1. ఎదోమను ఏశావు వంశావళి ఇదే,

1. Now these are the generations of Esau, who is Edom.

2. ఏశావు కనాను కుమార్తెలలో హిత్తీయుడైన ఏలోను కుమార్తెయగు ఆదాను, హివ్వీయుడైన సిబ్యోను కుమార్తెయైన అనా కుమార్తెయగు అహోలీబామాను,

2. Esau took his wives of the daughters of Canaan; Adah the daughter of Elon the Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah the daughter of Zibeon the Hivite;

3. ఇష్మాయేలు కుమార్తెయు నెబాయోతు సహోదరియు నైన బాశెమతును పెండ్లియాడెను.

3. And Bashemath Ishmael's daughter, sister of Nebajoth.

4. ఆదా ఏశావునకు ఎలీఫజును కనెను. బాశెమతు రగూయేలును కనెను.

4. And Adah bare to Esau Eliphaz; and Bashemath bare Reuel;

5. అహోలీబామా యూషును యాలామును కోరహును కనెను. కనాను దేశములో ఏశావునకు పుట్టిన కుమారులు వీరే.

5. And Aholibamah bare Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah: these are the sons of Esau, which were born unto him in the land of Canaan.

6. ఏశావు తన భార్యలను తన కుమారులను తన కుమార్తెలను తన యింటివారినందరిని తన మందలను తన సమస్త పశువులను తాను కనాను దేశములో సంపాదించిన ఆస్తి యావత్తును తీసికొని తన తమ్ముడైన యాకోబు ఎదుటనుండి మరియొక దేశమునకు వెళ్లిపోయెను;

6. And Esau took his wives, and his sons, and his daughters, and all the persons of his house, and his cattle, and all his beasts, and all his substance, which he had got in the land of Canaan; and went into the country from the face of his brother Jacob.

7. వారు విస్తారమయిన సంపదగలవారు గనుక వారు కలిసి నివసింపలేక పోయిరి. వారి పశువులు విశేషమైయున్నందున వారు పరదేశులై యుండిన భూమి వారిని భరింపలేక పోయెను.

7. For their riches were more than that they might dwell together; and the land wherein they were strangers could not bear them because of their cattle.

8. అప్పుడు ఏశావు శేయీరు మన్యములో నివసించెను. ఏశావు అనగా ఎదోము.

8. Thus dwelt Esau in mount Seir: Esau is Edom.

9. శేయీరు మన్యములో నివసించిన ఎదోమీయుల తండ్రియైన ఏశావు వంశావళి ఇదే,

9. And these are the generations of Esau the father of the Edomites in mount Seir:

10. ఏశావు కుమారుల పేరులు ఇవే. ఏశావు భార్యయైన ఆదా కుమారుడగు ఎలీఫజును ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారుడగు రగూయేలును.

10. These are the names of Esau's sons; Eliphaz the son of Adah the wife of Esau, Reuel the son of Bashemath the wife of Esau.

11. ఎలీఫజు కుమారులు తేమాను ఓమారు సెపో గాతాము కనజు. తిమ్నా ఏశావు కుమారుడైన ఎలీఫజునకు ఉపపత్ని.

11. And the sons of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.

12. ఆమె ఎలీఫజుకు అమాలేకును కనెను. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన ఆదా కుమారులు.

12. And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esau's son; and she bare to Eliphaz Amalek: these were the sons of Adah Esau's wife.

13. రగూయేలు కుమారులు నహతు జెరహు షమ్మా మిజ్జ; వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారులు.

13. And these are the sons of Reuel; Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah: these were the sons of Bashemath Esau's wife.

14. ఏశావు భార్యయు సిబ్యోను కుమార్తెయగు అనా కుమార్తెయునైన అహొలీబామా కుమారులు ఎవరనగా ఆమె ఏశావునకు కనిన యూషు యాలాము కోరహు.

14. And these were the sons of Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah the daughter of Zibeon, Esau's wife: and she bare to Esau Jeush, and Jaalam, and Korah.

15. ఏశావు కుమారులలో వీరు నాయకులు; ఏశావు ప్రథమ కుమారుడైన ఎలీఫజు కుమారులు, తేమాను నాయకుడు, ఓమారు నాయకుడు, సెపో నాయకుడు, కనజు నాయకుడు,

15. These were dukes of the sons of Esau: the sons of Eliphaz the firstborn son of Esau; duke Teman, duke Omar, duke Zepho, duke Kenaz,

16. కోరహు నాయకుడు, గాతాము నాయకుడు, అమాలేకు నాయకుడు. వీరు ఎదోము దేశమందు ఎలీఫజు నాయ కులు. వీరు ఆదా కుమారులు.

16. Duke Korah, duke Gatam, and duke Amalek: these are the dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom; these were the sons of Adah.

17. వీరు ఏశావు కుమారుడైన రగూయేలు కుమారులు, నహతు నాయకుడు జెరహు నాయకుడు షమ్మా నాయకుడు మిజ్జ నాయకుడు; వీరు ఎదోము దేశమందు రగూయేలు సంతానపు నాయకులు. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన బాశెమతు కుమారులు.

17. And these are the sons of Reuel Esau's son; duke Nahath, duke Zerah, duke Shammah, duke Mizzah: these are the dukes that came of Reuel in the land of Edom; these are the sons of Bashemath Esau's wife.

18. వీరు ఏశావు భార్యయైన అహొలీబామా కుమారులు, యూషు నాయకుడు యగ్లాము నాయకుడు కోరహు నాయకుడు; వీరు అనా కుమార్తెయు ఏశావు భార్యయునైన అహొలీ బామా పుత్రసంతానపు నాయకులు.

18. And these are the sons of Aholibamah Esau's wife; duke Jeush, duke Jaalam, duke Korah: these were the dukes that came of Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, Esau's wife.

19. ఎదోమను ఏశావు కుమారులు వీరు. వారి వారి సంతానపు నాయకులు వీరు.

19. These are the sons of Esau, who is Edom, and these are their dukes.

20. ఆ దేశ నివాసులైన హోరీయుడైన శేయీరు కుమారులు, లోతాను శోబాలు సిబ్యోను అనా

20. These are the sons of Seir the Horite, who inhabited the land; Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah,

21. దిషోను ఏసెరు దీషాను. వీరు ఎదోము దేశమందు శేయీరు పుత్రులైన హోరీయుల నాయకులు.

21. And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these are the dukes of the Horites, the children of Seir in the land of Edom.

22. లోతాను కుమారులు హోరీ హేమీము; లోతాను సహోదరి తిమ్నా

22. And the children of Lotan were Hori and Hemam; and Lotan's sister was Timna.

23. శోబాలు కుమారులు అల్వాను మానహదు ఏబాలు షపో ఓనాము.

23. And the children of Shobal were these; Alvan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.

24. సిబ్యోను కుమారులు అయ్యా అనా; ఆ అనా తన తండ్రియైన సిబ్యోను గాడిదలను మేపుచుండి అరణ్యములో ఉష్ణధారలు కనుగొనిన వాడు.

24. And these are the children of Zibeon; both Ajah, and Anah: this was that Anah that found the mules in the wilderness, as he fed the asses of Zibeon his father.

25. అనా సంతానము దిషోను అనా కుమార్తెయైన అహొలీబామా.

25. And the children of Anah were these; Dishon, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah.

26. దిషోను కుమారులు హెవ్దూను ఎష్బాను ఇత్రాను కెరాను

26. And these are the children of Dishon; Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.

27. ఏసెరు కుమారులు బిల్హాను జవాను అకాను.

27. The children of Ezer are these; Bilhan, and Zaavan, and Akan.

28. దీషాను కుమారులు ఊజు అరాను.

28. The children of Dishan are these; Uz, and Aran.

29. హోరీయుల నాయకులు, లోతాను నాయకుడు శోబాలు నాయకుడు సిబ్యోను నాయకుడు అనా నాయకుడు

29. These are the dukes that came of the Horites; duke Lotan, duke Shobal, duke Zibeon, duke Anah,

30. దిషోను నాయకుడు ఏసెరు నాయకుడు దీషాను నాయకుడు. శేయీరు దేశమందలి వారి నాయకుల చొప్పున వీరు హోరీయుల నాయకులు.

30. Duke Dishon, duke Ezer, duke Dishan: these are the dukes that came of Hori, among their dukes in the land of Seir.

31. మరియు ఏ రాజైనను ఇశ్రాయేలీయుల మీద రాజ్య పరిపాలన చేయకమునుపు, ఎదోము దేశములో రాజ్యపరిపాలన చేసినరాజు లెవరనగా

31. And these are the kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before there reigned any king over the children of Israel.

32. బెయారు కుమారుడైన బెల ఎదోములో రాజ్యపరిపాలన చేసెను. అతని ఊరి పేరు దిన్హాబా

32. And Bela the son of Beor reigned in Edom: and the name of his city was Dinhabah.

33. బెల చనిపోయిన తరువాత బొస్రా వాడైన జెరహు కుమారుడగు యోబాబు అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను.

33. And Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.

34. యోబాబు చనిపోయిన తరువాత తేమనీయుల దేశస్థుడైన హుషాము అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను.

34. And Jobab died, and Husham of the land of Temani reigned in his stead.

35. హుషాము చనిపోయిన తరువాత మోయాబు దేశమందు మిద్యానును కొట్టివేసిన బదదు కుమారుడైన హదదు అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను. అతని ఊరి పేరు అవీతు.

35. And Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who smote Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Avith.

36. హదదు చనిపోయిన తరువాత మశ్రేకావాడైన శమ్లా అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను.

36. And Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his stead.

37. శమ్లా చనిపోయిన తరువాత నదీతీర మందలి రహెబోతువాడైన షావూలు అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను.

37. And Samlah died, and Saul of Rehoboth by the river reigned in his stead.

38. షావూలు చనిపోయిన తరువాత అక్బోరు కుమారుడైన బయల్‌ హానాను అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను.

38. And Saul died, and Baalhanan the son of Achbor reigned in his stead.

39. అక్బోరు కుమారుడైన బయల్‌ హానాను చనిపోయినతరువాత హదరు అతనికి ప్రతిగా రాజాయెను. అతని ఊరి పేరు పాయు. అతని భార్య పేరు మహేతబేలు. ఆమె మేజాహాబు కుమార్తెయైన మత్రేదు కుమార్తె.

39. And Baalhanan the son of Achbor died, and Hadar reigned in his stead: and the name of his city was Pau; and his wife's name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.

40. And these are the names of the dukes that came of Esau, according to their families, after their places, by their names; duke Timnah, duke Alvah, duke Jetheth,

41. Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,

42. కనజు నాయకుడు తేమాను నాయకుడు మిబ్సారు నాయకుడు

42. Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,

43. మగ్దీయేలు నాయకుడు ఈరాము నాయకుడు. వీరు తమ తమ స్వాస్థ్యమైన దేశమందు తమతమ నివాసస్థలముల ప్రకారము ఎదోము నాయకులు. ఏశావు ఎదోమీయులకు మూల పురుషుడు.

43. Duke Magdiel, duke Iram: these be the dukes of Edom, according to their habitations in the land of their possession: he is Esau the father of the Edomites.
