1. యెహోయాకీము దినములలో బబులోనురాజైననెబుకద్నెజరు యెరూషలేముమీదికి వచ్చెను. యెహో యాకీము అతనికి దాసుడై మూడేండ్ల సేవ చేసిన తరువాత అతనిమీద తిరుగుబాటుచేయగా

1. In his tyme came vp Nabuchodonosor ye kynge of Babilon, & Ioachim was in subieccion vnto him iij. yeare. And he turned back, & rebelled agaynst him.

2. యెహోవా అతనిమీదికిని, తన సేవకులైన ప్రవక్తలద్వారా తాను సెలవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున యూదాదేశమును నాశనముచేయుటకై దానిమీదికిని, కల్దీయుల సైన్యములను సిరియనుల సైన్యములను మోయాబీయుల సైన్యములను ఆమ్మోనీయుల సైన్యములను రప్పించెను.

2. And ye LORDE sent men of warre vpon him out of Chaldea, out of Syria, out of Moab, & fro amonge the childre of Ammon, & caused the for to come in to Iuda, to destroie it acordinge to the worde of the LORDE, which he spake by his seruauntes the prophetes.

3. మనష్షే చేసిన క్రియలన్నిటిని బట్టియు, అతడు నిరపరాధులను హతముచేయుటను బట్టియు, యూదావారు యెహోవా సముఖమునుండి పారదోలబడునట్లుగా ఆయన ఆజ్ఞవలన ఇది వారిమీదికి వచ్చెను.

3. It fortuned eue so vnto Iuda, acordynge to ye worde of the LORDE, that he wolde put them awaye from his presence, because of ye sinnes of Manasses which he dyd,

4. అతడు నిరపరాధుల రక్తముతో యెరూషలే మును నింపినందున అది క్షమించుటకు యెహోవాకు మనస్సు లేకపోయెను.

4. & because of the innocent bloude that he shed. And he fylled Ierusalem with innocent bloude, therfore wolde not the LORDE be reconcyled.

5. యెహోయాకీము చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు జరిగించినదానినంతటిని గూర్చియు యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

5. What more there is to saye of Ioachim, and all that he dyd, beholde, it is wrytten in the Cronicles of the kynges of Iuda.

6. యెహోయాకీము తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించగా అతని కుమారుడైన యెహోయాకీను అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

6. And Ioachim fell on slepe with his fathers. And Ioachim his sonne was kynge in his steade.

7. బబులోనురాజు ఐగుప్తు నదికిని యూఫ్రటీసు నదికిని మధ్య ఐగుప్తురాజు వశముననున్న భూమియంతటిని పట్టుకొనగా ఐగుప్తురాజు ఇక నెన్నటికిని తన దేశము విడిచి బయలుదేరుట మానెను.

7. And the kynge of Egipte came nomore out of his londe: for the kynge of Babilon had conquered all that was the kynge of Egiptes, from the ryuer of Egipte vnto ye water Euphrates.

8. యెహోయాకీను ఏలనారంభించినప్పుడు పదునెనిమి దేండ్లవాడై యెరూషలేమునందు మూడు మాసములు ఏలెను. యెరూషలేమువాడైన ఎల్నాతాను కుమార్తెయగు నెహుష్తా అతని తల్లి.

8. Eightene yeare olde was Ioachim whan he was made kynge, and reigned thre monethes at Ierusale. His mothers name was Nebustha the doughter of Elnathan of Ierusalem.

9. అతడు తన తండ్రి చేసినదానంతటి ప్రకారముగా యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడునడత నడచెను.

9. And he dyd euell in the sighte of the LORDE, euen as his father had done.

10. ఆ కాలమందు బబులోను రాజైన నెబుకద్నెజరుయొక్క సేవకులు యెరూషలేముమీదికి వచ్చి పట్టణమునకు ముట్టడి వేసిరి.

10. At the same tyme wente the seruauntes of Nabuchodonosor kynge of Babilon vp to Ierusalem, and came vpon the cyte with ordinaunce of warre.

11. వారు పట్టణమునకు ముట్టడి వేయుచుండగాబబులోను రాజైన నెబుకద్నెజరు తానే దానిమీదికి వచ్చెను.

11. And whan Nabuchodonosor and his seruauntes came to the cite they layed sege vnto it.

12. అప్పుడు యూదారాజైన యెహోయాకీనును అతని తల్లియును అతని సేవకులును అతని క్రింది అధిపతు లును అతని పరివారమును బయలువెళ్లి బబులోనురాజునొద్దకు రాగా బబులోనురాజు యేలుబడిలో ఎనిమిదవ సంవత్సరమున అతని పట్టుకొనెను.

12. But Ioachim ye kynge of Iuda wente forth to the kynge of Babilon with his mother, with his seruauntes, with his rulers and chamberlaynes. And the kynge of Babilon receaued him in the eight yeare of his reigne.

13. మరియు అతడు యెహోవా మందిరపు ధననిధిలోనున్న పదార్థములను, రాజు ఖజానాలోనున్న సొమ్మును, పట్టుకొని ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజైన సొలొమోను యెహోవా ఆలయమునకు చేయించిన బంగారపు ఉపకరణములన్నిటిని యెహోవా సెలవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున తునకలుగా చేయించి యెత్తికొని పోయెను.

13. And he toke forth fro thence all the treasure in the house of the LORDE, and in ye kynges house, and brake all the golden vessell yt Salomon the kynge of Israel had made in the house of the LORDE (acordynge as the LORDE had sayde)

14. అదియుగాక అతడు దేశపు జనులలో అతి బీదలైనవారు తప్ప మరి ఎవరును లేకుండ యెరూషలేము పట్టణమంతటిలోనున్న అధిపతులను పరాక్రమశాలులను పదివేలమందిని, వీరు గాక కంసాలివారిని కమ్మరివారిని చెరతీసికొని పోయెను.

14. and caryed awaye all Ierusalem, all the rulers, all the mightie men, euen ten thousande presoners, and all the carpenters, and all the smithes, and lefte none behynde but the poore people of the londe.

15. అతడు యెహోయాకీనును రాజు తల్లిని రాజు భార్యలను అతని పరివారమును దేశములోని గొప్పవారిని చెరపట్టి యెరూషలేమునుండి బబులోను పురమునకు తీసికొనిపోయెను.

15. And he caryed Ioachim awaye vnto Babilon, and the kynges mother, the kinges wyues, and his chamberlaynes: and ye mightie men of the londe led he awaye presoners also from Ierusalem vnto Babilon,

16. ఏడు వేలమంది పరాక్రమ శాలులను వెయ్యిమంది కంసాలివారిని కమ్మరివారిని యుద్ధ మందు తేరిన శక్తిమంతులనందరిని బబులోనురాజు చెరపట్టి బబులోనుపురమునకు తీసికొనివచ్చెను.

16. and seuen thousande of the best men, and a thousande carpenters and smythes, and all the stronge men of warre.

17. మరియు బబులోను రాజు అతని పినతండ్రియైన మత్తన్యాకు సిద్కియా అను మారుపేరు పెట్టి అతని స్థానమందు రాజుగా నియమించెను.

17. And the kynge of Babilon made Matania his vncle kynge in his steade, and turned his name Sedechias.

18. సిద్కియా యేలనారంభించినప్పుడు ఇరువదియొక సంవత్సరములవాడు; అతడు యెరూషలేమునందు పదకొండు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను.

18. One and twentye yeare olde was Sedechias, whan he was made kynge, and reigned eleuen yeare at Ierusalem. His mothers name was Amithal the doughter of Ieremia of Libna.

19. అతని తల్లి లిబ్నా ఊరివాడైన యిర్మీయాయొక్క కుమార్తెయగు హమూటలు. యెహోయాకీముయొక్క చర్య అంతటి చొప్పున సిద్కియా యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడునడత నడిచెను.

19. And he dyd euell in the sight of the LORDE, eue as Ioachim dyd:

20. యూదావారిమీదను యెరూషలేమువారి మీదను యెహోవా తెచ్చుకొనిన కోపమునుబట్టి తన సముఖములోనుండి వారిని తోలివేయుటకై బబులోనురాజు మీద సిద్కియా తిరుగబడెను.

20. for thus fortuned it vnto Ierusale thorow the wrath of the LORDE, tyll he had cast them out fro his presence. And Sedechias fell awaye fro the kynge of Babilon.
