. And those who dwelt in the cities of Judah themselves also brought tithes of calves and sheep, and tithes of goats, and consecrated them to the Lord their God, and they brought them and laid them in heaps.

7. వారు మూడవ మాసమందు కుప్పలువేయ నారంభించి ఏడవ మాసమందు ముగించిరి.

7. In the third month the heaps began to be piled, and in the seventh month they were finished.

8. హిజ్కియాయును అధి పతులును వచ్చి ఆ కుప్పలను చూచి యెహోవాను స్తుతించి ఆయన జనులైన ఇశ్రాయేలీయులను దీవించిరి.

8. And Hezekiah and the princes came and saw the heaps, and blessed the Lord, and His people Israel.

9. హిజ్కియా ఆ కుప్పలనుగూర్చి యాజకులను లేవీయులను ఆలోచన యడిగినందుకు సాదోకు సంతతివాడును ప్రధానయాజ కుడునగు అజర్యా

9. Then Hezekiah inquired of the priests and the Levites concerning the heaps.

10. యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి జనులు కానుకలను తెచ్చుట మొదలుపెట్టినప్పటినుండి మేము సమృద్ధిగా భోజనముచేసినను చాలా మిగులుచున్నది; యెహోవా తన జనులను ఆశీర్వదించినందున ఇంత గొప్పరాశి మిగిలినదని రాజుతోననగా

10. And Azariah the priest, the chief over the house of Zadok, spoke to him, and said, From the time that the firstfruits began to be brought into the house of the Lord, we have eaten and drunk, and left even abundantly; for the Lord has blessed His people, and we have this great amount left.

11. హిజ్కియా యెహోవా మందిరములో కొట్లను సిద్ధపరచవలసినదని ఆజ్ఞ ఇచ్చెను.

11. And Hezekiah told them yet farther to prepare chambers for the house of the Lord; and they prepared [them],

12. వారు వాటిని సిద్ధపరచి ఏమియు అపహరింపకుండ కానుకలను పదియవ భాగములను ప్రతి ష్ఠితములుగా తేబడిన వస్తువులను లోపల చేర్చిరి; లేవీయు డైన కొనన్యా వాటిమీద విచారణకర్తగా నియమింపబడెను; అతని సహోదరుడైన షిమీ అతనికి సహకారిగా ఉండెను.

12. and they brought there the firstfruits and the tithes faithfully. And Cononiah the Levite was superintendent over them, and Shimei his brother was next.

13. And Jehiel, Azaziah, Nahath, Asahel, Jerimoth, Jozabad, Eliel, Ismachiah, Mahath, and Benaiah and his sons, were appointed by Cononiah and Shimei his brother, as Hezekiah the king, and Azariah who was over the house of the Lord commanded.

14. తూర్పుతట్టు ద్వారమునొద్ద పాల కుడును ఇమ్నా కుమారుడునగు లేవీయుడైన కోరే యెహోవా కానుకలను అతిపరిశుద్ధమైనవాటిని పంచి పెట్టుటకు దేవునికి అర్పింపబడిన స్వేచ్ఛార్పణలమీద నియమింపబడెను.

14. And Kore, the [son] of Imnah the Levite, the porter eastward, [was] over the gifts, to distribute the firstfruits of the Lord, and the most holy things,

15. అతని చేతిక్రింద ఏదెను మిన్యామీను యేషూవ షెమయా అమర్యా షెకన్యా అనువారు నమ్మకమైనవారు గనుక యాజకుల పట్టణములందు పిన్న పెద్దలైన తమ సహోదరులకు వంతులచొప్పున భాగము లిచ్చుటకు నియమింపబడిరి.

15. by the hand of Eden, Benjamin, Jeshua, Shemaiah, Amariah, and Shecaniah, by the hand of the priests faithfully, to give to their brethren according to the courses, to the great as well as the small;

16. ఇదియుగాక గోత్రములలో మూడు సంవత్సరములు మొదలుకొని అంతకు పైవయస్సు గలవారై జనసంఖ్య సరిచూడబడిన మగవారికందరికిని, వంతులచొప్పున సేవచేయుటకై ప్రతిదినము యెహోవా మందిరములోనికి వచ్చువారందరికిని,

16. besides the increase of males from three years old and upward, to everyone entering into the house of the Lord, [a portion] according to a daily rate, for service in the daily courses of their order.

17. ఇరువది సంవత్సర ములు మొదలుకొని అంతకు పైవయస్సు గలవారై వంతుల చొప్పున సేవచేయుటకు తమ తమ పితరుల వంశములచొప్పున యాజకులలో సరిచూడబడిన లేవీయులకు,

17. This [is] the distribution of the priests according to the houses of their families; and the Levites in their daily courses from twenty years old and upward [were] in [their] order,

18. అనగా నమ్మకమైనవారై తమ్మును ప్రతిష్ఠించుకొనిన లేవీ యులకును, తమ పిల్లలతోను భార్యలతోను కుమారులతోను కుమార్తెలతోను

18. to assign stations for all the increase of their sons and their daughters, for the whole number, for they faithfully sanctified the holy place.

19. సమాజమంతటను సరిచూడబడిన వారికిని, ఆయా పట్టణములకు చేరిన గ్రామములలో నున్న అహరోను వంశస్థులైన యాజకులకును, వంతులు ఏర్పరచుటకు వారు నియమింపబడి యుండిరి. పేళ్లచేత చెప్పబడిన ఆ జనులు యాజకులలో పురుషులకందరికిని, లేవీయులలో వంశములచొప్పున సరిచూడబడిన వారికందరికిని వంతులు ఏర్పరచుటకు నియమింపబడిరి.

19. As for the sons of Aaron that executed the priests' office-even those from their cities, the men in each several city who were named expressly-[were appointed] to give a portion to every male among the priests, and to everyone reckoned among the Levites.

20. హిజ్కియా యూదా దేశమంతటను ఈలాగున జరిగించి, తన దేవుడైన యెహోవా దృష్టికి అనుకూలముగాను యథార్థముగాను నమ్మకముగాను పనిచేయుచు వచ్చెను.

20. And Hezekiah did so through all Judah, and did that which was good and right before the Lord his God.

21. తన దేవుని ఆశ్ర యించుటకై దేవుని మందిర సేవవిషయమందేమి ధర్మశాస్త్ర విషయమందేమి ధర్మమంతటివిషయమందేమి తాను ఆరంభించిన ప్రతి పని అతడు హృదయపూర్వకముగా జరిగించి వర్ధిల్లెను.

21. And in every work which he began in service in the house of the Lord, and in the law, and in the ordinances, he sought his God with all his soul, and wrought, and prospered.
