1. ఇశ్రాయేలురాజైన యరొబాము ఏలుబడిలో ఇరువది మూడవ సంవత్సరమందు యూదారాజైన అమజ్యా కుమారుడైన అజర్యాయేలనారంభించెను.

1. In the seuen and twentieth yeere of Ieroboam King of Israel, began Azariah, sonne of Amaziah King of Iudah to reigne.

2. అతడు పదునా రేండ్లవాడై యేలనారంభించి యెరూషలేమునందు ఏబది రెండు సంవత్సరములు రాజుగా ఉండెను; అతని తల్లి యెరూషలేము కాపురస్థురాలైన యెకొల్యా.

2. Sixteene yeere olde was he, when he was made King, and he reigned two and fiftie yeere in Ierusalem: and his mothers name was Iecholiah of Ierusalem.

3. ఇతడు తన తండ్రియైన అమజ్యా చర్య యంతటిప్రకారము యెహోవా దృష్టికి నీతిగలవాడై ప్రవర్తించెను.

3. And he did vprightly in the sight of the Lord, according to all that his father Amaziah did.

4. ఉన్నత స్థలములను మాత్రము కొట్టి వేయలేదు; ఉన్నత స్థలముల యందు జనులు ఇంకను బలులు అర్పించుచు ధూపము వేయుచు ఉండిరి.

4. But the hie places were not put away: for the people yet offered, and burned incense in the hie places.

5. యెహోవా ఈ రాజును మొత్తినందున అతడు మరణమగువరకు కుష్ఠరోగియై ప్రత్యేక ముగా ఒక నగరులో నివసించెను గనుక రాజకుమారుడైన యోతాము నగరుమీద అధికారియై దేశపు జనులకు న్యాయము తీర్చువాడుగా ఉండెను.

5. And the Lord smote the King: and he was a leper vnto the day of his death, and dwelt in an house apart, and Iotham the kings sonne gouerned the house, and iudged the people of the land.

6. అజర్యా చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దాని నంత టినిగూర్చియు యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథ మందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

7. అజర్యా తన పితరు లతోకూడ నిద్రించి దావీదు పురములో తన పితరుల సమాధియందు పాతిపెట్టబడగా అతని కుమారుడైన యోతాము అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

7. So Azariah slept with his fathers, and they buryed him with his fathers in the citie of Dauid, and Iotham his sonne reigned in his stead.

8. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పది యెనిమిదవ సంవత్సరమందు యరొబాము కుమారుడైన జెకర్యా షోమ్రోనులో ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఆరునెలలు ఏలెను.

8. In the eyght and thirtieth yeere of Azariah King of Iudah did Zachariah the sonne of Ieroboam reigne ouer Israel in Samaria sixe moneths,

9. ఇతడు ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు, తన పితరులు చేసినట్లుగా తానును యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

9. And did euill in the sight of the Lord, as did his fathers: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.

10. యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూము అతనిమీద కుట్రచేసి, జనులు చూచుచుండగా అతనిమీద పడి అతనిని చంపి అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

10. And Shallum the sonne of Iabesh cospired against him, and smote him in the sight of the people, and killed him, and reigned in his stead.

11. జెకర్యా చేసిన కార్యములనుగూర్చి ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

11. Concerning the rest of the actes of Zachariah, behold, they are written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.

12. నీ కుమారులు నాలుగవ తరమువరకు ఇశ్రాయేలు సింహాసనముమీద ఆసీనులై యుందురని యెహోవా యెహూతో సెలవిచ్చిన మాటచొప్పున ఇది జరిగెను.

12. This was the word of the Lord, which he spake vnto Iehu, saying, Thy sonnes shall sit on the throne of Israel vnto the fourth generation after thee. And it came so to passe.

13. యూదారాజైన ఉజ్జియా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పది తొమ్మిదవ సంవత్సరమందు యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూము ఏలనారంభించి షోమ్రోనులో నెల దినములు ఏలెను.

13. Shallum the sonne of Iabesh began to reigne in the nine and thirtieth yeere of Vzziah King of Iudah: and he reigned the space of a moneth in Samaria.

14. గాదీ కుమారుడైన మెనహేము తిర్సాలోనుండి బయలుదేరి షోమ్రోనునకు వచ్చి షోమ్రోనులోనుండు యాబేషు కుమారుడైన షల్లూముమీద పడి అతని చంపి అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

14. For Menahem the sonne of Gadi went vp from Tirzah, and came to Samaria, and smote Shallum the sonne of Iabesh in Samaria, and slew him, and reigned in his stead.

15. షల్లూము చేసిన యితర కార్య ములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన కుట్రనుగూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయ బడియున్నది.

15. Cocerning the rest of the acts of Shallum, and the treason which he wrought, beholde, they are written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel.

16. మెనహేము రాగా తిప్సహు పట్టణపు వారు తమ గుమ్మములు తీయలేదు గనుక అతడు వారినంద రిని హతము చేసి, తిర్సాను దాని చేరువ గ్రామములనన్నిటిని కొల్లపెట్టి అచ్చట గర్భిణులందరి గర్భములను చింపెను.

16. Then Menahem destroyed Tiphsah, and all that were therein, and the coastes thereof from Tirzah, because they opened not to him, and he smote it, and ript vp all their women with childe.

17. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ముప్పదితొమ్మి దవ సంవత్సరమందు గాదీ కుమారుడైన మెనహేము ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఏలనారంభించి షోమ్రోనులో పది సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను.

17. The nine and thirtieth yeere of Azariah King of Iudah, beganne Menahem the sonne of Gadi to reigne ouer Israel, and reigned ten yeeres in Samaria.

18. ఇతడును తన దినములన్నియు ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక యనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

18. And he did euill in the sight of the Lord, and departed not all his dayes from the sinne of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.

19. అష్షూరు రాజైన పూలు దేశముమీదికి రాగా, మెనహేము తనకు రాజ్యము స్థిరపరచునట్లుగా పూలుచేత సంధి చేయించుకొనవలెనని రెండు వేల మణుగుల వెండి పూలునకు ఇచ్చెను.

19. Then Pul the king of Asshur came against the land: and Menahem gaue Pul a thousand talents of siluer, that his hande might bee with him, and establish the kingdome in his hand.

20. మెనహేము ఇశ్రా యేలులో భాగ్యవంతులైన గొప్పవారిలో ప్రతి మనిషి యొద్దను ఏబదేసి తులముల వెండి వసూలుచేసి యీ ద్రవ్య మును అష్షూరు రాజునకిచ్చెను గనుక అష్షూరురాజు దేశ మును విడిచి వెళ్లిపోయెను.

20. And Menahem exacted the money in Israel, that all men of substance shoulde giue the King of Asshur fiftie shekels of siluer a piece: so the king of Asshur returned and taried not there in the land.

21. మెనహేము చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దానినంతటిని గూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడియున్నది.

22. మెనహేము తన పితరులతో కూడ నిద్రించిన తరువాత అతని కుమారుడైన పెకహ్యా అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

22. And Menahem slept with his fathers, and Pekahiah his sonne did reigne in his steade.

23. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ఏబదియవ సంవత్సరమందు మెనహేము కుమారుడైన పెకహ్యా షోమ్రోనులో ఇశ్రాయేలువారిని ఏలనారంభించి రెండు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను.

23. In ye fiftieth yere of Azariah king of Iudah, began Pekahiah the sonne of Menahem to reigne ouer Israel in Samaria, and reigned two yere.

24. ఇతడును ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

24. And he did euill in the sight of the Lord: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne.

25. ఇతని క్రింద అధిపతియు రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహు కుట్ర చేసి, తనయొద్దనున్న గిలాదీయులైన యేబది మందితోను, అర్గోబుతోను, అరీహేనుతోను కలిసికొని షోమ్రోనులోనున్న రాజనగరులోని అంతఃపురమందు అతనిని చంపి, పెకహ్యాకు మారుగా రాజాయెను.

25. And Pekah the sonne of Remaliah, his captaine conspired against him, and smote him in Samaria in the place of the Kings palace with Argob and Arieh, and with him fiftie men of the Gileadites: so he killed him, and reigned in his steade.

26. పెకహ్యా చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసినదాని నంత టినిగూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

27. యూదారాజైన అజర్యా యేలుబడిలో ఏబదిరెండవ సంవత్సరమందు రెమల్యా కుమారుడైన పెకహు షోమ్రో నులో ఇశ్రాయేలును ఏలనారంభించి యిరువది సంవత్సర ములు ఏలెను.

27. In the two and fiftieth yere of Azariah King of Iudah began Pekah the sonne of Remaliah to reigne ouer Israel in Samaria, and reigned twentie yeere.

28. ఇతడును ఇశ్రాయేలువారు పాపము చేయుటకు కారకుడగు నెబాతు కుమారుడైన యరొబాము చేసిన పాపములను విడువక అనుసరించుచు యెహోవా దృష్టికి చెడుతనము జరిగించెను.

28. And he did euil in the sight of the Lord: for he departed not from the sinnes of Ieroboam the sonne of Nebat, that made Israel to sinne.

29. ఇశ్రాయేలు రాజైన పెకహు దినములలో అష్షూరురాజైన తిగ్లత్పిలేసెరు వచ్చి ఈయోను పట్టణమును, ఆబేల్బేత్మయకా పట్టణమును, యానోయహు పట్టణమును, కెదెషు పట్టణమును, హాసోరు పట్టణమును, గిలాదు దేశమును, గలిలయ దేశమును, నఫ్తాలీ దేశమంతయును పట్టుకొని అచ్చట నున్నవారిని అష్షూరు దేశమునకు చెరగా తీసికొని పోయెను.

29. In the dayes of Pekah king of Israel came Tiglath Pileser king of Asshur, and tooke Iion, and Abel, Beth-maachah, and Ianoah, and Kedesh, and Hazor, and Gilead, and Galilah, and all the land of Naphtali, and caryed them away to Asshur.

30. అప్పుడు ఏలా కుమారుడైన హోషేయ ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహుమీద కుట్రచేసి, అతనిమీద పడి అతని చంపి, యూదా రాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడైన యోతాము ఏలుబడిలో ఇరువదియవ సంవత్సరమున అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

30. And Hoshea the sonne of Elah wrought treason against Pekah the sonne of Remaliah, and smote him, and slewe him, and reigned in his stead in the twentieth yeere of Iotham the sonne of Vzziah.

31. పెకహు చేసిన యితర కార్యములనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసిన దానినంతటిని గూర్చియు ఇశ్రాయేలురాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయ బడియున్నది.

32. ఇశ్రాయేలురాజును రెమల్యా కుమారుడునైన పెకహు ఏలుబడిలో రెండవ సంవత్సరమున యూదారాజైన ఉజ్జియా కుమారుడగు యోతాము ఏలనారంభించెను.

32. In the second yere of Pekah the sonne of Remaliah King of Israel, began Iotham sonne of Vzziah King of Iudah to reigne.

33. అతడు ఇరువది యయిదేండ్లవాడై యెరూషలేమునందు రాజై పదునారు సంవత్సరములు ఏలెను. అతని తల్లి సాదోకు కుమార్తెయైన యెరూషా.

33. Fiue and twentie yeere olde was he, when he began to reigne, and he reigned sixteene yeere in Ierusalem: and his mothers name was Ierusha the daughter of Zadok.

34. ఇతడు యెహోవా దృష్టికి నీతిగా ప్రవర్తించి తన తండ్రియైన ఉజ్జియా చర్యను పూర్తిగా అనుసరించెను.

34. And hee did vprightly in the sight of the Lord: he did according to all that his father Vzziah had done.

35. అయినను ఉన్నత స్థల ములను కొట్టివేయకుండెను; జనులు ఉన్నత స్థలములందు ఇంకను బలుల నర్పించుచు ధూపము వేయుచునుండిరి. ఇతడు యెహోవా మందిరమునకున్న యెత్తయిన ద్వార మును కట్టించెను.

35. But the hie places were not put away: for the people yet offered and burnt incense in the hie places: he buylt the hyest gate of the house of the Lord.

36. యోతాము చేసిన యితర కార్యము లనుగూర్చియు, అతడు చేసినదాని నంతటినిగూర్చియు యూదారాజుల వృత్తాంతముల గ్రంథమందు వ్రాయబడి యున్నది.

36. Concerning the rest of the acts of Iotham, and all that hee did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the kings of Iudah?

37. ఆ దినములో యెహోవా సిరియారాజైన రెజీనును రెమల్యా కుమారుడైన పెకహును యూదా దేశముమీదికి పంపనారంభించెను.

37. In those dayes the Lord began to send against Iudah Rezin the king of Aram, and Pekah the sonne of Remaliah.

38. యోతాము తన పిత రులతో కూడ నిద్రించి తన పితరుడైన దావీదు పురమందు తన పితరుల సమాధిలో పాతిపెట్టబడెను; అతని కుమారుడైన ఆహాజు అతనికి మారుగా రాజాయెను.

38. And Iotham slept with his fathers, and was buryed with his fathers in the citie of Dauid his father, and Ahaz his sonne reigned in his steade.
