1. ఈ ప్రకారము ఇశ్రాయేలీయులందరును తమ వంశములచొప్పున సరిచూడబడినమీదట వారిపేళ్లు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడెను. యూదా వారు చేసిన ద్రోహమునకై వారు బాబెలునకు చెరగొని పోబడిరి.

1. So the names of all Israel were written down by families. See, they are written in the Book of the Kings of Israel. And Judah was carried away to Babylon because they were not faithful.

2. తమ స్వాస్థ్యములైన పట్టణములలో మునుపు కాపురమున్న వారెవరనగా ఇశ్రాయేలీయులును యాజకు లును లేవీయులును నెతీనీయులును.

2. The first ones to live again in their land and in their cities were Israel, the religious leaders, the Levites and the servants of the Lord's house.

3. యూదావారిలోను బెన్యామీనీయులలోను ఎఫ్రాయిము మనష్షే సంబంధులలోను యెరూషలేమునందు కాపురమున్న వారెవరనగా

3. Some of the people of Judah, Benjamin, Ephraim and Manasseh lived in Jerusalem.

4. యూదా కుమారుడైన పెరెసు సంతతివాడగు బానీ కుమారుడైన ఇమీకి పుట్టిన ఒమీ కుమారుడగు అమీహూదునకు జననమైన ఊతైయు.

4. They were Uthai the son of Ammihud, the son of Omri, the son of Imri, the son of Bani, from the sons of Perez the son of Judah.

5. షిలోనీయుల పెద్దవాడైన ఆశాయాయు వాని పిల్లలును.

5. From the Shilonites were Asaiah the first-born and his sons.

6. జెరహు సంతతివారిలో యెవుయేలు వాని సహోదరులైన ఆరువందల తొంబది మంది,

6. From the sons of Zerah were Jeuel and their brothers, 690 of them.

7. బెన్యామీనీయులలో సెనూయా కుమారుడైన హోదవ్యాకు పుట్టిన మెషుల్లాము కుమారుడగు సల్లు,

7. From the sons of Benjamin were Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Hodaviah, the son of Hassenuah.

8. యెరోహాము కుమారుడైన ఇబ్నెయా, మిక్రికి పుట్టిన ఉజ్జీ కుమారుడైన ఏలా, ఇబ్నీయా కుమారుడైన రగూవేలునకు పుట్టిన షెఫట్యా కుమారుడగు మెషుల్లాము.

8. And there were Ibneiah the son of Jeroham, Elah the son of Uzzi, son of Michri, and Meshullam the son of Shephatiah, son of Reuel, son of Ibnijah.

9. వీరును వీరిసహోదరులును తమ తమ వంశముల పట్టీల చొప్పున తొమ్మిదివందల ఏబది ఆరుగురు; ఈ మనుష్యులందరును తమ పితరుల వంశములనుబట్టి తమ పితరుల యిండ్లకు పెద్దలు.

9. And there were their brothers by their families, 956 of them. All these were heads of fathers' houses by their fathers' houses.

10. యాజకులలో యెదాయా యెహోయారీబు యాకీను,

10. From the religious leaders were Jedaiah, Jehoiarib, Jachin.

11. దేవుని మందిరములో అధిపతియైన అహీ టూబు కుమారుడైన మెరాయోతునకు పుట్టిన సాదోకు కుమారుడగు మెషుల్లామునకు కలిగిన హిల్కీయా కుమారుడైన అజర్యా;

11. And there was Azariah the son of Hilkiah, son of Meshullam, son of Zadok, son of Meraioth, son of Ahitub. He was the head leader of the house of God.

12. మల్కీయా కుమారుడగు పసూరునకు పుట్టిన యెరోహాము కుమారుడైన అదాయా ఇమ్మెరు కుమారుడైన మెషిల్లేమీతు నకు పుట్టిన మెషుల్లామునకు కుమారుడైన యహజేరాకు జననమైన అదీయేలు కుమారుడగు మశై.

12. And there was Adaiah the son of Jeroham, son of Pashhur, son of Malchijah. There was Maasai the son of Adiel, son of Jahzerah, son of Meshullam, son of Meshillemith, son of Immer.

13. మరియు తమ పితరుల యిండ్లకు పెద్దలైన వెయ్యిన్ని యేడువందల అరువది మంది కుటుంబికులు. వీరు దేవుని మందిరసేవా సంబంధమైన కార్యములయందు మంచి గట్టివారు.

13. And there were 1,760 of their brothers, who were heads of their fathers' houses. They were very able men for the work of the house of God.

14. From the Levites were Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, son of Azrikam, son of Hashabiah, of the sons of Merari.

15. బక్బక్కరు, హెరెషు, గాలాలు, ఆసాపు కుమారుడగు జిఖ్రీకి పుట్టిన మీకా కుమారుడైన మత్తన్యా,

15. There were Bakbakkar, Heresh, Galal, and Mattaniah the son of Mica, son of Zichri, son of Asaph.

16. యదూతోను కుమారు డైన గాలాలునకు పుట్టిన షెమయా కుమారుడైన ఓబద్యా, నెటోపాతీయుల గ్రామములలో కాపురమున్న ఎల్కానా కుమారుడైన ఆసాకు పుట్టిన బెరెక్యా.

16. There was Obadiah the son of Shemaiah, son of Galal, son of Jeduthun. And there was Berechiah the son of Asa, son of Elkanah, who lived in the towns of the Netophathites.

17. ద్వారపాలకులు ఎవరనగా షల్లూము అక్కూబు టల్మోను అహీమాను అనువారును వారి సహో దరులును. వీరిలో షల్లూము పెద్ద.

17. The gate-keepers were Shallum, Akkub, Talmon, Ahiman and their brothers. (Shallum was the leader

18. లేవీయుల సమూహ ములలో వీరు తూర్పుననుండు రాజు గుమ్మమునొద్ద ఇంత వరకు కాపురము చేయుచున్నారు.

18. who was at the king's gate on the east side.) These were the gate-keepers for the family group of the Levites.

19. మరియు కోరహు కుమారుడగు ఎబ్యాసాపునకు పుట్టిన కోరే కుమారుడైన షల్లూమును వాని పితరుని యింటివారును వాని సహో దరులగు కోరహీయులును సేవాసంబంధమైన పనిమీదనుండి గుడారమునకు ద్వారపాలకులై యుండిరి; వారి పితరులు యెహోవా పాళెమునకు కావలివారై యుండి ప్రవేశ స్థలమును కాయుచుండిరి.

19. Shallum the son of Kore, son of Ebiasaph, son of Korah, and his brothers of his father's house, were the Korahites. They led the work, and they watched the doors of the meeting tent. Their fathers had taken care of the tents of the Lord, and had watched the doors.

20. ఎలియాజరు కుమారుడైన ఫీనెహాసు మునుపు వారిమీద అధికారియై యుండెను, యెహోవా అతనితోకూడ నుండెను.

20. Phinehas the son of Eleazar had ruled over them before. And the Lord was with him.

21. మరియు మెషెలెమ్యా కుమారుడైన జెకర్యా సమాజపు గుడారముయొక్క ద్వారమునకు కావలి.

21. Zechariah the son of Meshelemiah watched the gate of the meeting tent.

22. గుమ్మములయొద్ద ద్వారపాలకులుగా ఏర్పడిన వీరందరు రెండువందల పన్నిద్దరు; వీరు తమ గ్రామముల వరుసను తమ వంశావళి చొప్పున సరిచూడబడిరి; వీరు నమ్మదగినవారని దావీదును దీర్ఘదర్శియగు సమూయేలును వీరిని నియమించిరి.

22. There were 212 of those who were chosen to watch the gates. Their names were written down by families in their towns. David and Samuel the man of God chose them for places of trust.

23. వారికిని వారి కుమారు లకును యెహోవా మందిరపు గుమ్మములకు, అనగా గుడా రపు మందిరముయొక్క గుమ్మములకు వంతుల చొప్పున కావలికాయు పని గలిగియుండెను.

23. So they and their sons were gate-keepers of the Lord's house, the holy tent.

24. గుమ్మముల కావలి వారు నాలుగు దిశలను, అనగా తూర్పునను పడమరను ఉత్తరమునను దక్షిణమునను ఉండిరి.

24. The gate-keepers were on the four sides, to the east, west, north and south.

25. వారి సహోదరులు తమ గ్రామములలోనుండి యేడేసి దినముల కొకసారివారియొద్దకు వచ్చుటకద్దు.

25. Those of their family in other towns were to come in every seven days from time to time to be with them.

26. లేవీయులైన నలుగురు ప్రధాన ద్వారపాలకులు ఉత్తరవాదులై యుండిరి; దేవుని మందిరపు గదులమీదను బొక్కసములమీదను ఆ లేవీయులు ఉంచబడియుండిరి.

26. For the four head men who were gate-keepers were Levites and were in a place of trust. They watched over the rooms and the riches in the house of God.

27. వారు దేవుని మందిరమునకు కావలివారు గనుక వారి కాపురములు దానిచుట్టు ఉండెను. ప్రతి ఉదయమున మందిరపు వాకిండ్లను తెరచుపని వారిదే.

27. They stayed during the night around the house of God. For their duty was to watch. And they were to open the house every morning.

28. వారిలో కొందరు సేవోపకరణములను కనిపెట్టు వారు, వారు లెక్కచొప్పున వాటిని లోపలికి కొనిపోవలెను, లెక్క చొప్పున వెలుపలికి తీసికొని రావలెను.

28. Some of them took care of the things used for worship. They numbered them when they were brought in and taken out.

29. మరియు వారిలో కొందరు మిగిలిన సామగ్రిమీదను పరి శుధ్ధమైన పాత్రలన్నిటిమీదను ఉంచబడియుండిరి; సన్నపు పిండియు ద్రాక్షారసమును నూనెయు ధూప వర్గమును వారి అధీనము చేయబడెను.

29. Some of them were chosen to take care of the objects of the holy place, the fine flour, the wine, the oil, the special perfume, and the spices.

30. యాజకుల కుమారు లలో కొందరు సుగంధవర్గములను పరిమళతైలమును చేయు దురు.

30. And some of the sons of the religious leaders did the work of mixing the spices.

31. లేవీయులలో కోరహు సంతతివాడైన షల్లూమునకు పెద్ద కుమారుడైన మత్తిత్యా పిండివంటల మీద నుంచబడెను.

31. Mattithiah was one of the Levites, the first-born of Shallum the Korahite. He took care of the making of bread.

32. వారి సహోదరులగు కహాతీయులలో కొందరికి విశ్రాంతి దినమున సముఖపు రొట్టెలు సిద్ధము చేయు పని కలిగియుండెను.

32. And some of their brothers of the Kohathites took care of the making of the holy bread every Day of Rest.

33. లేవీయుల పితరులలో పెద్దలైన గాయకులు రాత్రింబగళ్లు పని విచారణ కలిగియున్న హేతువుచేత వారు కడమ పనుల విచారణలేకుండ తమ గదులలోనుండిరి.

33. These are the singers. They were heads of fathers' houses of the Levites, who lived in the rooms of the Lord's house. They were free from other kinds of worship, for they were on duty day and night.

34. వీరు తమ వంశపట్టీల చొప్పున లేవీయుల పితరులలో పెద్దలైనవారు. వీరు యెరూషలేమునందు కాపురముండిరి.

34. These were heads of fathers' houses of the Levites by their families. They were leaders who lived in Jerusalem.

35. గిబియోను తండ్రి యైన యెహీయేలు గిబియోనులో కాపురముండెను, అతని భార్యపేరు మయకా.

35. Gibeon's father Jeiel lived in Gibeon. The name of Jeiel's wife was Maacah.

36. ఇతని పెద్ద కుమారుడు అబ్దోను; సూరు కీషు బయలు నేరు నాదాబు

36. His sons were Abdon the first-born, then Zur, Kish, Baal, Ner, Nadab,

37. గెదోరు అహ్యో జెకర్యా మిక్లోతు తరువాత పుట్టినవారు.

37. Gedor, Ahio, Zechariah and Mikloth.

38. మిక్లోతు షిమ్యానును కనెను. వీరు యెరూషలేము వాసులగు తమ సహోదరులతో కూడ తమ సహోదరులకు ఎదురుగా నున్న యిండ్లలోనే కాపురముండిరి.

38. Mikloth was the father of Shimeam. They lived with their brothers in Jerusalem beside their other brothers.

39. నేరు కీషును కనెను, కీషు సౌలును కనెను, సౌలు యోనాతానును మల్కీషూవను అబీనాదాబును ఎష్బయలును కనెను.

39. Ner was the father of Kish. Kish was the father of Saul. Saul was the father of Jonathan, Malchi-shua, Abinadab and Eshbaal.

40. యోనాతాను కుమారుడు మెరీబ్బయలు, మెరీబ్బయలు మీకాను కనెను.

40. The son of Jonathan was Meribbaal. Merib-baal was the father of Micah.

41. మీకా కుమారులు పీతోను మెలెకు తరేయ (ఆహాజు. )

41. The sons of Micah were Pithon, Melech, Tahrea and Ahaz.

42. ఆహాజు యరాను కనెను; యరా ఆలెమెతును అజ్మావెతును జిమీని కనెను, జిమీ మోజాను కనెను.

42. Ahaz was the father of Jarah. Jarah was the father of Alemeth, Azmaveth and Zimri. Zimri was the father of Moza.

43. Moza was the father of Binea and Rephaiah his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son.

44. ఆజేలునకు ఆరుగురు కుమారు లుండిరి; వారు అజ్రీకాము బోకెరు ఇష్మాయేలు షెయర్యా ఓబద్యా హానాను అను పేళ్లుగలవారు; వీరు ఆజేలు కుమారులు.

44. Azel had six sons whose names were Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah and Hanan. These were the sons of Azel.
